Ricardo is the best!!! Our family of 12 hired him for a 3 part transportation trip. He stayed in constant communication with me. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, and he was there to pick us up when we landed. The next morning he took us from Ft Lauderdale to the Miami Cruise pier. At the end of the cruise, he picked us up, took us to eat, and took us back to Ft Lauderdale Airport. His van was clean and spacious. He's helpful and pleasant. Disappointing. I set up transportation to and from Miami Port weeks in advance so we could count on reliable/prompt transportation. The ride to the port was excellent; right on time. BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Sorry, but reliability is critical for limo services and this was a complete failure. read more

I found this service online. (We are from Boston and not familiar with any car services in Florida). I called the number and spoke to someone. They gave me a quote which was VERY reasonable over the phone and then confirmed via text. We had alot of requests! Picking us up at the airport one day (13 people), dropping us off at a hotel about 30 minutes away, pick us up another day and bring us to the cruise terminal in Fort Lauderdale, and then picking us up from the port a week later to drop us back at the airport. So convenient! Last month my family and I flew to Florida the weekend before our Carnival Cruise to the Bahamas. Ricardo picked us up from the airport (when we landed at midnight!) and drove us to our AirBnB. A week later at the end of the cruise, he picked us up from Downtown Miami and took us back to Fort Lauderdale airport. We had 7 people (all ages) and about 8 bags. Ricardo was on time and very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him during the drive both ways. We were so happy we didn't have to split into 2 Lyfts to get everyone and the luggage across the cities! To set it all up, I got a quote via email first. Then I called and paid a small deposit to secure my reservation. We texted Ricardo when we landed and he was already there. About 5 minutes after we were dropped off, I got a link via text message to pay the remaining balance, which I did immediately. Transportation for a large group can be expensive, but this transport service was very affordable and convenient! Nice customer service, safe driving, punctual and patient. No problems whatsoever. FLL provided my family and I with the best customer service I can remember. My family was stuck in the Ft. lauderdale airport for 8+ hours due to the flood at the airport. We had to take a shuttle from Ft. lauderdale to Orlando and I had my family of 5. We had another family of 5 and had to find a way to get the 4 hours to Orlando. After looking at uber, I decided to check Yelp for car service and FLL came up 1st. The owner answered and said he could meet me in an hour and drive my family(10 of us total) to Orlando. He was unbelievably nice, professional and I had to trust him to drive my family across the state of Florida. It was such a great experience, and I can't recommend FLL enough. After sleeping on the floor of the airport, we felt like this was the divine intervention and luck we needed. I don't normally post reviews, maybe 4/5 in my life but this is as good as it gets. Great Experience. I hired FLL Shuttle Service for a 3 part shuttle for my family during our Thanksgiving Family Cruise Vacation: from airport to Ft. Lauderdale hotel on arrival, hotel to Ft. Lauderdale cruise port the next day , and finally cruise port back to airport after our cruise came into port. Everything was flawless considering the total number of family members - 11 for the first two shuttles trips including 3 car seats for the little children , and 16 family members with 3 car seats on the last trip to the Ft Lauderdale airport. Our driver , Ricardo , kept in contact with us and was very punctual and on time with each shuttle pickup. Let me also say that the rates charged were very good. We just got back from a family trip to Miami. I had heard about Ricardo on TripAdvisor and messaged him here and got a quick reply. He arrived on time with a beautiful, high top van that provided ample room for 9 of us who tend to pack heavy! His attitude at pickup and drop-off was pleasant. About 20 minutes after we left FLL upon arrival, we received a call from the airlines that one of us left a cellphone on the plane. He turned around and drove to the airport and had to give his next pickup to his friend. He didn't even want to mention that to me so that we don't get upset. And he didn't ask for anything extra.
