Drunchies anywhere is generally good but I'm glad to have come here because they have a huge serving of meat ratio compared to fries so you will definitely get your money's worth. Shrimp Burrito that's all you need to know. At first it didn't seem all that appetizing seeing that I've been to my fair share of Albertaco's, Alerto's, Alejandro's, Alberto's, and other various hole in the wall Mexican joints but Molcasalsa is different somehow. I tried this place last week and I did not like it at all. I tired the chicken taco and the carne asada taco. They are huge tacos, however, both were not that good. The chicken taco had a deep fried shell and the carne asada taco had a soft shell. Both tacos were soggy by the time I ate them. Some times when you think of 24 hours. You think of cheap food and quality could be mediocre at best. Moca Salsa is 24 hours but quality of food is in point. The shrimp quesadilla is my favorite thing to order. super fries are legit. I like these super fries because they use a smaller fry that stays crispy under the weight and liquid of all the toppings. I tried this place as my local del taco place all closed after 2am. This was only place that opened after 2am. So I gave a try as this place was holding four stars!!! I just ordered basic beef taco which is on menu #2 Duh...they use chunky meat that might came out of cheap can of chunk meat. But it was bearable until I gave a bite the taco shell. It was taste like hard shell that had been cooked at least five hours ago. The shell was saturated by oil so hard and it lost its crunchiness. It was felt like chewing hard rubber. I have been here about four times now and everytime it was late night after the bars closed. The food is awesome carne asada burritos/tacos/fries, rolled tacos. The guys who work there are cool as well. Its open 24 hours and they have both salsa verde and salsa roja and they're both good enough to drink. The tortilla was excellent, but their CA burrito was more like a potato and salsa burrito with a hint of cheese and carne asada. :( I was expecting the ca burrito to be a carne asada burrito with fries, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Since I recently moved to la habra, my friend just told me about how yummy this place is, so I decided to give it a shot. My friend recommended the shrimp burrito, so that's what I got! Holy Moly, it was bombskies!!! They're not stingy with their shrimps and they were jumbo too! :) it was very very satisfying! I can't believe I never heard of this place until now. There are a few Molcasalsa locations in this general area. Of the three if your vice is a shrimp burrito, come to this location. I've been to all three and this is the best shrimp burrito of the bunch. Only downside of this place for ladies, the restrooms are in shady locations, ie the outside backside of the restaurant. read more

I lived down the street from Molca Salsa for a year. In that time period, I witnessed 3 of my friends totally throw up after eating their food, and once actually had to sidestep vomit in order to get out of the building. While this is both awesome AND hilarious, I just am not cut out for this place. If you can handle grease like a champion, then eat this always. Revel in your greatness. But if your digestive system has the fortitude of France against invasion, you are in for a long long night after a round of this stuff. You think the Vichy government was bad? Try sitting on the john for 2 hours after some of those "super fries" and feel the taste of true and total defeat. read more

This is by far the best Mexican restaurants I have been too. The portions are HUGE, one combination plate is good for 2 meals. The Adobada plate is delicious. I'm typing this review out as we're driving to molca. I've been a customer since 2011 and I'll continue to come here for years. Customer service is also a plus. read more

Decided to finally try this place, worst food ever. Not sure why it's still open, we ordered a couple of burritos and for some kind of flap meat which it was steamed not grilled, no flavor at all nor seasoned, salsa same thing no flavor at all but you can taste that it was previously frozen, the pico de gallo needless to say it was chopped practically whole in big chunks, wet burrito same version of meat with a whole bunch of flavorless sauce on top, the tacos on yellow corn tortilla which it as cold as soon as the styrofoam container opened up, sodas flat, brown guacamole, place was dirty and the staff had no customer service skills at all, we decided to leave after the first bite and never coming back. I've been a long time patron of Molca Salsa and it's definitely one of those late night eateries that satisfies those frequent midnight cravings that cannot be quelled by anything at home. Now what is it I order that fills my empty jar of cravings? California Burrito and Super Fries. It's a huge amount of food and I often curse myself after eating it all but I'm all smiles during the experience. Each bite of the burrito with all the fixin's including the red sauce, accompanied with fork fulls of fries smothered in guac, cheese, and meat reminds me of a time long ago; a much younger me who would party till the wee hours of the morning, never experiencing the fatigue of a much older body and who would eat without regret with a bowel capable of grinding through whatever was thrown at it. Great Carna Asada fries available 24 hours a day...how could it not get 5 stars? It is truly super with its heaping amount of fries, carne asada, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and cheese. There are only a handful of late night options in Fullerton but all you really need is this one. I usually get lots of the salsa (both green and red) and pour it on and dig in. You can totally share one order...but sometimes you just want it all to yourself. They serve their orders pretty quickly with two drive-throughs in addition to the registers inside but when its 2 am and people are craving after bar munchies you might have to wait a while. If you are one of those people, you couldn't really ask for a better after drinking meal. read more
