I've been walking past this place for years, and there is always a line of folks (a good sign). We got lucky - there no folks in the shop. Which gives you a ton of time to look at the toppings - which are all fat-free and calorie-free (we can only wish). Got the Detox Smoothie which was just awesome - the type of smoothie that gives your body an instant boost of vitamin goodness. I felt pretty perky afterwards. The yogurt and tangerine juice really is a perfect match. My friend just got crazy with the toppings - and plowed right through it in 5 minutes. The lady behind the counter is quiet but friendly. The service is terrible seem like nice people but take forever and don't even interact with the customer. There are three of the workers and it's been almost 10 mintiutes they haven't even started on ours and the place is close to empty with customers. They move in slow motion maybe they are their best and i shouldn't judge but that is my opinion on the peeps. read more

We went for a cold Sunday afternoon treat. We were greeted by friendly staff. Lots of options: açaí bowls, boba and frozen yogurt. There were 5 flavors on tap today, I sampled the Taro and Chocolate. Both were too sweet for me. I decided on vanilla, with mango, strawberries, lychee, mochi and some jellies. We enjoyed our treat there while people watching in the window. I've passed this place many times and finally decided to try it out. It is such a cute, little place! I really enjoyed my Strawberry Fruit Slushie, but it wasn't anything special. What really knocked me off my feet was the sample of the Taro Tart froyo I tried. Absolutely insane taro flavor and I cannot wait to have an entire bowl of it! I loved the topping options they had and all their fruits were fresh looking. From the reviews, it seems like this place is a hit or miss depending on what you order. Sometimes you do to a FroYo spot that has 59 flavors and 106 toppings and you don't actually enjoy your treat because you're wondering if you should have got something else. Yogart on the other hand gives the perfect number of options in both the base and toppings. There was indoor and outdoor seating that could take a group of 6ish. We tried this place after a weeknight dinner! I got the Strawberry Matcha latte, and it was kind of disappointing. :/ This was more of a strawberry milk, and I couldn't taste the matcha at all. The color of the drink itself was barely green (as a matcha should be) to the point where it was almost yellow. The drink itself didn't taste the worst, but it just wasn't what I expected or wanted at the time. For what the drink was, it was also so overpriced even for the area. ALSO! the lady that helped us (I didn't get her name unfortunately) was super sweet! Not just regular customer service attention -- I mean stared at, uncomfortably, like I was doing something wrong just for existing in their store. They got it locked here in North Park being right next to City Tacos and Lucha Libre. You can tell by the foot traffic in and out all day long. Cha-ching goes the register. No real competition nearby spells success as well. The menu has many options- smoothies, milk teas, chamoy drinks and also frozen yogurt with all types of toppings. After several visits, I know now everything is done right, quickly, and they are actually very friendly on top of everything! The teas- I discovered my favorite tea here, the Hokkaido milk tea- unreal creamy taste slightly sweet! I normally don't get the boba on any of my drinks, just the tea. Second best for me is the taro milk tea, an indescribable flavor though somewhat recognizable. Time to get it again to do a total recall of this.. The bowls- While I feel these days the Açaí bowl is sometimes generic, not at all here with loaded toppings. Although I do prefer and get the Pitaya bowl 7 out of 10 times. The venue is small, cute and clean. There's several bar seats & even a couple patio tables. The owners don't speak great English, but are super friendly & welcoming. They do have a place your own order kiosk, but I didn't want to be rude so I ordered with one of them at the counter. They're known for their boba, but I came in for a smoothie and a bowl today. The Weekend Detox smoothie was refreshing and perfect for my friend after his oral surgery and I had the Blue Magic bowl which was a great, breakfast, not too sweet and also very filling. Not sure why, but this gave me the runs, fairly quickly after about 25 min. my intestines were NOT happy & all I had earlier was my usual protein smoothie at home a few hrs before, the berry Acai bowl & passion fruit tea looked good/fresh & tasted fine, except the tea needed a lil more ice (passionfruit was a bit too syrupy & had whole seeds) I'm not sure what happened but this over activated my peristalsis & sent me to the bathroom twice. not sure if I can't do goji berries? Groupon purchase for boba drinks. Their large size is a super size me portion. Even without the Groupon, I thought the price for the size you receive wasn't bad at all. For the Groupon, you just show them the voucher and that's it. Easy enough. They do offer different discounts if you didn't have Groupon, like if you sign up for their membership with an email, you get discounts on your next purchase. They had outdoor and indoor seating. They offered frozen yogurt, boba, other drinks as well as acai bowls. We ordered taro and matcha boba milk tea and they were very good. Service was kind as well. Parking is not hard to find. First time here and probably my last. I was excited to try this spot but was sadly disappointed. Ordered 2 drinks - a sea salt Oreo and coffee milk tea. Both came with toppings included so pricing is competitive to other places. However the drinks were super