There's an upcharge for an all-beef hot dog and for paying with a credit card. Also, the Mens room was filthy. Overall: not bad, but not great. Its easy to put up a "Coney Island" sign, but harder to live up to.

As much as I loathe @yelp because they censor and erase posts consistently, it is the only place to document such culinary malfeasance. So here goes. The food here was flat out terrible and insultingly overpriced. My little tiny 3 rib cluster was obviously par cooked at some other time, barely warmed up and thrown on a plate. The ribs were literally almost inedible. They were dry and tough, and I had to work pretty hard to pull them off the bone with my teeth. Some of the worst ribs I have ever eaten to be blunt. The green beans were unseasoned mush in a puddle of water, barely seasoned and barely warm, and the onion rings obviously came out of a bag in the freezer, undoubtedly from Sysco. Little tiny plastic forks, the cheapest you could possibly buy, accompany your meal. My dining companion had similar thoughts about his food. He had something like rib tips and called them dry and tasteless. The Macaroni & Cheese was the highlight which he gave a 3 out of a 10 and referred to as "edible." They have another location in Mt. Dora which is apparently closed indefinitely due to "vacation" or something, but based on this experience, I would steer wide and clear of both of them.
