Hired Infinity Transportation and rented a limo for my son's Senior Prom. They had the Chrysler 300 white limo. BEAUTIFUL car. Our driver was Warren. He was amazing. He took great care of my son and his friends for the night. Very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend Infinity and I'll never use another transportation service. Infinity is the best!! Customer service was amazing, helpful and very friendly and accommodating. #SeniorProm2025 read more

Always great and reliable service. Have used many times for cruise trips. Drivers are always professional

THANK YOU (real & authentic) YELPERS for pointing me to Infinity. WOW! I'll never use anyone but Infinity. Airport pickup and drop off and ride from resort to cruise port and back again. So professional and clear and consistent prices. Nothing hidden ever. read more

Completely unaware that they required 1m dollars insurance coverage. Luckily priceline backed me up so I didn't lose anything but time. Avoid this one unless you have sufficient coverage read more

Perfect service start to finish. Our driver, Bernardo, was polite, helpful and completely professional.

I've used Infinity several times roundtrip to the airport. I usually take red eyes and it's great to have a reliable company with a friendly driver pick me up from an early morning arrival without incident. Very easy to book with them. Very professional. read more

Had an excellent experience with Infinity Transportation. Made reservation to go from South Miami to South Beach for dinner. Communication was excellent reminding me of my reservation and on the day of I was able to track when the driver would arrive. Luis, our driver arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. His driving skills were excellent in the congested Miami traffic. Would highly recommend this company as they are on time, very professional, very courteous and well priced. read more

Had reserved a private airport limo to go to MIA. It was a horrible experience. The driver showed up 45 minutes late which is inconceivable for a driver taking you to catch a flight. When he finally showed up, I requested that he get to the airport asap so I didn't miss my flight. He responded in an egotistical and self-absorbed manner, complaining that I asked him to get me to the airport asap so I didn't miss my flight! which I almost did. Don't trust Infinity transportation with airport transportation. read more

We used Infinity during our recent trip to Ft Lauderdale for our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our driver, Leo, was great... professional and very personable. Our flight landed a little early, but they monitor the flights and Leo was there ready and waiting. The vehicle was spotless. We had to change our return transfer due to the record rainfall and closure of the airport. Our driver Troy drove us to West Palm Beach since we were able to get a flight out of there. No problem changing our transfer. Troy was on time and the vehicle was again spotless. He even had to wash the SUV between trips and before picking us up...car washes were backed up due to people trying to cleanup their cars from the floods. Communication from Infinity was great with email and text reminders and updates. I chose Infinity due to their great, consistent reviews. Other service providers had good reviews but they were very inconsistent, and although their quote seemed to be lower, they had hidden fees that came up later. Infinity quotes included everything...tip as well as all other charges...no hidden fees. Just sign at the end of the trip and done. I highly recommend Infinity. read more

We had a great experience with Inifinity Transportation! I booked a Mercedes Sprinter Van for a night out on the town for my sister's bachelorette party and everything went perfectly. Our driver, Leo, was punctual, friendly, and helpful. Everything from booking to the actual service was great. Would recommend Infinity and will use them again the next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale read more

I have used this company for close to twenty years but not anymore. I had a very rude driver that yelled at me after he gave me bad information on where he was. Called me a name I won't repeat. I refused to get in the car and called an Uber. It's not that he was rude - stuff happens but I called and left a message for Miranda and also sent them an email. No one ever got back to me. Even after 20 years as a customer. So, no more - I am tired of poor customer service from companies and believe there should be consequences. read more

I just wanted to let you know that after using your service yesterday for my son's prom, I have only great things to say. Your excellent customer service by Vilma and Miranda, and Troy Tomlinson, the driver, exceeded our expectations. He was attentive to our kids going and made us feel comfortable and assured us they were in good hands with him. He was punctual and very professional. I will definitely recommend and use your service again in the future. Sent from my iPhone read more

Stop here, your search for a trusted, reliable and incredible limousine service is right here! A+ BBB rated AND members of the National Limousine Service (NLA) your experience will be every inch as advertised and more. Our sedan was gorgeous and our driver Carlos V. was very conscientious, arrived ahead of time, explained the venue rules and pickup requirements clearly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were covered from beginning to end. I would rate Infinity MORE than 5 stars if I could. (which is more than I can say for the BBT CENTER (aka Florida Panther arena) the most Limo-unfriendly place on Earth no joke I plan to use Infinity for all my future transportation needs and so will you, you'll see. Carlos V. is definitely one of their best drivers and I thank him personally for his consummate professionalism during a potentially crazy exit from the Iron Maiden concert. read more

I had a great driver, but an incredibly unprofessional experience with a customer service agent named Shawn Wilson. So much so that I ended canceling my return car service and booked with another company. You do not demean and speak down to your customers, ever. I cannot recommend any company who treats people this way. He was incredibly rude and patronizing Buyer beware. There are many other reliable transport options in Ft Lauderdale read more

My wife and I utilized Infinity Transportation for our wedding day transportation from the church to the venue with a stop in between for photos. We traveled in a very nice Cadillac and our driver, CJ, was exceptional. Great service all around and we highly recommend them. read more

Great transportation company, great communication... Drivers are awesome... Very professional, on time, highly recommend using this company.

