Within a couple minutes of walking around I had an employee following me. I told her I was okay and she insisted that she come with me to test every fragrance. I had to tell her three times that I just wanted to shop alone. After that I noticed there were two other employees who were straightening up shelves right next to me. It was pretty obvious I was being profiled and treated like a thief, they were watching me. I became so uncomfortable with the surveillance that I just hurried up and picked something so I could get out of there. When I got to my car I realized that the buy 3 get 1 free was not honored but I was dreading going back in there. I went home and made my order online so I could go back in and get the products that I actually wanted without that awful feeling of being watched. The next day I went in with my bag of products I purchased the previous day to return and pick up the online order. As I'm walking through the door this lady stopped me and asked me if I needed help and I said no and kept walking. She then said are you returning something? And I said yes and kept walking. She then yelled across the store "YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT A RECEIPT" implying that I was trying to do something shady. I told her I had the receipt and then she got on her walkie talkie to inform someone that I was in the store. Again...being profiled. I walked to the register and gave them my order number and my items to return and he asked me the dreaded "was there anything wrong with them?" which is code for "why are you returning this?". I wanted to tell him that the reason was because I felt so uncomfortable in the store that I rushed to buy something that I didn't really want so I could get out of there, but I just told him that I found a better deal online. I understand you want your employees to be vigilant and maybe you have problems with theft at this location, but this was unnecessary and it really made me never want to come back again because that feeling of being judged and watched is an awful feeling to experience.
