Best part of my bachelorette weekend was renting this party bus! Our driver, Robert, was amazing. He was sweet, funny, and professional. We had the best time driving around, dancing, and spinning around on the poles in the bus. I wish I lived in FL and could rent this bus every weekend!! Can't recommend them enough read more

I recently rented out this party bus for my significant others surprise birthday party and it was amazing. First off, Deborah the owner was very kind over the phone and made everything very clear. The process to rent the bus was super easy to do. Our driver Jeff was right on time to pick us up and was very attentive to any request for specific stops. Everyone on the bus had such a great time. This was an experience I would love to repeat. We rented the bus for 3 hours and it was perfect. On the bus it was about 16 of us and we fit just fine. The bus was also equipped with ice, cups and water. Thank you for the service! read more

Just had my daughters 12th birthday party and I used Elite Ultra Bus Pink Hummer Limo. I have to say that everything from making my reservation with Debra, and having her tell me what the Limo will entail was exactly like she had promised. Limo is in MINT condition beautiful lighting inside Soft drinks with pink champagne flutes and cups were ready for us. Sean the driver was at our location at the exact time as requested. He got there rolled out the pink carpet like promised and started our celebration ride from Boca to Miami. Sean was amazing super professional, respectful and patient. If you are looking to rent a Limo especially a Pink one this is the company to use. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Thank you Debra for your impeccable service. The bus company owner was incredibly rude, and ontop of the our bus driver came an hour late, then an hour after dropping us off at our location was not picking up her phone or answering messages when we wanted to get picked up so we had to stay an hour longer. Overall, very poor and disorganized service read more

Great experience we had for a Bach party. Great customer service. Took us where ever we wanted for our time. I would recommend.

My friends and I from College wanted to get together in miami and do it big. We wanted to do the club thing because , hey it's miami, and we didn't want to deal with annoying Uber's back and forth all night. So we started researching party vans, buses, limos, freaking blimps you name it trying to figure out who to use. After calling around pretty much everybody, we decided on this company. They are family owned and operated , have good club contacts and were able to pick us up and drop us off with plenty of time to spare every where we needed. I would Highly recommend Elite Ultra bus. read more

I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this company. The owner Deborah was very patient with all my questions and was very clear on which party bus we were reserving. She was very easy to contact. Our driver Shon was amazing! We informed him we were running behind and he understood. He would keep us updated on our time crunch. He made us super comfortable and drove the bus very carefully. I will most definitely be renting from them again. It's such a great deal. They have ice water and cups ready for us to use the bus was super clean and everything looked amazing. Thank you again guys! read more

Great experience from booking to drop off! Scheduling was effortless and the owner was very helpful. Our driver was professional, friendly and fun. He kept us on schedule and was only a text away when we were ready to move to the next stop! read more

Just had an amazing birthday party for my 11-year old daughter with this top notch company. The 18-person pink hummer was the definitely the highlight of the day. Shon, the chauffeur was early to pick the girls up and rolled out the "pink carpet!" for the birthday girl. He was dressed in a snazzy pink shirt and pink sunglasses. Extremely polite and professional. Limo came stocked with beverages for the girls. Shon linked the Bluetooth stereo to the girls cell phones so they could rock the tunes to and from South Beach for the birthday lunch at the Sugar Factory. Deborah, the owner, is great and I would definitely recommend this "class organization" that doesn't try to nickel and dime you like several other limo services I've tried. Thank you Elite Ultra and Pinkhummerlimo.com! read more

Me and my buddies had so much fun and all of the girls were really happy with the service. We love renting party busses for all of our events because it's just the easiest way to wrangle a group and Elite was definitely the best company we've worked with. I highly recommend it. Super chill staff, great prices, and they really did seem to want us to have fun! read more

Unfortunately, I feel uncomfortable even giving this company 1 star. We were told there was a $200 deposit via Venmo, there was no mention of 'non refundable deposit' just a quick response with her Venmo handle. My friends and I are hard workers and were incredibly excited for our trip, however we felt it would be best for us to cancel due to the global pandemic. As Americans, we felt a need to do our part and help this country stop the spread. The government and CDC has mandated no group gatherings larger than 10, and with a party bus that was going to host 14 of us, this company made no effort to cancel per the governments direction. Our group was left no choice but to cancel. As soon as we made the decision, I reached out to Deborah and told her I would be expecting a refund. She immediately denied the request and said we needed to take responsibility for placing a non refundable deposit (to which was never disclosed-I have email proof). Airlines, air bnbs and all of the other events we have had to cancel have been INCREDIBLY understanding and have issued timely and FULL refunds. Small business are being greatly impacted by Covid-19, however so are everyday Americans and we should not be out money for a service that we will not be using. As you can see in the attached correspondence, there is no mention of this bus being non refundable. read more

Working with Elite means working with the best. It was critical for me to find the right transportation and more so the right company, who is honest and reliable. Deborah at Elite is a true professional and one of the main reasons I booked with Elite. Deborah's excellent communication skills made booking this Party bus a breeze. The big party bus was perfect for our needs and left us with 2 days worth of memories that will last us a life time. Our driver Shon could not have been more professional. Shon was prompt, polite, prepared and communicated very well. Thank you Deborah, Shon, and the entire Elite staff for being so good at your craft. read more

They were awesome. It was dope. Choose these guys over anyone else. Great bachelor party.

