Francisco has provided us great service, however another driver Luis did not. On January 3 he was supposed to pick us up at Port Everglades. He was late, and he insisted that he would not pick us up at the place where all pick ups would be. The police were helping everyone with the pick ups. He wanted us to walk approximately 4 blocks across the street for the pick up. The four of us had luggage and could not do it. He refused and left us there. We called Uber, they showed up in 10 minutes and were less expensive. There is probably some reason why he did not want to be near the police. I have no idea. read more

Do not use this company. Francisco is extremely rude and accusatory. (1) Francisco called after I completed a request online. Was not able to finalize. No problem. Still have a few days. (2) Second day I realized the cost was unreasonable so I called to cancel. Francisco adjusted the price. (3) I called on third day to let him know I decided to go with another company. He falsely accused me of being rude and hanging up on him the day before. Francisco proceeded to degrade the company I chose using profane language. Very unprofessional. We hired this company for transportation to and from the airport since we needed an Infant car seat for our baby. They arrived at the airport with the car seat improperly installed and partially defective. Took 20 minutes to resolve but was ok in the end and we were happy with the driver. However 1hr before they were supposed to pick us up from our hotel for our return flight, the owner called to cancel! Yelled at my husband about the car seat - still don't understand why. We had to scramble and pay twice as much to make sure we didn't miss our flight. Don't ever use this company - rude, unprofessional and broken equipment. read more

I would most definitely recommend FG Car Services. They were great. Francisco and his team accommodated us from the very beginning when our flight was 2 hours late. The entire process was seamless. They were kind, efficient and accommodate for myself, my mom and my 1 year old daughter. Francisco or his team were in constant contact with us to keep us updated with when they will arrive to take us from the airport to the Port of Miami for our cruise. Once we got back from our cruise. Before departing the boat we got in contact with Francisco to let him know our departure time. As soon as we got off the boat he was there within minutes to get us. Our flight wasn't until later in the after so Francisco recommended for us to visit a shopping mall in downtown Miami to kill 8 hours until our flight. His recommendation was very thoughtful as it would have not been fun to sit at an airport with a 1 year old for 8 house. He was so kind he even kept out luggage so we didn't have to worry about it. I had booked this company because we had a large family group with children and I needed car seats and I needed a side trip where they would store our bags before we went to the airport. Cancelled reservations on March 12th due to cancellation of cruise that was leaving on 4/4/2020. I was told I could cancel at anytime. They immediately took my check to the bank and cashed it. I am now out of $615.00. Do not call them they are not truthful people. I am pursuing legal action. Contacted them and they told me they never told me they would not cash the check. I have the original check and they took a photo copy and cashed the check. I was told to give them the check when I got there for pickup. read more

We booked this car service a month in advance for a round trip from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the Disney cruise port . When we arrived at the airport, we called to let them know we had arrived. The person on the phone acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. After an hour and a half of waiting, they finally showed up with two broken car seats (we had requested 3 car seats). I strapped my 1 year old into a regular seat belt and hoped for the best. When it came time to be picked up at the port to go back to the airport, they were again late. We called and they swore they were on the way. After an hour of waiting (with three tired, hot, and cranky children and watching others just simply hail cabs) they called us back and told us there was bad traffic, they were not going to be able to make it, and they would refund our money. We were very lucky that at that time a van-cab pulled up. We were almost to the airport (45 minutes after they cancelled and not a single traffic jam in sight where they said they were stuck), when the company called us to say they had arrived to the port to pick us up and where were we? They kept insisting that since they made it to the port (even thought they had told us they were cancelling) that we should still pay the full amount. The person on the phone was rude and condescending telling my best friend to call back "when she calmed down". She had been perfectly calm, but insistent that we were not going to pay when they had told us we were cancelled. We went around and around with them on the issue and we ended up getting a partial credit back. NEVER AGAIN. Learned lessons? Anywhere you go in south Florida you can hail a cab. Even the van-cab we hailed at the port had one car seat and booster seats we could use. I would probably just bring my own seats and hail cabs. If I had done that, I would have saved hours of waiting around and hours of aggravation on the phone with this company. read more

