I really like that there are so many stores all in one place. You can spend hours shopping and have plenty of options to choose from. Just keep in mind that this is an outdoor mall, so I wouldn't recommend coming in the middle of summer unless you're prepared for the heat! If you decide to stop in and shop, there are also tons of food options nearby. You can shop until you drop and then finish the day by dining at one of the many great restaurants in the area. It's definitely worth the drive when I'm looking to get some shopping done and want plenty of options all in one place!

Well what a surprise!! I probably shouldn't have gone in here, but when you go on a holiday…read moreweekend, you're bound to score some good deals. I did just that, too! I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. I need to stay away from here, but for now, I'm good to go!!

**An Unacceptable Experience - Ethnic Stereotyping and Disappointing Store Leadership**…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this Coach Outlet on October 29, 2026. What should have been a simple handbag pickup turned into an experience that left me feeling stereotyped, disrespected, and unwelcomed. While browsing the store, I approached a male employee and politely asked him IN ENGLISH whether he was busy. Rather than responding to my question, he looked at me and called out to another employee, "Hey Brian, over here Spanish," while gesturing for him to assist me. Let that sink in. I approached an employee speaking English, yet he apparently made an assumption about my language preference based on my appearance. I am Latino, born in the United States, and fluent in both English and Spanish. But none of that should matter. No customer should have to explain their ethnicity, nationality, or language abilities simply to receive respectful service. When I confronted the employee about his assumption, he attempted to apologize. However, the situation became even more disappointing when we sought assistance from the store manager. Rather than demonstrating genuine concern or making a meaningful effort to address what had occurred, the manager's response felt dismissive and deflective. We specifically requested that the incident be escalated to regional leadership, yet we left without confidence that our concerns were being taken seriously. We were so disappointed that we ultimately requested a return of the handbag we had come to pick up. I have since filed a formal complaint with Coach Outlet Customer Care and requested that the matter be escalated appropriately. **This is not about needing assistance in English versus Spanish. It is about being judged by an assumption rather than being treated as an individual.** Coach is a recognizable brand, and with that comes an expectation of professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience at this location fell far short of those expectations. Every customer deserves dignity and respect. That should never be negotiable.

I'll come back again for sure at some point. For now, I'll enjoy the pack of socks that I bought. They're super comfy and supportive, and of course it was on sale!
