The portion size was excellent, though I would have preferred a little less onions in the dish, as they overpowered the overall taste of the chilaquiles just a little bit. The black beans were also well seasoned and the queso fresco topping was the perfect finishing touch for the side dish. The Limeade was refreshing and flavorful, and a great pairing for the whole meal.
