Kimberly from day 1 taught me how to properly cleanse my face, recommended products to use (and I now only use products from her), and reviewed my makeup, shampoo, and conditioner for ingredients that are pore clogging. She makes it her mission to help your skin get clear! Her service, transparency, honesty, and attention to detail is impeccable. And she sets a relaxing atmosphere in her studio and it is always super clean. I look forward to seeing how my skin continues to transform!

I've been seeing Kimberly for professional skincare treatments since December of 2024, and in 6…read moremonths the results we achieved have been truly life-changing. I came to her with active, persistent acne -- especially around my jawline and chest. I have struggled with my skin since childhood, and especially after maternity. Despite trying countless products and treatments over the years, nothing worked long-term. Kimberly took the time to thoroughly assess my skin, develop a personalized treatment plan, and recommend quality skincare products that have become essential to my daily routine. She also went through all the skincare items I was using and vetted whether they were good for my skin or not. We started with bi-monthly sessions, and as my skin improved, transitioned to monthly treatments. Today, my skin is the clearest it's ever been. I rarely break out -- and if I do, it's a small, manageable spot that clears quickly. My overall tone and texture have improved dramatically, and for the first time in years, I feel confident going makeup-free or just wearing a light tinted moisturizer. Kimberly is professional, knowledgeable, and results-focused. Her treatments are effective, her product recommendations are on point, and her care is completely personalized. She is absolutely worth the investment if you're serious about achieving lasting results with your skin.

The consistency of the monthly facials truly made a noticeable difference. I was never complimented on my skin until I started going here. I usually see Mikaela, but Emma did my facial the last time, and the results were just as amazing.

It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. I went in just for a normal facial with no additions. I get to check out, and there are 2 additions to my facial (+$120 on top of facial). I never added it. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.

However, I left feeling unclear about the qualifications of the person who performed my injections and whether the providers were operating under another individual's medical license. During my appointment, an employee took photos of me and laughed while looking at them, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Although I was told I needed more than 20 units, I explained that I only wanted the 20 units I had purchased, focused around my eyes. After the treatment, my eye became swollen and bruised, which has made me concerned about the placement of the injections. Based on my personal experience, I will not return. I strongly encourage others to confirm the injector's name, credentials, and level of experience before receiving any treatment here.

Every provider here is wonderful I don't recommend one specific doctor because they are all amazing. My treatment plan was very thorough and thoughtful. We started with oral medications, skincare routines, and facials, and my doctor took the time to try different oral options to see what worked best for my skin instead of rushing the process. Once my acne was under control, I moved on to laser treatments to help with scarring and pigmentation, and the improvement has been life changing. This place truly feels like a second home. Every single provider I've seen has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely want the best results for their patients. I also want to give a special shoutout to Marisol at the front desk, she is honestly the reason I love coming in.
