I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, and he was there to pick us up when we landed. The next morning he took us from Ft Lauderdale to the Miami Cruise pier. BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Sorry, but reliability is critical for limo services and this was a complete failure.
