When she sensed that I was confused by her "argument," I just pivoted and said, "ok, that is a bad decision by you". Some people should not have front-facing jobs. They should work in a warehouse, communicating with software and forklifts, away from the public. This frumpy gal would probably be a great forklift driver. She has no business in customer service - she may own the shop, and that is even worse. That section of 7th Ave is full of nice mom and pop stores with nice folks = not Lotions & Potions. A short but sweet review is that Lather makes wonderful products that are naturally based and have the functionality & quality you'd expect from other high end product lines but using ingredient lists you can feel good about and trust.
