Lisa is awesome! Went in for a undercut shave which we made phenomenal with extra accessory stuff for the cleanliness and style I was going for. With her advice I also realized I've been cutting and styling my hair wrong for a long time. Good prices too, friendly personality, laid back vibe and just a good local mom and pop shop to support in the neighborhood. Wow talk about RUDE .... I was simply looking to fix one nail ... Came in and showed the girl i needed a repair , she said they had no nail tech ..mind you it's a nail shop according to the sign out side . I walked away and she came after me and said she can fix it.. so I'm like can you fix it or not ? I'm sure Lisa is great. Unfortunately I came in for a mani and pedi ($20 great price..... for a reason) and was seen by someone else. I wasn't looking for fancy. Just a college student who wanted her nails done. I even brought in my own color, I had no expectations. But..... when I sat down, before I was even assigned a nail tech, the owner tried to sell me something else, jewelry. I said no thank you, and proceeded to wait for my nails to be done. Lisa then asked me to write a 5 star review on Yelp. Before my nails were even touched, even though she was NOT my nail tech. I told her I would, at the end with a picture. After my toes, she asked about 3 more times. So I complied. Then Lisa left. My nail tech was SO NICE. We chatted the whole time and I feel bad leaving this review just because of how nice she was. But she did a terrible job. :-( Just look at my picture. My cuticles were rough coming in, but she did little to clean them up. And the polish job is really really upsetting. I'm glad I only paid $20. I'm bummed because I really liked the lady who did my nails, and I really wanted to like this place. But I didn't. :-( read more

This is probably my most recomended salon for men, ask for Pauleen and she will give you a great haircut you need. She's professional by experience, friendly and can really do the job you want for your hair. Price is very cheap compare to CUTS, professional but can't do the haircut right. This salon offers a lot of stuff too like hair pomade, jewels for womens and etc. so better to check out this place, definetly can deliver quality service. read more

I like my hair short and try to keep it as low maintenance as possible, so I never liked paying what a lot of barbers/salons charge. I mean, why not let my hair grow a little longer and do something extravagant with a salon artist, at least I would be getting more bang for my buck then. She makes mistakes and sometimes it seems she works on her own time. I advise calling ahead as she can be away from the shop during normal business hours. read more

I've been here multiple times with my family, the workers are rude and don't do a very good job :/. I've gotten my eyebrows don't here for the first time and they looked horrible! They had nice natural shape beforehand and then they looked like pencil lines. Luckily they grew back. I've also gotten bangs here and they were SO SHORT AND UNEVEN, then I got acrylics and they come off within 2 days. I do not recommend going here, they say prices at the door but change it later to more depending on who you are :( read more

Professional is something this place isn't . They are really cheap for a reason. I highly suggest not going here if you want to get your hair dyed. I came on a Saturday and their was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 20 min, what the hell ? & then me & my fiancé get there and ask if they can do my hair, platinum that is. They said yes with no hesitation but that it couldn't be today or I could wait for 2 hours because the lady who was gonna do my hair was busy at church or home. So I left and gave her my number. I get there next Friday and she has everything ready. Once again I show her a picture of how I want my hair to look and she says yes I know like she had it under control . I was there all day and left with blonde hair NOT THE COLOR I WANTED ! AT THAT THE BLONDE WAS UNEVEN WITH SHADED OF ASH BLONDE. YELLOW AND STILL BLACK SPOTS LEFT . it was a terrifying experience and I'm surprised my hair didn't fall out I highly do not recommend them . This place is for cheap haircuts not color. read more

Ok , honestly I hate leaving such a bad review but as someone else already said , this place is not professional . don't go here if you're looking for professionalism . I show up at 6 pm after a long week of work and I was looking to get pampered and feel pretty . So I arrive and pick out a gel color from a selection of about 10 colors to chose from, then the girl who was suppose to do my nails tells me I should get my eyebrows done and I said no it's okay I just wanted nails but then she insisted I get it done and said its only 5 dollars and a very good price so then I finally was like ok I guess it wouldn't hurt and she has me go with the other employee into the small room in the back where they wax, the lady who does waxing was friendly and its was pretty quick .when I came out I find out the first girl left the shop to run an errand so I wait ... And wait ....Maybe 20 min later once I was about ready to leave I see her pull up and I think to myself ok well I've waited this long might as well walk out with nails done . So she sits me down at her station , which still has a wet towel with someone else's hair on it , and against my better judgment I sit any way and just kinda pick up the towel and toss is to the next chair because she clearly wasn't going to do it for me . Then she tells me if I actually want my cuticles cut its a different price than she originally gave me but she tries talking me out of it by telling me maybe next time even tho that's what I wanted so I said no I'll get them cut today please , otherwise what's the point of getting your nails done at a shop right ?? So she leaves and comes back with a tiny bowl meant for one hand and gets me to awkwardly both hands in there and says I have to soak for 2 min to get the cuticle soft so I'm like ok fine buuuuut she then goes to go do the other girls hair ( yes the other employee ) and leaves me waiting for about 10 more minutes on top of what I've already waited before I'm finally fed up and I get up with soapy hands and say it's ok I'll just do this some other time and I pay for the eyebrow wax and she tells me it would only take 10 minutes to do my nails , yea after all that the last thing I want it some one to do my nails in a rush . Thanks but no thanks. By the time I walk out its 6:55 and I didn't get my nails done and now I look in the mirror and my browns aren't even fully cleaned up :( what a sad experience ... read more
