The meat was pretty tasty, but the portions are laughably small. There's absolutely no value in this and I will never return nor will I ever tell somebody else to go to it because the prices are outrageous for the portion sizes and I'm someone who doesn't eat a lot portions. Now the sides were not very good either the collard greens were super vinegary. The mac & cheese had so much oil on top of it that I decided to pass. The cornbread was dry, falling apart and tasteless and the barbecue bread was great value bread, whipped in the pan with barbecue sauce putting me in the mind of a crispy French toast that tasted like barbecue. The brisket chili was pretty good, but I'm not coming back for it. I'm still looking for a good barbecue place in Mount Dora, but this isn't it.

Still $18 but with half the food advertised. Didn't realize the discrepancy until I was done and on my way out and noticed the poster. Went to their web site prior to posting my review and sure enough, 5 ribs! Good food but no value for the money. Maybe should have tried the bakery for a sandwich. Won't be going back.

Delicate crepe, very soft ripe bananas, sauce was not disgustingly sugary, and the vanilla ice cream was smooth and soft, not icy and sweet. My mom ordered the fish sandwich with tomato and cucumber salad. After ordering the Italian Haley said they were out of beef until the owner arrived so I went for the day's special which was a seafood basket: two pieces of fried fish, four huge shrimp and clam strips. Clam strips are not my favorite but these were very crisp and tasty. It was served with fries and cold slaw. We both agreed the food was very good. I asked for some cocktail sauce and after a few minutes she came back with saying she had to make some. It was fantastic, very horseradish forward which I loved. I am glad we couldn't locate our first two choices since we got to eat at this funky little place and have the best server in all of Mt. Dora.

I found myself going back and forth dipping into the Mustard based BBQ Sauce and Regular BBQ sauce. The Garlic Toast was gone in a blink of an eye.
