The price changed after I had already sent the payment, and the scheduled time was incorrect. When I asked for clarification, the representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. I initially requested a refund within a few hours of payment, but they refused. The next day, they offered to waive certain fees if I paid in cash, yet the final price still included a mandatory 20% gratuity, which I was told was already included. The representative continued to be rude, showed terrible customer service, and ultimately canceled my service over the phone. To make things worse, they told me I would have to wait 15-20 days for a refund, which is completely unacceptable.
