I was hoping that my 10 year old truck (2008) wouldn't need anything major but I was wrong. Bob told me what was wrong, what it would cost, told me what he would do if it was his truck, and gave me time to think about it. In total, my trip to GoodYear cost almost $1,100 but I can't blame GoodYear and I try to rate them accordingly.
