Absolutely terrible customer service…read more We contacted this limo company two weeks before our scheduled event to cancel our reservation. The company refused to refund a single dollar, despite having ample notice to potentially rebook the date. Their justification was that the contract states all payments are non-refundable. While technically allowed by their contract, this policy is extremely customer-unfriendly and feels more like a money grab than reasonable business practice. Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid. There are plenty of transportation companies that value their customers and offer fair cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I won't say they are as bad as a 1 star, but I expected a lot more from the company…read more I booked the limo as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. When we got in, there was a leftover-half-drank champagne bottle, multiple dirty plastic cups, napkins everywere, no ice, and about 5 used water bottles. What? They didn't clean up after the last people? That's gross. I asked the driver where the ice was and he said "I put some in this morning, it must have melted" ...Thanks guy. We pulled over at a gas station to get 1 bag of ice. From there we wanted to be dropped off at Foutain Bleau, but he said he could only get about a block away because they dont let him wait there. He drove us to dinner, and I sent him to pick up another friend while we put in our names at the restaraunt. While he was picking up our other friend, he got into an accident and evidently blamed it on our friend. When the night was over and it came time to pay, everything was so unorganized. He didnt know I put down a half deposit, and was trying to ask for more money. I was told that my rate included tip, and the driver said it didn't. I didn't even want to tip him anyways. All and all, never again. Sad that I wasted a birthday surprise on this company.

I don't typically write negative reviews. In fact, I make it a point to recognize businesses that…read morego above and beyond because I believe great service deserves to be celebrated. Unfortunately, this is one experience I cannot stay silent about. Our group recently spent over $8,000 to charter a bus for what should have been a memorable trip. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we boarded, it was obvious the bus had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, but even worse, the waste tank from the previous trip had never been emptied. Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. Once they have your money, you shouldn't have to fight to receive the service you already paid for. I sincerely hope this review encourages the company to improve its standards so that no other family, school, or organization has to endure the experience we did.