How our driver managed to pull up right as we were exiting our cruise ship is beyond me, but it really did happen! Do you know how much confusion there is getting off a cruise ship? We used this company to transport our group of 6 from Ft. Lauderdale to Port of Miami for a weekend cruise. The drivers both ways communicated with me directly which was so very helpful. Each time I communicated with the company I was met with professionalism and friendliness. Their vehicles were spotless. Highly recommended! read more

For being my first service ever, they will be my only service! The service of this place is beyond perfect! We were exceptionally happy with Infinity Transportation and would give them more stars if they were available. This was the first time we have used a car service for transportation but since we had such an early flight on debarkation felt safer using them over a cab or rideshare. We had booked them very early and not knowing how long it would take to get off the ship was concerned. This was not an issue. The driver contacted us and let us know he was there and he would wait on us. We got off the ship and let him know we were ready and he was there in just a couple minutes. He loaded our bags in the nice clean Escalade and we were on the way to the airport. One of the easiest rides and is well worth the money. We will be using them in the future. read more

I used Infinity Transportation for day of wedding transportation services for about 65 out of town guests from downtown Miami to Key Biscayne. This was for my daughter's wedding. I found Infinity and my coordinator Miranda Sherman to be very easy to deal with and all expectations were met. Pricing was reasonable and Miranda worked to get the best type of transportation vehicles lined up. The drivers were courteous and on time. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. read more

6 of my girlfriends and i rented a stretch limo from Ft. Lauderdale airport to Miami. Met the driver at baggage claim, he then told us to wait outside by the limo sign, we waited for about 15-20 minutes. We got a flat tire on the highway (not their fault) but we were stranded on the side of the road for another 20 minutes, with out luggage outside of the car on the highway. The driver told us someone was going to come pick us up and we assumed it was going to be another limo because that's what we paid for. What picked us up was a shuttle van... which isn't the experience we paid for. We were late for our dinner reservations, so they gave our table away and we had to pay a fee for missing our reservation. I have tried calling the limo company a few times to try to see if we could get a discount and they have been avoiding my calls and not returning my messages. Overall i would never use this service again. Extremely disappointing, and it was a horrible start to our weekend. read more

I would definitely recommend Infinity to family and friends. The service was awesome. Driver was always on time and very courteous. I love that you receive a text and email with drivers information once arrived. Highly recommend!! Will be using again. read more

We have used this company in the past and had a great experience. This time was a disaster though. They were hired for a meet and greet service at Fort Lauderdale to a Miami hotel for 7 people and a pick up at the Miami pier to Fort Lauderdale airport a week later. 1. Upon arrival, our meet and greet service was not there. We didn't receive a phone call or a text. We had to contact them to find out where our ride was; only to find out that we would be picked up for curbside pick up. The driver did remove the charge for the Meet & Greet service though. 2. We were scheduled to be picked up at 930am at the Miami pier, 7 of us(2 children, 4 adults, and 1 senior). Upon arrival outside at 915am, we called to locate our driver so he could tell us where to meet him. He told us he was on his way and for us to meet him at the passenger pick up. After many frustrating phone calls he finally arrived at 10:16am. Over 45 minutes late ! The excuse was there was unexpected construction near a hotel. (it is their job to know these things and to modify their schedules) Also, we saw him drive by to drop off another passenger at a different ship 20 minutes after he was supposed to pick us up. The company took off the pre-paid Drivers Gratuity for the inconvenience. (Please keep in mind, that if you are late....they charge you in 15 minute increments/but they took the driver's gratuity as compensation) The only reason I gave a 2 star is because our first experience with them was amazing, but this time these 2 instances were horrific. read more

Got to Ft Lauderdale Airport after a hellacious six hour flight that was supposed to be two and a half. I had booked the ride from New York not knowing what to expect when I arrived in Florida. Though my flight was hours late, the driver was there, helpful, professional and kind. The car was clean, air conditioned and even had bottles of cold water in the cup holder. The driver took us to a restaurant to pick up food we had ordered and got us to our residence. He took our bags inside. I would use this service again any time. read more

We were a group of six adults, two toddlers (needed seats, they provided, no problem) going from FLL to South Beach and back. Driver was courteous, prompt, and anticipated possibility of us having even more bags going back than coming (although I am sure that's not uncommon for travelers to vacation destinations). Their price ($172 covered everything) including tax and tip. We will use them again when we return to Miami, no matter the size of the group. read more

I booked Infinity Transportation for my wedding this past August 31st. Let me just say - they are very professional, accommodating, and direct. I emailed them regarding my needs for the wedding and they were able to give me options that fit my needs and budget. The Escalade limo we booked arrived early, was gorgeous, and a blast to ride in. We were able to listen to music from our phones which made the experience very enjoyable. The driver was very polite. Overall, given the reasons above, I highly recommend this company for such similar events. read more

We booked round trip from Ft Lauderdale Airport to our cruise ship. The service was exceptional from booking to drop off. Great communication! We were contacted by the driver letting us know he was at the airport as we were getting our luggage. A few minutes later we were getting into the car, which was extremely clean, and exactly what I had reserved, relaxing with some water. The driver was helpful, very nice and professional. I requested a change to an earlier pick up than our original reservation. They got back to me quickly and confirmed the new pick up time. Again the car was on time, communication was excellent and the driver was great. An outstanding experience start to finish. read more

We used Infinity Transportation for group transportation between my home in Coconut Creek and the Port of Miami for a cruise. The cost for 9 people was much cheaper than driving two cars and parking at the port ourselves, not to mention the convenience of not having to navigate SoFla traffic during rush hour. I used their web site for a quote and the site was easy to navigate and the response was quick and comprehensive. Booking was very easy. They were very flexible through several changes that were made after the booking and the fees for additional stops were very reasonable. Both drivers we had were very professional, courteous and got us to the port and back home on time both times. I would definitely book Infinity again. read more
