One of the biggest challenges was that all of the demolition debris had to be taken out through a very tight access point, but the crew handled it efficiently without any issues. From start to finish, Daniel and his team were organized, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They removed the shed, demolished and hauled away all of the old concrete, cleared the overgrown lawn, and completely transformed the space. The quality of the materials they used was excellent. They built a beautiful stone patio exactly the way we envisioned it, installed an elegant pathway accented with Mexican river rock, and created two separate areas--one for our pool and another with fresh sod for a small lawn. The finished project turned what was once an unusable backyard into a peaceful retreat where our family loves spending time. What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. The work involved resodding a backyard that had gone wild with violets and other invasive plants. They dug out some overgrown horseradish plants that had spread considerably, they trimmed and edged the flower beds, and everything is neat and clean. Out front, they resodded and put in new timber borders. This was real work, and they did it well. Their bid came in slightly higher than one other, but I got the sense from talking with the owner that I had nothing to worry about, and that was true.
