After nearly missing our cruise due to an uber driver not speaking English, navigating traffic missing turns. We had reservations about our return trip. Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. He drove super safe, was early to arrive and always a gentleman. We used this service for 5 hours and I have to say, I would use Guillermo everytime. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. Also, request Guillermo. You won't be disappointed.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

When I questioned the massive price increase, I still didn't receive clear or trustworthy answers, which only added to my concerns about the legitimacy of the business.
