The drinks were so yummy and refreshing! I got the Super Fruit Green Tea (orange, lime, lemon, watermelon, and passion fruit) and my bf got the Cheese Foam Black Grape Tea Slush. The fruit tea was perfect for such a hot day and just what I needed! There is plenty of parking outside. When you go in, you just order on a tablet and the drinks come out really fast! It's pretty clean and there's tables and chairs to sit at.
Stopped in for a quick grapefruit tea. They had a grapefruit slush so ordered that to try. I don't like my fruit teas too sweet and this was perfect. Fresh grapefruit too because there was a hint of bitterness. Service was quick and friendly. The place was not busy on a Saturday afternoon.
Honestly impressed!! My hubby and I had the cravings!! So we did what we needed to do. We ordered the OG milk tea with golden boba and matcha milk tea. I ordered 70% sweetness which was sweet enough. And I was also surprised by how much boba was in the tea. They knew I was coming or they knew the doordasher was coming to deliver the order for me. Obviously I didn't go in but maybe next time!! We live pretty close! SO GOOD WHAT !
Their reward system need revised. I am a regular here and accumulated up to 53 points in Snackpass. For every 10, you get a "free fruit tea" - I've gone several times and they've let me choose something else besides a fruit tea. 53 points means that I've spent upwards of $100+ dollars here. If the fruit tea is the same price as a milk tea, why shouldn't I be able to exchange for a milk tea? I explained that I've been able to change it before and this time, they were like "well this is the rules." The reward system needs changed.
I first tried Moge Tee when I was visiting the East Coast. I did not realize they also had locations in CA, so was intrigued in checking out this San Diego location once I found out about it. My partner got the Mango Pomelo drink, which tasted pretty good and used fresh ingredients. It was perfect with half sugar. On the other hand, the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea drink I got was underwhelming. The creme brulee was too chunky, while the tea was too watered down. I would like to see more consistency with the drinks here. Although it is a small store, there are a few small tables inside and a couple more outside. There is also a convenient self-ordering kiosk and a large parking lot, which are nice to have.
A spot that my partner and I found after dinner and it was a solid spot for dessert. First impression is that they have a self ordering kiosk which is always a nice touch. Ordering up front is also a suitable option. Note that parking here is quite easy, huge lot and it's free which is nice. Decorations here are pretty nice, good for pictures. Seating is also adequate, 1 big table, outdoor seating, and some indoor seating as well. There's also a bench near the deco which is a nice area to wait for you drinks. Pretty spacious overall. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. Drinks are pretty tasty. I'd say, pretty standard to most boba places. One thing I would highlight are the quality cups. Love the style that most boba spots have adapted and Moge Tee is similar. Their menu is quite extensive but my partner and I decided on their mango pomelo sago and creme brulee milk tea. Drinks came out fairly quick and we were decently impressed. Seems like they use real cuts of the pomelo which added to the taste of the drink. Felt quite refreshing on a cooler night which was a nice touch. The creme brulee is decent quality as well, not too sweet and it was a good compliment to the pomelo sago. Overall, a decent boba shop, very interested in returning to try their other drink options. A solid spot that I'll be returning in the future.
"TAKE A SIP, MAKE A WISH" (3.8 stars) ... I wish my boba had better boba pearls - BOBA: good - PRICE: average - SERVICE: quick - AMBIANCE: small, nothing special MANGO POMELO ($7.95) - I love both flavors separately, why not try them together. This was good, a layer of Pomelo, a foamy whip that has a slight cheesy taste, and then a layer of mango. I ordered it with golden boba and yah idk why I order golden boba (never liked it before, won't change now). The texture of them is a little crunchier. This was overall a mix of subtle refreshing and sweet. RECOMMEND They have a lot of offering on their menu but many are caffeinated. Would love to come back and try another to boost up the rating. I love me a nice, refreshing iced tea on a warm day and Moge Tee hit the spot for me. I ordered an iced four seasons fruit oolong tea with aloe vera and it was super tasty! I really like that they added fresh fruit and the aloe vera bits were tasty. The only downside is that even at 30% sweetness, it was still a bit sweet. I'd definitely come back to try more of their drinks.
We came in two hours before closing and they were out of boba. I got the crème brûlée milk tea but it really had no flavor. I did get it 70% sugar, but when I tried the foam alone it tasted like cheese? Overall, I would try something else. The crème brûlée milk tea just tasted like plain milk tea for me (Mind you I usually get drinks 25% sweet and still taste the flavor). They do have a wide variety of fresh fruit smoothies. The fresh fruit are in cups ready to be blended. Next time I stop by I will be trying one of those!
Yay for another tea boba place! Was craving that Thai tea and luckily came up in my Yelp search and they are located in Mission Valley! Hidden in the Friars Mission center shopping center, they are a short walk from Ralph's and across the driveway from Subway. I looked at their menu in the Yelp pics, but didn't see Thai tea in their menu. I took a chance and still visited Moge. Luckily they do have Thai tea available it's just not listed on the menu. When I inquired, they said they have lots of drinks that are not listed on the menu. Well, that kinda sucks... how are you supposed to know what you can order?!? They have three different sizes, medium, large and plus...which is huge! Kiosk ordering available. It was not packed each time I visited which is nice, so I don't have to wait long for my drink. They use a simple syrup as their sweetener so it can be adjusted. I ordered my tea with 30% sweetness which was perfect. Not overly sweet and strong a Thai tea taste. Worker bees in the back making tea orders as they come in. My order was made quickly, I didn't have to wait long at all. Shop is super clean and open. 2025: 47
It was my second time here and the drinks are okay. We came here to wait for a friend, but she ended up flaking LOL. My friend ordered a mango pomelo slush and we shared a pandan waffle. I forgot the name of my drink, but it was pretty! The waffle had more coconut than I like, but overall it was pretty good.
Great customer service and even better drinks & snacks! My wife and I had the Watermelon Fruit Tea Slush & the Black Grape Fruit Tea Slush, and shared a Pandan Bubble Waffle. Everything was excellent, made quickly, and we are adding this our our list of go-tos for snacks! You can tell they use real fruit. The watermelon flavor was refreshing and not overly sweet (100% sweetness) and the black grape was perfect at 75% sweetness. We did not try the cheese foam on our drinks. Maybe next time!

