I called ahead and specifically indicated that I needed a child seat for my 7 month-old, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Upon booking (confirmation # 11270) again I stressed the requirement for a child car seat. Of course, they showed up with the car seat NOT installed, which resulted in having to wait almost 30 minutes until the driver figured out how to secure the child seat. This is unacceptable service, especially when they charge top dollar. Based on this experience I would not use Driven Miami again nor recommend them. read more

We used Driven Miami to get from the Airport to the Port to take a Disney cruise. Our driver Michael was great, he was very professional and helpful.
