Initially set up service from and to the Miami airport in their 14 passenger sprinter van and then added on roundtrip transportation for a group of 20 people to a restaurant about 15-20 minutes away. The invoice is emailed to you and easy to access, understand, and pay. He accepts all major credit cards. Transportation arrived on time if not early with clean vehicles and friendly staff. I ended up adding on transportation from Miami to Fort Lauderdale for myself and my travel companion and the rate was in my opinion reasonable for an SUV. This organization delivered the highest in all of these areas; the driver, Vlad, was outstanding as well as charming. He picked us up on time and delivered us safely to the cruise line. We hired him for a round trip and so, when we returned, Vlad was ready to pick us up - once again on time. So often you think you have a ride home only to discover you don't. Well, this time we did not have to worry. We called him when we debarked, and he was on his way ready to retrieve us and our luggage from the terminal. What more could we ask for. Had such a great experience with DnR Limousines last year that I contacted them again this year. Got a quote for the same price as last year. Then due to an expected issue I had to fly to Florida a day later than the rest of my family. So I had DnR pick me up in a car at the airport. I picked this company because I needed a toddler seat for my son. Vlad picked us up with the seat installed and the truck was spotless and stocked with water and sanitizer. I cannot say enough good things about DnR Limousines. Vlad was communicative and pricing was on point. I hired DnR to pick up my elderly mother and aunt from Miami airport. I communicated that I wanted the driver to meet them in baggage claim, help them with their luggage and get them to the hotel for a family wedding. Vlad asked me what kind of car would be most suitable and the car was clean and perfect. The driver was very nice, met my mother and aunt, helped them with luggage and went and got the car from where it was parked since he could tell they were struggling with the walk, and took the most expeditious route to the hotel. Vlad monitored my mothers flight and knew even before I informed him that the flight was delayed and assured me it was no problem. He even calmed my worries on delays getting to the hotel due to spring break traffic restrictions by telling me he was tracking the car and knew exactly where they were at all times.