The Concierge at the hotel we were staying at on Miami Beach recommended this transportation service for getting us to the cruise port. Since I had his business card I also called to ask him about transportation after the cruise to the airport. He said he would have to check his schedule and call me back in a few minutes--and he did!! Because shuttles often drop the ball when it comes to scheduling in advance, I half expected to call a cab once we were off the ship, but Francisco called me before we disembarked--he gave me detailed instructions where he would be, and it all worked out as communicated. My husband, daughters (4 and 7 months) and in-laws flew into Miami for a cruise. We needed a shuttle with car seats to get to our hotel prior to the cruise, to the ship and then back to the airport once back from the cruise. Dealing with the owner Francisco over the phone was challenging as he came across very abrupt and rude and I actually told him I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me to which he said "it's because of my language and nationality". The reviews I read online seemed good so I figured I could move on from the attitude I was receiving. Once in Miami, the vans were clean, car seats installed, and the drivers all seemed decent and knowledgeable- giving us tips on places to eat, how to use the free monorail, etc. which we appreciated. Again once the ship docked on the final day and we were able to call the company for our pick up to go to the airport, Francisco was very rude but we did get picked up without a long wait. Once home, I looked and noticed I was charged for the service I was quoted for, but was also charged a SECOND time and for an amount higher than I was even quoted. I've called and left messages, emailed the company and also sent a text message with the screen shot of my bank statement showing I was charged twice in error and would appreciate a call back and to have them fix the error. The company will now not pick up the phone (when they always had in the past) and won't reply to the emails. Overall we were provided with the car rides we needed but the owner needs to adjust his attitude to be more respectful to people and not ignore people especially when it was him/his company who screwed up! If you have thick skin and can bite your tongue as well as ensure you have a paper trail of the price agreed upon to ensure only one payment being charged, then going with this company may be an option for you. read more

This was the first time I took a car service in Miami / Fort Lauderdale. We needed to get from Fort Lauderdale airport to our Hotel In Miami. Then we took a cruise from the port of Miami back to Fort Lauderdale Airport. FG car service was great. We got texts from Francsico the owner and from the driver when they arrived at our location to pick us up. We originally did not book FG for our second leg of the trip (from the hotel to our cruise ship), we were going to take a taxi instead. But after our first trip (from The airport to the hotel) we decided to book them again to get us to our ship it was easier and less hassle, we knew the car would be there when we needed it instead of having to hunt down a cab. For the final leg of our trip it was from the cruise ship back to Fort Lauderdale airport. The driver called us again to let us know he would be there in a few minutes and showed up just a couple minutes after we got off the ship. Both Francisco and the driver were in constant contact with us letting us know when they would arrive so we had nothing to worry about. FG car services made our vacation a lot less stressful then had we needed to get a taxi or Uber. In addition, there prices were less expensive then taxi's or other car services. I would highly recommend FG car service for transportation around Miami or Fort Lauderdale, they did a great job for me. read more

I want to say what a great experience my family and i had with Fransico and his team. I received phone calls and text when we landed and returned from our cruise to let me know where to meet his team and when to expect them. We also received calls from the drivers once they were close to our location. We requested a toddler car seat and it was there for each ride completely installed. We did do the private transport since our flights were early and we didn't want to have to wait to fill a van. We also paid a little extra for a Publix stop to get our wine and snacks pre cruise so we didn't have to worry about the wine breaking during our flight. I would like people to know that if sailing on the symphony of the seas the port is absolutely terrible. The time you might have to wait and the chaos is not associated with the drivers. Sadly RC poorly designed the drop off and pick up areas. Long lines for entry and people and police everywhere. So be patient and give yourself time upon departure from the port. We had a HORRIBLE experience with FG Car Services - twice! The first time, they showed up with an infant car seat rather than the correct ones we had reserved in our email communication. we had to go buy a new car seat at the store on our drive and wait for the driver to learn how to install it. It was quite an ordeal and took up a considerable amount of our day. An extra hour at least. After battling with Fransisco over the phone he finally made it right and gave me half off the ride down which felt right. Given this, We used FG again for our return. All was smooth on that return trip. As such, we elected to use him again, but shame on me. Despite booking him two weeks in advance he was utterly unprepared for our arrival to FLL. I was waiting outside at the pick up area with our checked bags for 15 mins. I was traveling alone with my two sons (2.5 and 5 yrs old). It was quite late - 9pm. We were all barely holding on. He seemed very surprised when I called to inform him the moment we landed that we were there. He said it he would get back to me and finally called back after ten mins or so saying it would be 20 mins and blamed traffic and then began yelling at me, saying was i actually going to do this again?! I said, what do you mean, complain when i receive poor service? Well then, yes, i am. He then actually hung up on me, after yelling "oh my god!" at me. I then called the driver whose contact information Francisco had just texted me before hanging up on me. I asked the driver why it would be twenty minutes and he said Francisco had JUST hired him for the job. I hired Francisco for the car seats and we ended up having to take an Uber with no car seats for a 1.5 hr drive. when i called Fransisco back he said he was cancelling the ride and left us high and dry. Thankfully we managed to arrive safely but we are filing complaints with the better business bureau and any other place we can. Take my advice and don't use this service! You cannot depend on them but what you can count on is an attitude, very untimely service and a lack of attention to details like timing and type of car seat. I am not one to put bad mojo out there with a review like this but i don't want any other weary traveling parents to experience what we did. Fransisco, good luck running your business. You will need it. Or maybe anger management classes? Please learn how to refrain from accusing your customers of wrong doing when you are the one who has made the error. read more