watered down and the boba was not fresh. The boba kept getting stuck in the straw because it was so hard and it was miserable trying to drink it. I went home and had to use my own straw to actually have my drink. I swearrrrrr that Jamba Juice used to stay open past 8pm but I guess since covid hit, many business hours are still cut shorter than before. Anyway, we were originally going to hit up a Jamba Juice but they all close at 6PM now!? Shrug. Thankfully, my friend remembered this little spot in North Park that she recently went to and they were open! We were talking about getting our usuals from Jamba Juice, the apples and greens and white gummy so I was looking for something along those lines. I got the Green and Lean (spinach, kale, peach, mango, pineapple, pineapple juice and pear juice) and my friend got the Weekend Detox (kale, carrot, pineapple, mango, orange juice and tangerine juice). I took a sip of the weekend detox and it reminded me a little of the apples and greens from jamba - she also added a power boost and it didn't taste one bit powdery! My drink was delicious! The Green and Lean tasted similar to the Weekend Detox but it was slightly sweeter (I could really taste the peach and pear juice!) but it wasn't unbearably sweet. Side note: the apples and greens at jamba is made up of apple pear Strawberry juice blend, kale, mango, banana and peaches. A small Jamba Juice apples and greens smoothly will cost you $6.89 but the green juices here cost $5.95! WHAT A DEAL! The lady at the register was also so nice and patient with us, hahahahah. My friend was fighting me to pay and I literally had to push the card reader past the plastic divider (sorrrrrry!!!); the lady took my card with a giggle and followed up with some small talk. I appreciate that she didn't get annoyed with our little dramatic scene and that she made an effort to connect with me! c: I can't believe that this was the first time I stopped by this place! Even at 8PM, there were people ordering their mango chamoy drinks. They loooked. so. good! It seems like this place could satisfy any kind of craving you could have in a cool sweet treat. From frozen yogurt bowls to açaí bowls, fruit smoothies to blended milk drinks, milk teas to fruit teas. I'm definitely coming back to try their other drinks & offerings. While my create-your-own power bowl tasted fine, my order was inaccurate (instead of the mixed berries I requested as one of my toppings, I received chia seeds, which is not even close to looking or sounding like "mixed berries", right? :) and indifferently put together (the açaí and blue magic bases were not evenly distributed and the toppings were just randomly thrown on rather than more nicely arranged as one might expect from a shop that literally has "art" in its name). In order to help avoid mix-ups, which I completely understand can happen, I would encourage staff to repeat orders back to customers as they place them. The fruit flies and, worse, mosquitoes inside detracted from an otherwise cute and colorful environment. I love how fresh everything is here. My go to is the watermelon slush. It's sweet and refreshing,especially on a hot day. With fresh diced watermelons to top it off, I never really add anything else with it. But this time I did add lychee popping boba. I was craving boba, I decided to take a scroll down North Park and stopped by Yog-art. When I walked in they have a kiosk where I can order and I can order at the counter. They have a self served frozen yogurt bar and many choices of drinks, frozen blend, milk tea, smoothie and dessert flavored drinks. The two drinks I order were Thai tea milk tea with custard pudding and boba. The second choice was Taro frozen blend with custard pudding and crystal boba. I got medium for both drink, I like how they have a large option, not many boba shop give you three size option. The drink were good enough for me to stop by again in the future. Honestly was a little skeptical just because i'm pretty particular when it comes to my boba but WOW. we came late and night an hour before close and didn't expect to have it taste so fresh. i never felt more turned away from a boba shop. i wanted to add oreos into my drink because the other drinks had oreos in them too, so i thought it would be ok. also at other places they do that and i wanted to try it. so i ask the worker and then her first response is "that's not healthy." obviously if i'm getting boba in the first place i KNOW it isn't healthy. is it wrong to get a sweet treat once in a while? why do i need your opinion? shouldn't you try to be selling your drinks to the customers and making what they want to have. i felt really discouraged and shamed about it so then i said "no" to putting oreos in it. and then she responds with "good because it's not healthy." cashier also wouldn't honor my groupon deal even though it was the right location and i bought the deal already. she said it wasn't the right location and how management didn't do that anymore. please get nicer staff or train your staff to be nice and have common manners. read more

Located in North Park of San Diego we located this place! Parking was a little tricky but luckily we got street parking in front. It was packed which means they must be serving some really good drinks! Mango Chamoy (for me) and Oreo Milk Shake (for the kids). Both super delicious and refreshing. Yelp is a saver when trying to locate when some is craving a mango-like nata. This Chamoy has huge chunks of mango, tajin & Chamoy sauce and a cool straw, which totally is part sweet and sour! I had a sip of the Oreo Shake and it was really creamy with small chunks of oreo and was really easy to drink! Cant wait to go back to try the other flavors! read more
