Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!
