Dry brisket

Ridiculously over priced. $18 for 3 small pieces of brisket and it was dry. Won't be going back

Let me start off by saying I am not a bbq person. When presented with options, bbq is usually last on my list. But my boyfriend wanted to go here, so I said sure why not..."I'll just have a couple bites" (age old trick, am I right?) But let me just say...WOW. We were insanely impressed with the flavors at Moe's. We were SO impressed that we came back the next day for lunch! I would honestly love to come back again and try other things too. Their menu is simple, but the way they execute standard bbq fare is absolutely delicious. The Mac-n-cheese was SO good. Not greasy at all, delightful texture, and perfectly cheesy. Our favorite was the smoked turkey (we got it both times!) "Best bbq I've had in a long while" - my boyfriend 10/10 would recommend!

apiece for wings. 1 wing = $2. Spent $126 and NOT ONE BBQ SAUCE included in the bag. Ribs for 2? No sauce. A lb of hot links for $20; no sauces whatsoever. A dozen wings is $23? Wings pictured on the menu were wing/drum attached but we received literally 12 wings (6 drums and 6 wings) for $23? Called the store. Was immediately placed on a 13 minute hold. When he (finally) comes back on, the dude reviews my order and tells me that he personally placed sauce in our order, which is a straight up lie. Then he tells me to come on down to the store (20mi round-trip) to get some BBQ sauce and get it myself. Buyer beware! Try KTs BBQ, Georgia Boys or GQue for better food and service. Leave this pricey $$$ 3-time health-department violator off your list.

My husband surprised me by taking me to Moe's in Boulder, as he knows what a BBQ fiend I am. We walked in just under an hour before they closed on a Tuesday evening, with one person ahead of us. We were perusing the menu when the gal behind the counter gruffly summoned us to the counter. Having never been there before, I was studying the menu but didn't see where fries were an option, so I asked, and she just pointed to the menu and rolled her eyes. I chose the sliced brisket and fries, and hubs ordered the smoked chicken, and then we took a seat nearby. Food took quite a while to come out, considering we were the only people seated, so my husband got up to ask the gal for status of the order. She was visibly annoyed and chastised him for even asking. The brisket was a little dry, so I filled up a couple small cups of their barbecue sauce so moisten it up. Turned out I needed a bit more, as I like to dip my fries in it. When I went back to get some more, I was baffled that she had removed the container. It was now 40 minutes until they closed, and they were getting a rush of customers, so I didn't get this at all. Long story short- good customer service brings back repeat customers, and this establishment was sorely lacking that Tuesday evening.

Definitely not the best BBQ place I ever ate , I just got a pulled brisket sandwich but it has so much fat in it and very little meat . And to much sauce made the sandwich very soggy

WAR EAGLE That's what I was told to say when I walked in since the manager is from Alabama. But so is my awesome sister-in-law but she says ROLL-TIDE-so...you decide. We came here for a quick drink and to gather with friends since our niece was graduating from college. Service was friendly and Bloody Mary's were refreshing (they serve them with a side of Okra-now that's Southern). I didn't get to try the food but maybe next time because it smelled delicious!

Love the smokey aroma outside the restaurant!

DELICIOUS! I had the chicken with two sides and cornbread and it was, without a doubt, fantastic. Nice staff too!

I've had Moes multiple times. It's good munchies for sure. It's not my favorite. It also could be way worse.

And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. And if you're lucky enough to run into Lindsay herself, you're sure in for a treat!

Prior to entering, we heard it may be run by a cult, however, we did not look into it as it was quite literally the only place on all of Pearl street open for breakfast other than Snooze which we were banned from as my sister as meeting friends there. We were a bit skeptical the whole dining process but the food and drinks were honestly delicious. We got the iced mint mocha which was so delicious, green tea, yogurt parfait, breakfast sandwich, and spinwich. All of the ingredients were fresh, well prepared, and tasty. Once we left, we read about the background history and some of the values of the twelve tribes associated with the Yellow Deii. Had we known the tribe and beliefs it is linked to, we likely would not have eaten here.

Looking for a save at that corner we decided to give Cheba Hut a try. We had never been to one even though there was one in the Hill years ago. It never looked or smelled inviting. But I had read positive reviews of this new one on Yelp so given that it was not packed with students, we gave it a try though disappointed not to have one of our longtime favorites. Even so, we had a decent meal. I could have something as light and small as I needed yet get something fresh and with a toasted warm roll. I appreciate the various sizes too. Small for me as an experiment in taste and quality. Medium for my husband who wanted warm and filling.i am so glad it's so easy to customize leaving off flavors I do not want, like garlic and green peppers, both of which are difficult for me to digest. I got the Magic Mushrooms, like a sweet little salad on a warm roll. The dressing was fresh to taste, all veggies came through and even the mushrooms were fresh not sautéed as I had expected. Will be even better in the summer though maybe not on a winter day that this wasn't, on a very mild week. My husband had the meatball bomb, warm and saucy with melted cheese and marinara. It was more than twice as big as mine. Good to know if you are hungry. I was able to make my custom tea blend at the self serve soda counter and please to do so. Cute cups too. There were plenty of takeout orders being made so it took a few minutes to get ours. But the bar was half full, the lift doors to the large patio closed so it was still quite comfortable inside. Amazingly more clean than the old one on the Hill from what I could see back then. There was music and screen to entertain but not overpower. I did not see any desserts I would eat but we headed back down the mall afterwards towards a favorite place. I have to say, for a place we did not intend to go, we really had a decent dinner and I would go back again in a warm day and try the patio when the sun is shining. It's a long time classic sub shop, more modern and clean than expected.
