This is for the ladies!! My girlfriend and I took a cruise and as ladies know first and foremost it's about our safety. Well, let me tell you, this company made us feel so safe! Our chauffeurs name was Guillermo. First off I'm sorry that this is gonna be a tad bit long but I feel the women needs to know this. I actually reserved the Service online and they emailed me back immediately letting me know they received my reservation. They emailed me right after that to let me know my reservation has been accepted and it was very detailed, there was no questioning about anything. The day of the pick up and or drop off. I received a reminder email of everything . He monitored the flight and realized that our flight had gotten in early so when we landed, once I stepped off the plane, I received a text message from him, stating that he knew our flight had arrived early and he was there waiting for us. The luxury SUV was immaculate very clean, there was cold water waiting for us when he arrived . He was pleasant he was welcoming. We did not feel any unease at all. When the ship came back into port, they actually started the debarkation around 7:30am but we were told that they would not start until about 8:30 or 9am and it would take about two hours for us to get off the ship. So we booked our car for like 10:45am, so we would not have to rush and we would not have him waiting. But it turns out due to what we were told by the ship coordinators. we would've had to wait a few hours for him to pick us up. We were off the ship by 830. So I reached out to our chauffeur to make him aware that we were off the ship early he immediately responded letting us. We did not wait no longer than 30 minutes for him to get there. He was so apologetic and we were like this was not your fault. We scheduled you late because of what the ship coordinator told us. He actually came early to pick us up but he just felt bad that we had to wait for 30 minutes for him to arrive which I don't feel was bad at all, especially when you're picking me up earlier than what we had scheduled. so LADIES you can feel safe and confident that you are in great hands with this company!! We travel a lot and often use car services for airport transfers. Guillermo was friendly and attentive during the booking process and answered all of our questions. We made special arrangements for curbside pickup at MIA (he usually does a meet and greet inside the airport), which went nearly flawlessly. Guillermo's vehicle was clean and comfortable and he had cold water readily available. When my husband sneezed Guillermo didn't even miss a beat handing him a tissue. We were only in Miami for one night on a long layover and had already arranged for Guillermo to take us back to the airport the next morning. When he dropped us off at the hotel he let us know that he would probably arrive at the hotel 15-30 minutes early due to traffic flow in the area and that he would be happy to wait until our scheduled pick up time. He arrived the next morning nearly 45 minutes early. We decided to leave earlier than intended anyway so that we could get breakfast at the airport. Again, car was clean and comfortable and Guillermo was super friendly. On both rides he was dressed in a nice suit, which just makes the experience feel that much fancier. MVL was amazing! We hired them originally to take us to the airport for our trip to Aspen. We requested to be picked up at 420am. The driver was here at 415am sharp! Punctuality is very important especially when traveling. The driver grabbed all our bags and placed them in the beautiful Cadillac Escalade Limo (surprised our kids). At that point, we felt comfortable to schedule them again, to pick us up at almost 11pm on our return. When we walked out of the terminal our driver was already there, in a suit I might add, waiting for us next to the baggage claim. He waited the WHOLE time, mind you 100% booked flight so A LOT of bags and people, and it was past 11pm at this point. He helped grab our bags and took it to the car. Once in the car there were cold Fiji water bottles waiting for us all and he even put a movie on for our kids for the ride home. It was very easy to schedule and coordinate. I was researching how to travel with a toddler (I did not want to bring my own car seat), and I found that taxis give you a hard time with car seats and also Uber/Lyft don't have that option in Miami.