My wife was driving from NC to MIA to catch a flight home with our new dog that was rescued from a shelter. She needed a ride from the Marriott Hotel where she dropped the car rental off as MIA's rental car center is horrible, and needed a ride with the dog and his crate from there to the check in at MIA and help with all of it. I called Francisco the day before and agreed to transport her and the dog. He was great showed up early and while my wife was dealing with the rental car counter, he offered to take the dog and took him for a walk! He was also so helpful at the airport. His rates were great! If you ever need a van and don't want to deal with a taxi, FG is the way to go and probably less than a taxi with superb service! We just used FG car services today to get from the port of Miami, to Miami airport. It was a very last minute call, but Francisco was amazing. He didn't even hesitate to come pick us up. He was right where he said he would be, and was in contact with me the whole time. He took 13 of us and was very professional. We met Mr. Gutierrez and his team about 8 months ago when they were the transport company taking patrons from a parking lot to the Diplomat Hotel for a very large car show event. I cannot type the word AMAZING large enough in this application!!! The owner, Mr. Francisco Gutierrez himself, coordinated the entire evening, logistics, and was our driver. His beautiful black shuttle bus was ideal for our guests. He arrived early and stayed late and was super gracious with our guests. He charged my credit card on the day of the event. Families requiring rear facing car seats pls DO NOT BOOK with this company - This is why- I called to schedule 4 pick ups since we were travelling from Toronto to Miami for a cruise and needed a rear facing car seat. My friend found this site and said it looks reasonable priced call them. I checked their website and there was no email address so I proceeded to call. I called and spoke to Francisco and he was so quick and abrupt and said " yeah yeah" to all my questions. The price was cheap so I booked. I had a bad feeling about it as I didn't receive a confirmation at all. Pick up #1 Let's just say we were left stranded at the airport, I had to call numerous times to get picked up, when the driver finally arrived he didn't help with any of the luggage, I had my baby in a carrier plus holding a back pack and a purse and had to push a trolley with 3 suitcases while the driver walked a mile ahead of us to the parking lot, where the van was parked. he didn't have a sign with my name on it as I requested it. It didn't matter as we were the only ppl left at baggage claim. Pick up #2 it happened again where I called for pick up to go to the port from our hotel in Miami and they showed up 30mins late with the wrong type of car seat. The owner was yelling at me on the phone, why aren't you outside the driver is waiting... meanwhile I called an hour before our pick up to remind them, and my husband I went outside constantly checking for any cars- but again, they are unmarked cars and I requested a sign with my name so the driver could meet my family in the lobby like other professional taxi drivers. The driver was down the street he said it himself... I wasn't going outside in the heat down the street looking for the taxi when I gave the company the name of the hotel I was staying at. Pick up #3- Finally the last straw was when the SUV showed up at the ship to pick us up with no car seat and he said " I thought you said you were bringing one!".... so his associates were flagging down all the taxis coming into the port asking for a car seat. This is happening as my 7 month old daughter is in her carrier on me with my husband standing under a tree. I had requested a rear facing car seat in my initial booking so I can't understand why after 2 previously failed pick ups, the driver thought I was bringing a car seat with me. Why would I have a car seat coming off the ship when I didn't have one for my previous 2 pick ups?? I was livid at this point since all 3 encounters with this business was unprofessional and hostile all within a week's timeframe. Almost 2 hours waiting in the heat under a tree with my 7 month old daughter the owner ( or a driver)I guess shows up with his own vehicle and front facing car seat. Even though i had requested a rear facing car seat. They dropped us to our hotel - after reminding them 3 times or they would have dropped us to the airport. Not surprising, the driver didn't even ask us what time to pick us up to go to the airport, as I had booked and paid for 4 pick ups. I left