Great addition to Edwardsville! 9/10 times the drive thru is extremely efficient and quick ( which is amazing!) the food is always made correct and hot. My only issue is the parking lot. With the drive thru running through it, it's constantly a traffic jam and hard to get in and out. I almost never do a pick up inside because there isn't anywhere to park in the lot. read more

This Chick Fil A was a welcome addition to the growing Glen Carbon/Edwardsville area. Its quintessential Chick Fil A - food products, facilities, and personnel are of quality like other locations. Similarly - The parking can be atrocious and the drive thru line is almost always RIDONKULOUS. I suggest ordering in the app. You may not suffer from this, but when I eat out I tend to order the same thing every time. I stick to the same order because I know I like it and won't be disappointed. I can honestly say that I WILL try things at Chick Fil A. I've enjoyed every dish I've tried. Some how got lucky and went on a day that wasn't too busy with not having to set up a tent to wait to order. Overall I feel like Chick-fil-A in itself is hyped up and overrated. Definitely not worth the wait for anything out of the ordinary. I do give kudos to the fast that they are the last fast food restaurant to actually offer a grilled chicken option (even in nugget form) while all the others have pulled theirs versions of a healthier option off their menus. Everyone that we encountered were friendly though. The highlights were the waffle fries and the grilled nuggets but the chicken sandwich with cheese tasted off with the choice of cheese put on it. Might get a craving for it but definitely not sacrificing the time to sit in line for it if I see they are backed up as always. read more

Finally! This is a new Chick-fil-A and it's been so busy you couldn't get near it. When we drove by I noticed that it wasn't as busy as usual so we gave it a try. We went inside and it wasn't busy at all. It's a cute place and decorated nicely in red and white. We also found out they serve breakfast! I had no idea and can't wait to try one of the breakfast sandwiches...they look good. I ordered the nuggets and fries. Hubby ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. They were both delicious! They are the best nuggets I've ever had at a fast food place. Hubby is not a big chicken fan, but he really enjoyed the sandwich. We both loved the waffle fries! They also serve Coke products which we like. Food came out fast and hot. The service was cheerful too. It was a wonderful lunch. I'm so happy we finally got to eat here. They forgot half of my order when they gave it to me, I didn't double check until I got it home and tried to call which is pointless as they do not answer phones to try to help assist. $30 for 2 meals and they forget half of the food. read more

Been there four times ordered grilled chicken sandwiches. They came out cold all four times. Very poor service would not recommend.

Like most Chick-fil-As, this is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and most caring quick-service restaurants you will find. And, the food is incredible - always fresh and hot. I've been here many times and the owner goes out of his way to speak to me and the two dining-room hosts have learned our names. 3 of the reviews listed as of 6/12/03 have only 1 star which drags down the overall rating. I'm very surprised Yelp has even posted them due to their lack of credibility. All 3 won't list their city, two have no photo and the other has a suspicious name. And, a quick check on their profiles shows that they each only have the 1 Yelp review - Chick-fil-A. I believe they are trying to smear Chick-fil-A's good name because of a mis-understood comment by the previous president and also because of their conservative social and family values. Chick fil-a is just absolutely amazing everyone here is super friendly and so is the owner he came up to me one day as I was eating my meal alone and we had a brief conversation and he said how he thought it was cool that I would to choose to eat here so... and just as I'm writing this the staff handed me a free ice cream but any ways the owner gave me two free meal passes. First time at this NEW location! I am not a huge Chick-Fil-A fan, but I really wanted to check out the new location in Edwardsville, IL. I also wanted to try the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. This location opened a few months ago, so I am not going to review the physical restaurant. It's new. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to customer needs. That is a Chick-Fil-A staple. I ordered the HPPP sandwich, waffle Fries and a sweet tea for dine in. The young man who took my order was super friendly and followed up with me after my meal was over, even calling me by name after he waited in 20 other customers since he waited on me. That's good customer service! My order was delivered to my table quite quickly. The waffle fries were hot and had the right amount of salt. The sweat tea was on point. The start of this meal was the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. Somehow, I tasted the honey, pickled jalapeño, pimento, and chicken all in the first bite. Now , this sandwich did not send me to a magical land or anything, but it was a good, well prepared sandwich. The only drawback was the price. $12.49 seemed a little high. $10.49 would be a better price. Still a great lunch served in a new clean facility by friendly people who are truly taking care of their customers. No kiosks here....Mickey D's and Taco Bell....take notice. I'm not hating on them, but they have totally removed customer service from their business plan. Chick-Fil-A is making it the centerpiece of their plan and, judging by the long lines in the drive through and at the counter, they're doing just fine. read more

Well first things first I pull up to some lady trying to sit to block both lanes so she could decide which lane went faster.... Almost crashed and would not have been my fault. Absolutely not fair and scary, need to put up some dividers or soemthing. Then they proceeded to mess up my order and instead of fixing the issue THEY made, they charged me more than I would've payed had they did my order right. Had a very bad experience today. There was a young man with curly blonde hair. Very friendly with the workers, seems like he works there. He was talking really bad on a lot of the employees for the whole 10 minutes I was standing by carryout waiting for my doordash order. Very unprofessional, there was a young woman as well encouraging this behavior. Employees need to do some soul searching because this is not the way to go at working, especially at Chick-Fil-A. read more
