There is a ginormous, easy to read (and understand) list of recommended bowls. Keep in mind you can customize whatever you like! Or ask the staff to make you their favorite bowl.....put their favorite combo of sauces on your custom bowl....etc. etc. I DESPISE ginger, and as I get older, the number of carbohydrates consumed and the size of my pants seem to correlate, so I always hold the ginger & grains and get all mixed greens as the base of my bowl. Their raw, cubed fish has always been exceptionally fresh. There are a ton of vegan options and if you don't care for raw or surf, there is an excellent Crispy Hei Hei bowl with sesame chicken tempura, white cabbage, cucumber, sweet onion, carrot, shiitake mushroom, crispy garlic, unagi sauce, and PM sauce - but again, construct and customize any way you want. Do not sleep on the *Shiitake Mushroom Pot Stickers*. LOVE! Chopsticks, cutlery, and soy sauce are available. Grab a lid for your bowl if you don't finish.
