I booked a Ride from Miami Airport to Ocean Reef Club on their website the day before and received a confirmation email right away .We also requested a child seat for our infant and we were happy that they provide this kind of service. On our travel day, the plane was delayed so I called Driven Miami and was assured that they are aware of that and monitor the flight. I called ahead and specifically indicated that I needed a child seat for my 7 month-old, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Upon booking (confirmation # 11270) again I stressed the requirement for a child car seat. Of course, they showed up with the car seat NOT installed, which resulted in having to wait almost 30 minutes until the driver figured out how to secure the child seat. This is unacceptable service, especially when they charge top dollar. Based on this experience I would not use Driven Miami again nor recommend them. read more

I live in South Beach and I use this company every time i need a car service or have family and/or (specially) VIP clients coming in or going out of commercial and/or corporate nearby airports (MIA, FLL, FXE, OPF etc...) .Not only their fleet of town cars and limos are very luxurious and make you feel like a million bucks it's also very easy to book a ride on their website. We used Driven Miami to get from the Airport to the Port to take a Disney cruise. Our driver Michael was great, he was very professional and helpful. We got a call and a text as soon as our flight landed so he could let us know where to go to meet. We were picked up in a Cadillac Escalade (with the booster seat we requested). If you are going on a cruise, I highly recommend this company!
