AVOID!! I love…read moresupporting small businesses and really wanted to like this place so I can return and send others, BUT too many issues... 1) Employees aren't familiar nor clear with ingredients, which is problematic for a diabetic 2) Basic jasmine milk tea was just shy of $10 for a large, marketed as 32oz but was quite a bit short. See pic of my 32oz Hydro Flask (she did top it off after explaining that she knew the cups weren't a full 32 ounces -of course I had to question the size first). When I asked about it, the owner seemed to know that their cups are smaller than the advertised amount but because, according to her, that's how it was marketed to them by the supplier, they didn't change it. Again, this is problematic to me. If you know the supplier is short changing you, and my guess is because you went with the cheapest cup (which may also mean inferior plastic for unwitting consumers), why in the world wouldn't you remeasure and advertise it correctly??!!! You've lost my trust in exchange for a quick buck. I'd prefer honesty. 3) Worst offense... within 30 minutes of drinking, I started feeling unwell and getting bloated. Clearly indicates to me that they either didn't disclose some mysterious ingredient or there was a problem with their sanitation somewhere -unfortunately I didn't watch her make it. Prior to this happening and me now stuck on the couch in pain, I was going to give them an extra star for quick service. It's a little shop in a small strip mall, clean enough in the table areas but unsure about the back. I didn't check reviews before walking in because somebody nearby had recommended it to me -a stranger, and I figured how bad can a boba shop be, obviously MY mistake. Gotta check YELP before I go anywhere. Had I read previous reviews, especially the one star recently about using chemicals in the same sink they make drinks from with TAP water, I would have never entered. On top of this, the taste was one of the worst milk teas I've ever had. Tasted like milk powder than real milk. AVOID!!

Drinks are often made using water directly from a sink that is also used for cleaning. Gloves are rarely worn, and no hairnets are used. Ingredient containers sometimes appear unwashed before refilling, and I observed cups being rinsed and reused after a customer returned a drink. Some tools and containers had visible residue or buildup, and personal items like shoes or bags were stored near food prep areas. While the drinks may look unique or fun, the overall cleanliness of the prep area didn't seem well maintained. I have reported these concerns to the appropriate health authorities so that they can review the safety of the establishment. I'm sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions while the matter is being looked into. I would also highly encourage anyone visiting, especially families with children, to carefully consider the hygiene and sanitation issues I observed. The conditions I saw raise concerns about cleanliness and food safety, and it may not be immediately obvious how food and drinks are being prepared.

Ordering up front is also a suitable option. Note that parking here is quite easy, huge lot and it's free which is nice. Decorations here are pretty nice, good for pictures. Seating is also adequate, 1 big table, outdoor seating, and some indoor seating as well. There's also a bench near the deco which is a nice area to wait for you drinks. Pretty spacious overall. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. Drinks are pretty tasty. I'd say, pretty standard to most boba places. One thing I would highlight are the quality cups. Love the style that most boba spots have adapted and Moge Tee is similar. Their menu is quite extensive but my partner and I decided on their mango pomelo sago and creme brulee milk tea. Drinks came out fairly quick and we were decently impressed. Seems like they use real cuts of the pomelo which added to the taste of the drink. Felt quite refreshing on a cooler night which was a nice touch. The creme brulee is decent quality as well, not too sweet and it was a good compliment to the pomelo sago. Overall, a decent boba shop, very interested in returning to try their other drink options. A solid spot that I'll be returning in the future.

The ordering was done on a kiosk, which was nice. I tried the taro drink with tofu and got my partner the pomelo mango drink. I liked the taro in my drink. I feel like the taro flavor was a bit on the light side, though they did put a lot of taro paste in the drink itself. Maybe it would have had a bit more flavor if I had gotten a tea with the drink as well. There is a lot of parking in the plaza, though it is shared with other patrons so it can get a little crowded around meal times.

I cannot share enough incredible things about my experience at Boba Monkey. It truly was one of the…read moremost thoughtful, delicious, and memorable beverage experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, I was blown away by the level of care and attention I received. The owner, Le, personally answered my call and guided me through the menu with a level of detail and warmth that immediately put me at ease. I have specific safety needs and allergies, and she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She was clear, direct, and supported me through every action of the process without ever overwhelming me. What I deeply appreciated out most was how naturally she accommodated my needs. There wasn't a moment where I felt like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for. Le's passion for her craft is unmistakable. She shared how she has studied flavors extensively, traveling to Vietnam and Taiwan to deepen her understanding of traditional techniques and flavor profiles. That dedication shines through in every sip. She explained how she carefully develops her own recipes, blending cultural influences with precision and creativity. Even the boba itself is made fresh every morning, which makes a huge difference. I can taste the quality, texture, and freshness immediately. I started with the taro milk tea (with almond milk due to my allergies), and it was absolutely phenomenal. The drink was luxuriously creamy with a silky, smooth texture that coated the palate in the most satisfying way. The taro flavor was rich and earthy with a subtle nuttiness, balanced by a gentle sweetness that never became overpowering. Just when it seemed like it might lean too sweet, the creaminess would round everything out perfectly, creating a beautifully harmonious flavor profile. Adding the boba elevated the experience even more. The pearls were soft yet chewy, with just the right amount of bounce, and carried a delicate sweetness that complemented the drink rather than competing with it. It was, without question, the best taro milk tea I've ever had. Next, I tried the "Over the Rainbow," and it was just as impressive in a completely different way. This drink was bright, vibrant, and incredibly refreshing. The tartness of the lemonade provided a crisp, zesty backbone, while the popping boba added bursts of sweetness that danced across the tongue. Each sip was layered and dynamic, cool, tangy, sweet, and slightly effervescent in feeling. Visually, it was stunning as well, with beautiful, shifting colors that made the experience feel almost magical. It was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for the taste buds. Both drinks were so good that I drank them down almost immediately! I didn't even think to take a photo! I even found myself savoring the melted ice afterward just to enjoy every last trace of flavor, which shares a lot about the quality and balance of the drinks. To top it all off, Analise, who helped me at checkout, was equally kind and accommodating. She continued the same level of care and attentiveness, making sure my safety needs were respected and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Boba Monkey has truly set a new standard for me. Between the exceptional quality of the drinks, the depth of flavor, the cultural authenticity, and the genuine kindness of the staff, this place is in a league of its own. If I could give them a billion stars, I absolutely would. Best drinks, best boba, and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

When I got there it was ready for me which was great, but the coloring really threw me off. No vibrant hues of green or purple as you'd expect from an Ube Matcha milk tea and the taste was really off putting, something in it tasted burnt? I really like the little kiosk stand and the barista was really friendly but man was that drink bad, I brought it home and dumped it out. For the cost, I was really disappointed and I don't think I will be making it back.
