My wife wanted a smoothie and I had heard they had a good chicken ceasar wrap so I asked for that. My wife got heroric hulk and it was good the spirulina is strong but if your getting something healthy it's going to probably be earthy but not like eating grass more like spinach or mushrooms. The ceasar salad wrap best I've had in San Diego and I'll stand on the well dressed didn't need a side of ceasar dressing or any extras good grilled chicken. The place was really cute, and we found it on Google. However, when we got there, we ordered a juice drink, but they told us they didn't have that one. We picked another one, and again, they told us they didn't have it and said they only had one option available. We went with that option, but then waited about 25 minutes for it. It took way too long, especially since there were no other customers--just a guy sitting down and a girl waiting to order. I was really disappointed with the experience and don't think I'll be back. I ordered curbside pickup and arrived right on time. I called the restaurant five separate times, but no one answered. I also left a voicemail letting them know I was outside. After getting no response after 10 minutes, I went inside and asked if someone could assist me. I was told they would help me in a minute. During that minute I waited, I actually received a parking ticket and was told I needed to move my car. I reparked and continued waiting. I eventually had to go home and get back to work, but it's now been an hour, and I still have not received a call back. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if you offer curbside pickup, there needs to be a reliable way for customers to actually receive their orders... I have been coming here for years because I love to support the small business and the food and smoothies are tasty. But I don't think I can go back after my last experience unfortunately. I ordered my usual drink, but as I was drinking it I started getting hard, dark, crinkled pieces through the straw. At first I thought they were blueberry skins, but after about five I realized they were pieces of plastic. I went back to tell them, and they said another customer had just said the same thing. They tried to assure me it couldn't have been the blender, and I said well maybe it came from the ingredients, but they were doubtful. I asked for a refund which they gave, but it felt bad that there wasn't any acknowledgement that it had to have come from somewhere in their kitchen (they just tried to tell me no it couldn't have been the blender, no we don't think it was the ingredients), that I didn't really get an apology, and that I may have ingested smaller pieces of plastic without realizing. I want this business to do well but I just have a negative association now that doesn't make me want to go back, and I want to let other people know so they don't accidentally ingest plastic! read more

Love this place around the corner from my home. The exterior is a nice bright pink like that of a Pitaya and is cute and inviting, with places to sit inside and outside. I typically get either a smoothie or a juice, but right now I'm in my juice era lol. I've had the Pitaya Pleazure smoothie and is really refreshing and appealing to the eye. I also really like their can't beet it juice. I really like this place, but the service has been hit or miss, depending on the time of day you go. With that being said, with how busy this business is, I love that the staff is always friendly and whoever is managing the registers is always attentive and positive!