Went around 9:40 and didn't realize they closed at 10, but the workers were very kind when I asked them a few questions. They answered politely, and my drink came out very quickly. It was a little pricey, but they claim to use fresh fruit, so it's understandable. The drink I bought was around $9 in total. The space is a little roomy, so they could definitely add more seating. Payment was available through a kiosk or in person. The drink was amazing, though not too sweet and really refreshing! read more

I ordered the avocado with pomelo with aloe Vera which I will not do again. It was pretty good! I will go back to try a less creamier drink. Service was quick and the place was very clean. I really like the covers to their drinks. read more

I ordered the yogurt mango tea slush and it had a strong yogurt/ tart flavor. I personally enjoyed it but if you don't enjoy strong tart flavors, I would not recommend this drink. I also couldn't really taste the mango flavor. I would recommend 50% sweetness because the drink still felt pretty sweet to me at 50%. The slush texture was more watered down than icy. It's similar to HeyTea's mango coconut boom texture but it's not as silky. Service was fine/ ambiance was chill. No complaints at all! read more
Drink: Strawberry Pomelo 70% sugar (8/10) - you can really taste the strawberry and pomelo flavors. there is a lot of cheese foam swirled throughout the drink and ties it together. it's a good mix of a refreshing and creamy drink. The crystal boba in the drink is also a good addition. Service: You order on a kiosk and the staff work pretty efficiently and get your order out in no time! Ambiance: Very cute little boba shop with a bit of a green aesthetic. Small tables along the walls and is bright inside. Nice little stop for a sweet drink! read more

