Atlantis Limousine -First Class all the way! I cannot say enough about Frank and Atlantis Limousine. We had a 23-person family reunion trip to Siesta Key Beach. Frank handled our adventure from start to finish with the utmost professionalism. He was so personable. The overall rental fee was very fair and the coach was clean and comfortable. Frank was very punctual, he greeted us all with a smile, and even helped us load and unload all our beach gear. He played our choice of music during the journey and even made sure there were plenty of water, sodas, and tea on board for our refreshments. Frank saved us from leaving a cooler and a couple of bags behind noticing they weren't there to reload at the end of the day. We hit a bad rainstorm on our return trip and Frank took the utmost care in driving to deliver us back safely. I will use only Atlantis Limousine for any future transportation needs. Frank is the best! He drove our bachelorette party down to Miami from Hollywood. He was able to accommodate us last minute and we were truly appreciative. He was also very timely and communicative throughout the trip. Booking was a seamless process and the team worked with us to help find us the perfect ride down to Miami. The bus was clean and perfect for our group, and the sound system was great for a fun dance party on the way back. The price was also way better than several other companies in the area. I highly recommend this transposition service, especially if you are coming from out of town. Frank, He went out of his way for us. He was on time and we needed him to pick us up later because the yacht we were on the draw bridge was down. Instead of getting us at our original pick up he picked us up at the restaurant where we had to get a ride to the restaurant. We hired Atlantis Limousine to pick us up, drop us off and pick us up where we we were suppose to return. I called him and he accommodated us by picking us up at the new location due to the draw bridge was down. I highly recommend this limo service. Great customer service. Excellent limo service! We got Frank to take us to a concert and back home, and he was incredible. Showed up 5 minutes early, was the first car in the lot to pick us up, and took us to a drive thru because we were hungry. Frank was very professional and the limo was clean and comfortable. Frank was a very safe driver. When we initially requested a quote from multiple companies, Frank was the first to respond and was very helpful with getting us booked up. I traveled with frank more than 18 hours. The limousine was not available due to coronavirus but he drove an SUV. The weather was excellent and Frank is an excellent driver . The traveling was super good. He is very knowledgeable person. Knows the road well. Advantages we did not eat too much but we arrived well , on time as expected. I really would recommend this company and speak to Frank he was great. I was desperately looking for a limo to drop my kids off at the prom and all the companies I called had a minimum of 4 to 5 hrs and my pick up and drop of was about 30 minute. Excellent service!! Great communication through email, text and phone. Are use this service for my son's homecoming dance for him and nine of his friends. The car was beautifu, clean and well stocked with sodas. I got a full itinerary of their stops with my receipt! The kids loved it!
