Wow what an amazing experience. We used Driven Miami as a car service from Miami international airport to the cruse terminal. The car was waiting for us. Mark called us as we landed and gave us his location. He was waiting at baggage claim for us. Then we arranged for his car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal to Miami airport. Again he texted me his location. I waited less than two mins for him to drive to our location. We are a party of 5 with big luggage so we decided to use the Escalade that fits 7. There was so much space, the car was spotless clean and shiny. He even had water bottles in the car for us both trips. My experience with Driven Miami was excellent! I used them for chauffeur service for my twins senior prom and they were extremely accommodating. I needed one pick up but two drop off locations as they attend different schools and they did not hesitate to accommodate my request. The chauffer Was fantastic. It was an great experience for my children and their friends. We got a Cadillac Escalade that was immaculate and was very presidential in my son's words. They provided cold water and mince for the kids, and the chauffeur even went as far as when they dropped my son off at his prom. He opened the door and even put on his jacket for him. The kids were extremely happy and super grateful and Driven Miami has a new customer. My husband and I are very thankful for, their time professionalism accommodations! I did not get my chauffeurs name, but he was a gentleman. And I would also like to say a special shout out to Marcus who was accommodating to every one of my request and answering all of my calls and emails as I was trying to schedule this on a very short notice. Where is the 10 button? Marcus and Michael delivered high-end customer service. Other driving companies pride themselves for being a black car service but never take the time to make sure their costumer service reps are up to par with the expected standards, Miami Driven is a whole different story though. We had an important guest arriving at 145 am, more or less, but unfortunately our guess got stuck in the immigration line, due to a system malfunction, and didn't come out until 3 am. Michael waited for her all that time and received her with the utmost courteous and professional attitude. This is what I call customer service. I was very disappointed with their driver. The booking is easy and fast, but their driver was awful. No manners, rude, doesn't know the city, argues with customers, doesn't open doors. For example, I went shopping and came back with bunch of bags, that guy didn't even get out of the car to help me with my bags. They should hire better drivers. read more
