I reserved a car online via Cata's site. It was straightforward and easy to navigate. I also downloaded their app, as per instructions to check on the status of the booking request. A driver was assigned not long after. Our driver, Luis, arrived ahead of schedule in an immaculate SUV. He texted when he arrived, and assisted with our luggage. We had a great conversation with him for most of the drive from South Beach to FLL as he pointed out some interesting facts about some buildings and areas we passed. Overall, the spend vs a rideshare is comparable. But with Cata, you'll get a professional driver for what you're spending. Will be keeping Cata in the address book for future trips to the area! read more

Great service! We needed to get from Key Point to Ft. Lauderdale and we were picked up punctually and arrived to our destination on time. We were very pleased with the service. No stress and no fuss! It is like uber/lyft, but private car service! read more

We were very impressed with Cata car service. We were so happy with our pickup from the airport, that we rebooked them for our departure trip as well. The drivers are super friendly and helpful. The cars are spacious and sparkling clean. They are also very prompt. When booking, the deciding factor for us in choosing Cata was that they allowed a stop on the way for us to pick up some bottled water. The owner told us that if it was 15-20 minutes, there would be no extra charge. We kept it less than that. It was very helpful to us, and it put Cata above the other car services when we were booking. read more

Wow, two wonderful rides this week! Everyone thinks Uber or Lyft are good, well I can tell you that I will only book with Cata Executive Car Service's from now on. Today, my husband I had the distinct pleasure to meet a most wonderfully professional driver, Nick. His car was immaculate in its appearance, cleanliness and in the comfortable luxury of the ride. Nick, was the definition of professional. I think once you experience the difference with Cata you will never want to use the other's again. read more

I am the executive assistant for a very busy CEO who is constantly traveling and has clients coming in from all over the world, and it's my responsibility to get them transportation. I've called Cata on two separate occasions, on both of those occasions the phone was answered by a very rude person, who sounded like either I just woke them up or I was bothering them. When I explained what I needed in (35 ppl) transport, I was told to get a bus, they couldn't help me. I guess they do well enough they dont need our business. read more

Great limousine service! At the beginning i was skeptic but first impression was: spotless car service great driver A class , one of those limousine services that you get to know and start using it.Their prices are decent , not cheap like UBER or taxi but manageable considering the service you get, all drivers speaks at least 2 languages besides english and all professional chauffeurs so, i am using them since and i do recommend them greatly! Go Cata Limo! Did i forgot to mention that they have a great app too? easy to book. read more

I used Cata for a transfer a little while ago and they were great. The price was good, the driver arrived on time and got us to our destination quickly and comfortably. I also made this reservation for the same day which can be difficult at times. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and use their services again! read more

Do not waste your time on an inferior big-box car service. We took Go! Executive car service from FLL to miami beach and it was decent and friendly so we thought we'd take it on the way back. BIG mistake. They shamed us for not booking soon enough and were very discourteous on the phone. Enter Cata executive car service. A wonderful experience with Cata! Andras was our driver. He arrived on time and even waited a few minutes for us while we finished our dessert and paid our check. Then we were offered waters and whisked away in a top-of-the-line sedan. The seats were adjustable and even had heated seats. Felt so good to support a business with such excellent customer service - and rates are comparable to inferior service providers. Thanks, Cata! read more

We had an awesome experience with this Cata! Our driver, Dezzie (??) was awesome! The car was super clean, service was great, he got there early and entertained us the whole way. The price was great too. We would definitely use them again! read more

Looked at my fellow Yelpers for guidance on car service. I came across this company, they were not on the vendor list at the Concierge. However, the ratings were a winner for me and family here. I was pleased with the Escalade as we had been riding Sedans all week. I wish I had have checked Yelp sooner on. Luis our driver greeted us with a big smile and made sure he was efficient and extremely courteous!! We will call them back for service while on vacation this year. read more

Booked cata for my fiance and her friends for the weekend. Two airport transfers and two sprinter vans for nights out. The drivers were all professional and friendly. The cars were in immaculate condition. I booked through the app and it was all so easy. Will be my go-to company going forward in Miami. These guys knocked it out of the park. When I had to modify a reservation too, I just called the number and they changed things up for me. Great company read more

Called 24 hours ahead for a ride to Miami airport and was told, rather rudely, that no cars were available. No apologies, no suggestions, just a turn down. Called Central Cab instead. read more