a text message with Francisco that I was cancelling it and I never heard back. Except when I received my visa bill, I was charged for the 4 pick ups, even though they only picked us up 3 times. We had a very interesting experience with FG car service. I was first given a quote over the phone because I was booking the day before our departure date. Francisco who runs the company sounded extremely busy but still managed to quote me a round trip from the airport to a hotel then to port of miami and back to the airport. The shuttles were very clean and the drivers Nelson, Raydel, and Gregory were all so pleasant and helpful. Francisco kept constant contact with us and I would give 5 stars but there were two instances where Francisco was very rude and unprofessional. He accused me of lying about flight information even after I called to let him know that our initial flight took a delay causing us to miss our connection. Then because he took the quote and reservation over the phone there was some miscommunication over the phone for our hotel departure time. Francisco was very unprofessional mentioning that he had been working all night and that the time I had given was not what we agreed on. He did however manage to have a driver at our hotel on time. I think Francisco works very hard and I am very appreciative of the company's promptness and flexibility to book my family of 4 on such short notice but I do not believe I would use FG car services again unless Francisco allowed someone more professional to take the calls. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I booked with this company for a client and had to make a slight change in the pick-up time and spoke with Francisco to do this. He was so rude when I phoned. My client phoned the number on confirmation after their breakfast before departing their cruise (as outlined on the confirmation). Francisco answered again and was rude AGAIN! When they arrived to the van, the driver too was very rude. I don't know if the company has all their calls routed to Francisco and the company doesn't have an actual customer service and/or dispatch but being in the business I am in, customer service is EVERYTHING. Francisco would do well to either hire someone with a better attitude to answer the phones and not be a one man stop. I do a lot of cruise business in Miami and was initially very impressed by their vehicles and what I "thought" would be good customer service but do not feel this way any longer. Francisco is Awesome!!!! This is the car service to use for Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas. My group of 18 hired F&G for car service and tour guide. We went to little havana, seen various basketball players homes, south beach, cruise port etc. You cant beat F & G prices or services anywhere!!!! Here are pricing examples: 4 people picked up from FLL then dropped off at Downtown Hotel in Miami then 2days later he picked us up from the hotel made an unplanned stop to Walgreens, then took us to the Cruise Port in Miami $90.00 (that averages out to $22.50pp). 2nd example: on the last day of cruise our flight was not til 5:30pm for 14 people. We paid $15 pp for pick up Miami Cruise Port, then took us on a tour of our choice south beach, little Havana, had a Cuban lunch, miami beach, we took pics of D Wade's house, LeBron house, Shaq's now Shonnie's house, house where they filmed Scarface Movie, plus more luxury homes. Hands down you get more than a taxi ride with F&G car service. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! read more

WOW... Just got off the phone with this rude man..... This would have been easy money... I am going to have back surgery and will be out for 6 to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, it will be the week that the kids start school. I just want 1 car with the same person picking up my daughter and dropping her off at home where I will be waiting. The middle school and my house is exactly 5 minutes away 5 blocks from my house but she is only 11 yo and I don't want her to walk home. How easy is this??? I do not like to be rushed when I am speaking. I was explaining to him my situation but he didn't have time for my explanation. He even went as far as telling me to wait, wait, wait, you are speaking to fast and mind you I was speaking normally. Maybe he need to get some English as a second language classes and a time management class. You don't rush potential customers especially a mom wanting and needing to know that her daughter would be safe.... Well he lost my business until they change the person that is answering the phones.