Was in fashion valley and in the mood for something sweet so popped into Moge tee which is just a five minute drive from the mall. Ordered the mango pomelo slush and pandan waffle but was unfortunately disappointed by the drink. The drink was super thick, felt like they use a yogurt instead of milk as it was slightly sour like yogurt and all the ingredients were at the bottom and not mixed well. Barely any mango or pomelo in the drink as well. The pandan waffle was better. Will have to try their teas the next time as I wasn't impressed by the slush. read more
Did a DoorDash pick up order. Got the DaHongPao tea with cheese foam 70% sweetness. The tea is very fresh and herbal and the cheese foam compliments it without being overpowering. Only reason for 4 stars is that it's kinda pricey but would come again. read more

Dropped by here last night after a Legion game and had a really wonderful experience. They were open late, so it was great to have a place available for boba then. Lots of seating, and the menu was pretty wide but not too overwhelming. Saw that they offered drinkable mochi which I don't see too often, so I ended up getting the strawberry mochi drink with white (crystal) boba which was so delicious! Service was fast and the staff was very friendly, checking in on us as we ordered from the two kiosk pads. I did see they offered like a mega size option for some of their drinks, so curious to get that on my next visit. Thank you! read more
Got the milk Thai tea. Sweetness 30%. That seems to be the sweetness level we like. To be honest, this is probably one of the better Thai teas in Mission Valley. Service was quick. Some seating inside. Usual come here when going to Ralph's. read more
Moge Tee offers fresh ingredients which makes a whole world of a difference in comparison to using powder flavored mixes. You can order at the kiosks or with a member. I've had their whole milk taro milk tea which comes with fresh taro and boba. I've also had the strawberry fruit drink which was refreshing. The space is welcoming and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more
Convenient tea shop--one of the few nearby where there's ample parking and you don't have to enter the mall. Kiosk ordering is seamless, and staff is efficient and friendly. Menu is extensive with plenry of fresh fruit options as well as numerous types of tea to try. My go to is fresh honeydew with creme brulle swirl and osmanthus with lychee jelly. The pandan bubble waffles are light and delectable too. One thing to improve is lid quality--the latch open option often falls apart, and dont try stabbing your boba straw into the alternative entry because you will likely break the whole lid. Also wish they had rainbow jelly and coffee jelly, but will definitely come back due to nice location and quality flavors. read more
Got the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea with no adjustments and it was very bitter, couldn't really taste the brown sugar so I wouldn't recommend that one. The Oreo milk tea was pretty good. However, not good enough for me to want to come back. Place was clean and there's plenty of parking as it's located in a large shopping center. read more

Moge tea wasn't my favorite boba spot in SD, but still refreshing. My niece and I swung by while out running errands. I thought the flavor of the pineapple fruit tea (blended) was nice but more icee and slushee consistency . Its a a self serve walk up counter situation, where you place your order at a kiosk before sitting down. It's always disappointing to me when there's zero customer service other than your order sliding on the counter. read more
Moge Tee is always a good time. I love that there are two kiosks, and it's nice being able to see the different sizes for drinks labeled at the front counter. This drink was really yummy, although I had except the mochi to be in small cubes or balls, but it was more so a wet and viscous topping sitting at the bottom of the cup. Staff is always really nice when I come by. I love Moge Tee. read more

Came in to have tea with a friend, it's iPad only. I punched in my order and all the details and it asked for a tip. The establishment is nice and clean the tea was okay, I got a taro milk tea boba. The cup was overfilled so when I put my straw in milk went everywhere. The bathroom was out of order but it overall not the best experience but there was parking and the place was clean. There's so many great tea spots in San Diego I prob won't return. read more
Small, nice place that serves a variety of boba teas. I thought I would try it since I was craving boba at the time, and I hadn't tried it yet. Looked relatively new. I hadn't seen this place in the plaza before. I would've preferred ordering from someone behind the counter, but doing it through a screen was a new experience for me. I ordered a super fruit green tea with golden boba and lychee jelly. I took 30% sugar level because I wanted to reduce my overall sugar intake. That seems to have been a mistake since the lemons and lime slices made the drink incredibly sour/tart. Plus, the ratio of boba jelly to liquid is way off. There was a lot more of the jelly than the liquid. But the service was speedy (the place being empty at 4pm on a Friday helped) and I like the custom cup. read more