Car service was excellent. I received a text from the driver as soon as our plane touched down in Miami. Todd was very friendly and efficient. Engaged us in conversation on our journey to downtown Miami pointing out some of the landmarks. Our driver Rafael for the trip back to the airport was extremely engaging and personable. What a great demeanor to work in service industry. Rafael was extremely professional & courteous. Overall, highly recommend Cata Black Car!! read more

On time, clean car, professional driver. They were the best price and best service from South Dade to Port Everglades. When we booked our return car they couldn't accomodate us (my fault, called them too late), but told us the best options, prices, etc. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to help! Would definately use again and again! read more

I live in Mexico City and called just before my flight took off. When I exited Customs, the driver was waiting, a clean and very good car (Town Car) was assigned and the trip was uneventful. Hence I called them back to take me to the airport at 4:30am the day of my departure. Again, great punctuality, order and cleanliness and a great Cadillac. I will surely call them again! Also worth noting is the email communication... their invoicing, notification of charges, confirmation of reservation.... all was spotless. My most recent benchmark were car services in NYC.....Cata absolutely beats them. Recommend absolutely read more

Booked this service for a trip out of Miami. We left from FLL TO MIA. Great communication and service. They called to confirm that they were picking us up and the driver called to confirm he was about 20 min. away. They handled the luggage and dropped us right at the bag drop for the cruise. If you are looking for affordable transport from FLL to MIA use this service. They also booked us back round trip as well. We were a group of 7 and we were very pleased! read more

I just called as well and they could really work on their customer service skills. And please, get someone who articulates their words. It was so hard to understand the man on the other line, it was like he was mumbling. At first this man kind of talked over me. I told him we needed transportation to the port and he named the port. I simply asked if that was the only port in the area because I forgot to check the name of the port. He responded in a way that made me feel stupid. Conversation did not leave comforting feeling. I added one extra star because this man did suggest I download their app Cata Black Car and use the promo code Cata15. I tried to do this and I can't find this app in the iphone app store, maybe it will work for someone else. He said it was a promotion for first time users. After reading other reviews about poor customer service and occasional tardiness, I will pay a little more and go with Fab2Go. Had to remove another star after reading the comical response read more

On time, courteous, and a clean, nice vehicle. Top notch and exactly what I expected!

Professional Reservationist. Clean car. On time and courteous driver. Highly recommended! Loved the text updates. read more

Made reservation a day before and the driver was waiting for the group right on time at baggage claim. Friendly driver, great car, and an exceptional experience. Would use again. read more

Hands down Cata Black Car Service is phenomenal!!!!! I have been using CBCS service for 3 years now. They are always reliable, friendly, professional and each car car is always meticulously clean. I am loyal to businesses that provide tremendous service. Thank you Nick!!! read more

I hired this company to pick up a friend of mine at Miami International airport and take him to Dania Beach about 30 minutes north of the MIA airport. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and I felt confident that the service would be good after reading other good reviews online. My friend who I booked the service for told me that it was the best experience he ever had being picked up at an airport by a car service. He told me that the car was luxurious and the guy who picked him up was very nice and refined. My friend thanked me numerous times for treating him to the car service. I will definitely use this company again when in Miami or Fort Lauderdale and needing to be picked up for an event or to and from the airport and I will recommend the company to friends as well who are visiting the South Florida area. read more

Have been using them for years since my original review and they have been consistently great. Have never had one problem and love the easy booking process and fair prices. A total thumbs up! read more

Wow! So i decided to call because the reviews I JUST read are great. The guy on the phone is soooo rude. I mearly asked how does the hourly rate work because i only need to give two groups a ride to and from an event. And he ended his rude response with "we're not a taxi service. We're a business and we need to make a profit." Wow!!! if he represents the kind of service my business guests will recieve, then "no thank you" Cata Executive Car Service. I want to add that i work for and represent a high end company and would NEVER use anything less than a kind and professional tone of voice. There was no need to get the response i just got. I'm still in shock. read more

I tried calling for a quote after reading all the rave reviews. The man who answered the phone was abrupt and difficult to understand. Not a good impression. I will try another company. read more

Both of my bosses came back from Miami telling me on two separate occasions that they had a great experience with Cata. They told me to keep their information on file so that we could use them again the next time they're in Florida. Apparently it's not easy to find a car service in Miami that offers infant car seats either. Many car services get away with saying they offer infant car seats, but when the car arrives the seat comes without a base to secure it, or it's the wrong type. My boss is very concerned about the safety of her child and she had absolutely no complaints this time around. All in all, my bosses were happy with their experience, and I'm happy when my bosses are happy! read more

On time, great car! Drove well, sent us a text telling us where he would be, great experience! Miami to Fort Lauderdale trip.