Booking with Elite Ultra Bus was so quick and simple. The night of was even better. Shon was our driver and he was great!! Very nice and attentive. The bus was so spacious, clean, and equipped with ice, water, coolers, and cups making it convenient for our group. The lights and sound system makes it feel like you're at a club on wheels (we didn't want to get off)LOL. We will definitely be booking again next time. Such a good time for a great price. Thank you again, Barbara and Shon! read more

Phenomenal Service from Deborah and especially our driver Shon from Elite Ultra Bus. Shon called the day prior to confirm details of pickup and share what is provided on the bus. The day of I had a last minute question so I sent Shon a text, he got right back to me. Arrived early exactly as advertised and he was very friendly. Two things I really appreciated from Shon and why I would book with Elite again: 1) We had multiple stops in downtown Ft. Lauderdale and when we were ready to be picked up Shon was super fast to get us. 2.) Shon knows whats good in Fort Lauderdale/Miami....I had something planned and he politely suggested an alternative which ended up working out GREAT! We had an epic bachelor party and Shon was instrumental in its success! read more

I used Elite Bus service on August 12, 2017, to Celebrate our friends birthday. We stayed in Ft. Lauderdale and wanted a night on the town in South Beach and Elite Bus service delivered a stress free night for all. Let me start by applauding Ms. Deborah who was very professional each time we spoke. There was a little bit of miscommunication on pricing and Ms. Deborah was kind enough to honor the price that was quoted in our email exchange. This act of professionalism was greatly appreciated by my entire party. Our driver Ms. Tracy was EXCELLENT!!! Ms. Tracy called the day before to make sure she had the address and to go over anything we may need for our outing. She showed up on time to the pick up location, with a very positive attitude and was very accommodating to everyone. She got us to our destinations safely and was prompt to return to pick us up when we were ready to leave. I had to take away one star and that was only because the bus did get pretty hot. When we returned to the bus from our first stop it was a little cooler however there was an odor of gas smell. Also, the speaker system was not working the best, but that could have been the connectivity to the Bluetooth & phone we were plugged in to. All in All I would definitely recommend Elite Ultra Bus Company if you are in the Ft Lauderdale area. Thank you for the stress free and safe ride!!!! read more

Couldn't be more happy with our night out for my best friends bachelorette party! Shawn was awesome totally accommodating & prompt picking us up within 5 min of a txt to take us to the next stop so we could make the most of our time. Also very knowledgeable of the area which was very helpful considering I am from upstate New York. The bus was modern, spacious & clean. I would absolutely refer him to a friend or use his company if in the area again. read more

To say I was disappointed is an understatement... We originally rented their 30+ people party bus for $1000, 45 MINUTES from their arrival at 9:00pm is when they called to let us know "the breaks were out"... this is not an issue you check before hand? Deborah informs us we can either cancel or take a smaller bus for $750, keep in mind it's about 30 people squeezing into a 18 person bus... either way I take it because how am I supposed to cancel not even an hour before with everyone at my house? Single handily the most uncomfortable bus ride ever, we were all squished and barely anyone could dance without stepping on someone else. I called to see if there was anyway we could get a discount for the inconvenience and they assured me that was not possible, even though WE were the ones inconvenienced. Don't recommend, we rented previously from "America's transportations and Limo Service" and I recommend that a million times more than this. I'm only giving it 1 star because our driver Jerome was great, other than that... YIKES! read more

My best experience with a party bus or any rental really. Very professional, kind and courteous, prompt, and helpful with venue ideas! We aren't from this area and were visiting for a bachelorette/girls weekend but if I were I would use them again!! Our driver was Nicole and she was the best! So happy with her and our experience! Thank you! Nd thank you Nicole! read more

Very disappointing customer service. Our group booked with Elite Ultra Bus for a trip coming up in early April, and paid a deposit to Deborah via Venmo. Unfortunately, we have to cancel our trip due to the covid pandemic and now Deborah and the company are refusing to refund us. We have a copy of our initial correspondence, which nowhere says that this deposit is non- refundable. Other, clearly more ethical and and socially responsible companies, such as airlines and Airbnb are fully refunding. The federal government has asked us to do our part by avoiding gatherings of 10 or more people, which I take very seriously as an ICU nurse, and which this business is clearly ignoring with a wild disregard for public safety. Not only are they refusing a refund for us while we are trying to do the right thing for our own families, for my patients, and for the rest of the general public, but they also have not informed customers of any updated cleaning and safety practices since they are not offering refunds. Overall I would not recommend engaging in any business with Elite Ultra Bus due to their obvious disregard and inability to provide flexibility to their customers, even amidst a GLOBAL pandemic. read more

Shon is the man. He picked us up on time, took us wherever we wanted to go and got us ANYTHING we needed. He legitimately seemed like he was happy to help and having a good time himself, which was a huge plus. The bus was in great shape and clean, however, it was a little small for a group our size (22 guys). Not sure how it could've fit 40 people, as advertised. Either way, it is an absolute steal for the service that you get and I highly recommend it for any Miami bachelor parties. read more

I really wanted to give this review a 5 star.... Shon, the driver, is amazing and extremely kind & Deborah, the owner, was helpful with putting everything together. It was my Bachelorette party this past Saturday and I paid for 8 hours including a club deal. I was promised a free VIP table with bottles at Icon Nightclub. I was so excited as it sounded like an amazing night of fun with VIP service and bottles! It was a group of 6 ladies. When we arrived to our "table" there was no where to sit as there was already 3 groups at one table making us the fourth group. They served us our drink, which was just orange juice and cranberry. I was so sadden and disappointed that I texted Shon and explained that this was never the deal. Shon texted the promoter and the promoter explained that the deal was only free entry and drinks. Shon is the the driver so he is not responsible but it would have been nice if Deborah would have explained to me that I was to share one table with different groups before I paid for extra hours to go to the club. We only stayed 35 mins and asked to be picked up. Obviously we lost our money on the extra hours. We would have just went to our Dinner & Show and returned home and kept my extra $$$$ I spent for a disappointment. This was suppose to be my special night. :( read more
