I had specifically asked for natural and minimal, but the injector I went to, who marketed herself as a "Master Injector," completely overfilled my lips and destroyed my Cupid's bow. It left me feeling self-conscious and honestly very hesitant to ever trust anyone again. From the moment I walked into SkinSpirit, I had a sense I was on the right track. The clinic is beautiful, elegant, high-end, calming, and welcoming. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and clearly care about their patients. My consultation with Shawna and Franky was exceptional. Their bedside manner is truly special. Shawna took the time to really listen to my fears, concerns, and goals, even while I was crying because I was so nervous about trusting someone again. She reassured me that restoring my lips to a natural look was absolutely possible with the right approach and expertise. We began the process of dissolving my previous filler, and the preparation was incredibly thoughtful and careful. They prioritized my comfort and wellbeing throughout the entire appointment. Dissolving filler can be quite painful, but Shawna and Franky were so empathetic and supportive the entire time. They also offer NOX, a nitrous oxide and oxygen mix for pain and anxiety management, which was a huge help. Not many clinics offer this option, and it truly made a difficult procedure much more manageable. I am currently about halfway through my lip restoration journey, and I already feel so relieved knowing I am finally in the right hands. In a few weeks we will begin a very conservative, natural lip enhancement, and I am genuinely excited about the outcome. If you are looking for someone who combines technical skill, aesthetic judgment, honesty, and genuine compassion, Shawna is the injector you want. Franky is an incredible assistant and makes the entire experience feel safe and supportive. I responded yes...I take the sun 30 minutes per day...she the told me after I had been there for over an hour that she could not do the procedure on me...I traveled a long distance and this was not even one of the questions on the lengthy questionnaire... they acted like the pulse care less...I really felt scammed...very unprofessional....I will go to cosmetic care in Newport next time...

Booked Facial Lounge Costa Mesa BECAUSE they advertise "non-toxic/clean/organic." My wife has very…read moresensitive skin and we live a non-toxic lifestyle and to ensure this - my wife even brought her own products. She told the front desk, and they reassured her their products are vetted and they take "non-toxic" seriously, so she trusted them. During the facial, they applied a product that was visibly blue. After the service, the technician recommended the same product...so my wife asked to see the ingredients. Only then did we learn the product contains synthetic TOXIC dye/blue coloring and other ingredients that don't align with "organic/non-toxic" marketing that is ALL over their blogs and website - after it had already been smeared all over her face. Skin is the largest organ in the body, and with her sensitivity this is not a small issue. This was also for my wife's birthday, and instead of feeling cared for, she left feeling misled and completely violated. Our trust is broken. She brought her own products to use but they ensured that they could be trusted...... I emailed management and never received a response...3 weeks later, still nothing.