Nick and his crew are top notch. We have always been pleased with their service and all of his drivers are extremely helpful and thoughtful. Early mornings, late nights, no worries with Cata. Reasonable rates are always part of the process. There's no other service in S. Florida that compares. Nick thanks again as always for your help on travel! read more

Cata shows up when they're supposed to, with a smile and a sign with my name. I love not having to worry about ground transportation when I arrive at the airport late at night, because they've already texted me that they're waiting. I love being able to book from across the country with confidence. Great service. read more

I was planning a board meeting at The Biltmore Hotel and I hired Cata to transport our guests to/from the airport and also to take our group to/from dinners. First of all, they're online system was AWESOME. It made it very easy for me to make/change reservations quickly. Also, the drivers were very nice and friendly. Several of my guests actually came up and told me how great the car service was. I would absolutely use Cata the next time we are in the Coral Gables/Miami area (we are based out of Chicago). 5 stars!!! read more

Clean vehicle. Polite driver. Didn't arrive in time. They say they are usually thirty minutes early but he was ten minutes late. I may use this service again because the ride was nice and the car is clean. read more

Cata Executive Car Service - Clean car - Limos Near Me - Miami, Florida

Both my wife and I travel extensively on business and have used a lot of car services in most major cities. From the text that was on my phone when I landed telling me that Juan was my driver and that he was waiting for me with a sign at the bottom of the escalator in the Ft. Lauderdale airport, to the beautiful, comfortable car, and the ice cold water and car charger for my iphone this was the best service I have ever had. Juan was polite, articulate, extremely helpful and courteous and certainly was willing to talk if I wanted but also understood that I had a lot of business to transact on the phone so he just drove. If you are in the Miami area and need a car you owe it to yourself to use this company and certainly request Juan if he is available. read more

These guys are great. AND always travel with infant seat which is hard to find.

Tried out Cata for transport from South Beach to FLL. Rate ended up being cheaper than the average taxi, and the experience was much better than a cab as well. Made my reservation last minute, and the car still arrived 10 minutes early--I didn't feel rushed (as is sometimes the case with an early arrival), as the driver let me take my time. Car was really nice and in excellent condition, and I would definitely use Cata again if in the Miami area. read more

Professional, on time (if not early) car service. I booked them for four trips in Miami in March, and their service was impeccable. From pickups (meet and greets) at MIA, to pickups at the hotel (for delivery to both cruise ships and back to MIA), their service was spotless. You are not charged for their service until they pick you up. The Cata drivers are professional, polite, and well-trained. I highly recommend using Cata if you are looking for a car or limo service in the Miami area. (And Renee gets bonus points, as she was my driver on two occasions!) Thanks Cata! You really rocked!!! read more

Courteous, prompt, and professional service. Booked at the very last minute in April for evening pick up in Fort Lauderdale for transport to South Beach. The young man who drove us (regretfully I forget his name) was a gentleman who was in constant contact with us upon arrival. The car was clean and beautiful, and the trip could not have been easier. Cata really seems to take pride in its business. Definitely will use again and highly recommend. read more

All as planned and promised. Courteous and friendly driver, clean car, expert driving. 5 star service without a doubt.

I booked a car with Cata to pick me up from Ultra Music Festival to take me to the airport. They were fabulous in every way... the driver was kind enough to pick up our luggage first at our hotel, and then drove to retrieve us from a very tricky area to navigate. He was so polite and patient, and when he finally made his way to us (perfectly on time), we were delighted to find that the car he picked us up in was absolutely lovely. We would definitely use this service again. read more

We used Cata for transportation from Ft Lauderdale to Miami cruise terminal. The driver was on time and professional. We were concerned about the return trip as disembarking can take time. When we arranged the transportation the person at Cata suggested a pick up time for our return trip. It was right on. We had no trouble at all and when we return to Ft lauderdale area again we will definitely arrange transportation with Cata again read more
