Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. In the planning phase, he was very cognizant of the slope and grade of the land, and would troubleshoot any areas that he anticipated could be an issue for drainage and run off. He also accounted for the physics of the motion of vehicles, and how that could affect the gravel as well. During the construction phase, he stayed in touch with photos, and was very concerned about the cosmetics of it, even down to the color of the stone he was using and if there was any variation. His edges were impeccably straight and sharp, I was amazed at how clean and crisp he was with something as unwieldly as gravel. He also compacts everything, it almost feels like I am walking on solid cement or asphalt, rather than gravel. Given the size of our project, I felt the price was extremely reasonable, based on the cost of another project I had done several years earlier, that was carried out much less effectively. If you need a gravel pathway, this is your company, you won't regret it.

Voss signed a contract with me in May of 2024 and as of today there is still not a finished pool…read moredespite down payment and excavation payment being made. In addition, we had to pay the concrete supplier directly to get the footing poured. I have made countless texts and calls to them. They are not answering most of the time and when they do, commitments to call back are not met. The last time on site in late November, Katie and Jamie unrolled the liner, worked for about 2 hours then left after folding the liner back up and leaving it in the yard. Their tools have been sitting in my yard all December and January. Over 75% of the contract payments have been made and I still don't have something I can remotely call a functioning pool.
