I recently rented out this party bus for my significant others surprise birthday party and it was amazing. First off, Deborah the owner was very kind over the phone and made everything very clear. The process to rent the bus was super easy to do. Our driver Jeff was right on time to pick us up and was very attentive to any request for specific stops. Everyone on the bus had such a great time. This was an experience I would love to repeat. We rented the bus for 3 hours and it was perfect. On the bus it was about 16 of us and we fit just fine. I have to say that everything from making my reservation with Debra, and having her tell me what the Limo will entail was exactly like she had promised. The bus company owner was incredibly rude, and ontop of the our bus driver came an hour late, then an hour after dropping us off at our location was not picking up her phone or answering messages when we wanted to get picked up so we had to stay an hour longer. Just had an amazing birthday party for my 11-year old daughter with this top notch company. The 18-person pink hummer was the definitely the highlight of the day. Shon, the chauffeur was early to pick the girls up and rolled out the "pink carpet!" for the birthday girl. He was dressed in a snazzy pink shirt and pink sunglasses. Extremely polite and professional. Limo came stocked with beverages for the girls. Shon linked the Bluetooth stereo to the girls cell phones so they could rock the tunes to and from South Beach for the birthday lunch at the Sugar Factory. Unfortunately, I feel uncomfortable even giving this company 1 star. We were told there was a $200 deposit via Venmo, there was no mention of 'non refundable deposit' just a quick response with her Venmo handle. My friends and I are hard workers and were incredibly excited for our trip, however we felt it would be best for us to cancel due to the global pandemic. As Americans, we felt a need to do our part and help this country stop the spread. The government and CDC has mandated no group gatherings larger than 10, and with a party bus that was going to host 14 of us, this company made no effort to cancel per the governments direction. Our group was left no choice but to cancel. As soon as we made the decision, I reached out to Deborah and told her I would be expecting a refund. She immediately denied the request and said we needed to take responsibility for placing a non refundable deposit (to which was never disclosed-I have email proof). Airlines, air bnbs and all of the other events we have had to cancel have been INCREDIBLY understanding and have issued timely and FULL refunds. Small business are being greatly impacted by Covid-19, however so are everyday Americans and we should not be out money for a service that we will not be using. As you can see in the attached correspondence, there is no mention of this bus being non refundable. read more

The day of I had a last minute question so I sent Shon a text, he got right back to me. Arrived early exactly as advertised and he was very friendly. Two things I really appreciated from Shon and why I would book with Elite again: 1) We had multiple stops in downtown Ft. I used Elite Bus service on August 12, 2017, to Celebrate our friends birthday. We stayed in Ft. Lauderdale and wanted a night on the town in South Beach and Elite Bus service delivered a stress free night for all. Let me start by applauding Ms. Deborah who was very professional each time we spoke. There was a little bit of miscommunication on pricing and Ms. Deborah was kind enough to honor the price that was quoted in our email exchange. This act of professionalism was greatly appreciated by my entire party. Our driver Ms. Tracy was EXCELLENT!!! Ms. Tracy called the day before to make sure she had the address and to go over anything we may need for our outing. She showed up on time to the pick up location, with a very positive attitude and was very accommodating to everyone. She got us to our destinations safely and was prompt to return to pick us up when we were ready to leave. I had to take away one star and that was only because the bus did get pretty hot. When we returned to the bus from our first stop it was a little cooler however there was an odor of gas smell. Also, the speaker system was not working the best, but that could have been the connectivity to the Bluetooth & phone we were plugged in to. To say I was disappointed is an understatement... We originally rented their 30+ people party bus for $1000, 45 MINUTES from their arrival at 9:00pm is when they called to let us know "the breaks were out"... this is not an issue you check before hand? Deborah informs us we can either cancel or take a smaller bus for $750, keep in mind it's about 30 people squeezing into a 18 person bus... either way I take it because how am I supposed to cancel not even an hour before with everyone at my house? Single handily the most uncomfortable bus ride ever, we were all squished and barely anyone could dance without stepping on someone else. I called to see if there was anyway we could get a discount for the inconvenience and they assured me that was not possible, even though WE were the ones inconvenienced. Don't recommend, we rented previously from "America's transportations and Limo Service" and I recommend that a million times more than this. I'm only giving it 1 star because our driver Jerome was great, other than that... YIKES! read more

Very disappointing customer service. Our group booked with Elite Ultra Bus for a trip coming up in early April, and paid a deposit to Deborah via Venmo. Unfortunately, we have to cancel our trip due to the covid pandemic and now Deborah and the company are refusing to refund us. We have a copy of our initial correspondence, which nowhere says that this deposit is non- refundable. Other, clearly more ethical and and socially responsible companies, such as airlines and Airbnb are fully refunding. The federal government has asked us to do our part by avoiding gatherings of 10 or more people, which I take very seriously as an ICU nurse, and which this business is clearly ignoring with a wild disregard for public safety. Not only are they refusing a refund for us while we are trying to do the right thing for our own families, for my patients, and for the rest of the general public, but they also have not informed customers of any updated cleaning and safety practices since they are not offering refunds. Overall I would not recommend engaging in any business with Elite Ultra Bus due to their obvious disregard and inability to provide flexibility to their customers, even amidst a GLOBAL pandemic. read more

Shon is the man. He picked us up on time, took us wherever we wanted to go and got us ANYTHING we needed. He legitimately seemed like he was happy to help and having a good time himself, which was a huge plus. The bus was in great shape and clean, however, it was a little small for a group our size (22 guys). Not sure how it could've fit 40 people, as advertised. I really wanted to give this review a 5 star.... Shon, the driver, is amazing and extremely kind & Deborah, the owner, was helpful with putting everything together. It was my Bachelorette party this past Saturday and I paid for 8 hours including a club deal. I was promised a free VIP table with bottles at Icon Nightclub. I was so excited as it sounded like an amazing night of fun with VIP service and bottles! It was a group of 6 ladies. When we arrived to our "table" there was no where to sit as there was already 3 groups at one table making us the fourth group. They served us our drink, which was just orange juice and cranberry. I was so sadden and disappointed that I texted Shon and explained that this was never the deal. Shon texted the promoter and the promoter explained that the deal was only free entry and drinks. Shon is the the driver so he is not responsible but it would have been nice if Deborah would have explained to me that I was to share one table with different groups before I paid for extra hours to go to the club. We only stayed 35 mins and asked to be picked up. Obviously we lost our money on the extra hours. We would have just went to our Dinner & Show and returned home and kept my extra $$$$ I spent for a disappointment. This was suppose to be my special night. :( read more
