Great conversationalist and excellent driver made getting from hell to the airport a pleasure. I strongly recommend this business as well as requesting Isaac as your professional driver.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. Then the 2nd half of the evening happened. The crew went to Ft Lauderdale. Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. My daughter and her friends felt like they had no option but to take an Uber home. Serious letdown for the evening. So I paid $1200+ for a limo, plus an Uber. Very disappointing.

After my last visit where I flew into Ft Lauderdale int. airport and had a bad experience. I decided to look for a limo service to get my family to the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood FL. I found. AllVIP Limo after doing some quick research on yelp and have to say they were excellent! So good we used them a few times. I called them the day of our flight and they were very professional when we set up out pick which was then following up with a text message of what to do when we land at FLL. By the time we landed I had another text message to let us know they were ready to pick us up and just to give the a call to let them know we were ready to get picked up curbside. By the time we called we landed they were minutes away. By the time we walked outside the driver was just pulling up. I mean I wish I had them back in Chicago.... This never goes this smooth back home. The driver was extremely professional and very good with our kids during the ride. The Escalde was a sweet ride and was spotless inside and out. I usually don't get to deep on my reviews here on yelp[ but I have to say the service was outstanding and would never think of calling some one other than these folks the next time we are in the Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area.
