    Topping 1 of 2
    Jane L.

We went for a cold Sunday afternoon treat. We were greeted by friendly staff. Lots of options: açaí bowls, boba and frozen yogurt. There were 5 flavors on tap today, I sampled the Taro and Chocolate. Both were too sweet for me. I decided on vanilla, with mango, strawberries, lychee, mochi and some jellies. We enjoyed our treat there while people watching in the window. It's very clean with a few tables inside and out. Loved the abundance of toppings and kind service. Will be back to try a bowl next time.

I've passed this place many times and finally decided to try it out. It is such a cute, little place! I really enjoyed my Strawberry Fruit Slushie, but it wasn't anything special. What really knocked me off my feet was the sample of the Taro Tart froyo I tried. Absolutely insane taro flavor and I cannot wait to have an entire bowl of it! I loved the topping options they had and all their fruits were fresh looking. From the reviews, it seems like this place is a hit or miss depending on what you order. For the price, I think it is definitely worth it.

Came here Sunday night. ALL of our dry toppings (Oreos, captain crunch, strawberry cookie straw) were stale. The dry toppings at this place definitely need to be changed out for freshness

This place was awesome! Me and friend went here after a hike and the taro root soft serve was sooo good oh my goodness. ALSO! the lady that helped us (I didn't get her name unfortunately) was super sweet! After we finished our yogurt we went back inside to ask what kind of sour gummy worms they had offered for a topping because ooo... they were unlike any sour worm we had tasted.... and she was kind enough to go to the back and show us the big bag they came in so we could get some ourselves! Would def come back here again :)

First time here in a long time and really enjoyed my vanilla bean yogurt with coconut topping. ;-))

The staff person would not honor my Yelp check in yesterday. I've been there many times. Seems that she couldn't understand what it was. In her accent she kept trying to tell me that it was a different shop now and kept showing me the name of the shop on the walls. It was exactly the same. WTHeck? The management needs to take care of this. I won't be going back.

There were so many good flavors of fro yo available and the toppings area was so clean! I am so used to other ice cream places having toppings all over the place so this was wonderful to see!!

They got it locked here in North Park being right next to City Tacos and Lucha Libre. You can tell by the foot traffic in and out all day long. Cha-ching goes the register. No real competition nearby spells success as well. The menu has many options- smoothies, milk teas, chamoy drinks and also frozen yogurt with all types of toppings. After several visits, I know now everything is done right, quickly, and they are actually very friendly on top of everything! The teas- I discovered my favorite tea here, the Hokkaido milk tea- unreal creamy taste slightly sweet! I normally don't get the boba on any of my drinks, just the tea. Second best for me is the taro milk tea, an indescribable flavor though somewhat recognizable. Time to get it again to do a total recall of this.. The bowls- While I feel these days the Açaí bowl is sometimes generic, not at all here with loaded toppings. Although I do prefer and get the Pitaya bowl 7 out of 10 times. It has a brighter look and taste with a slight tartness that I just adore! They simply do everything the right way here.

    A frame marketing.

Their cakes may be pricey, but…read morein my opinion, for the amount of work, effort, and quality of ingredients, I think they continue to be fair. For example, some other specialty bakeries/shops are charging similar prices for cakes and cheesecakes that are much simpler. In comparison, Extraordinary Dessert cakes take 3-4 days to make, have 6-8 alternating layers, and are typically adorned with edible gold and/or flowers. The key is to find which items you like and which are okay to pass on next time. What we ried this time: -Match Misu Cake (7/10): ricotta cake layers soaked in matcha and layered with marscapone whipped cream. This one was pretty good and ranks in my middle to high range. I only wish there was more matcha flavor (maybe if you dine in and get the sauce, this would help) or the matcha was paired with another flavor ... either go fruity (maybe a raspberry sauce, strawberry pieces, white peach pieces, or like a peach oolong cream layer) or go chocolately/coffee (maybe had some crushed up chocolate covered espresso beans). My go to's: -Ivoire Royale (10/10) - my ultimate favorite still. If you like light desserts, white chocolate, berries, and moist vanilla cake, thus one is for you. Classy and unpretentious -Shangrila (10/10) - my other favorite and will make you feel like a princess with all the pink chocolate curls. A little bit adventurous and innocently elegant. Ones to skip: -Au Chocolate / La Bete Noire / Dame Chocolate - get the Viking instead. That's my favorite of all their chocolate cakes -Lemon ricotta - get the Passionfruit Ricotta instead -Torta misu - the matcha misu is better. The tortilla misuse made me want a regular piece of tirmaisu than a cake version -Coconut cream - not bad, not amazing though

We politely asked if it would be possible to purchase a small cup of fruit , even just a couple strawberries cut up, because one child in our group cannot have sweets due to very strict dietary restrictions . Instead of simply saying they were unable to accommodate the request or offering another option, we were told to "go somewhere else," despite already spending the amount we did . The complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service was honestly shocking. It's disappointing to be treated that way at a place we have supported so consistently. This place has been going downhill , management for this place needs to step up .
