Most Amazing experience ever. This mall was absolutely amazing ! I found Aroma 360 online and originally thought it was a perfume store but it is a luxury store for scenting your home with a few parfum options that smell absolutely amazing . The customer service was amazing and they had a big sale ! I highly recommend Aroma360

Stay away! False advertising. You will be conned into a 3 year contract for thousands of dollars on diffuser oils! Horrible service!

I am very introverted with very bad social anxiety and I usually just order anything I need online but I needed to smell everything before I bought it so I had to go into the store. Within a couple minutes of walking around I had an employee following me. I told her I was okay and she insisted that she come with me to test every fragrance. I had to tell her three times that I just wanted to shop alone. After that I noticed there were two other employees who were straightening up shelves right next to me. It was pretty obvious I was being profiled and treated like a thief, they were watching me. I became so uncomfortable with the surveillance that I just hurried up and picked something so I could get out of there. When I got to my car I realized that the buy 3 get 1 free was not honored but I was dreading going back in there. I went home and made my order online so I could go back in and get the products that I actually wanted without that awful feeling of being watched. The next day I went in with my bag of products I purchased the previous day to return and pick up the online order. As I'm walking through the door this lady stopped me and asked me if I needed help and I said no and kept walking. She then said are you returning something? And I said yes and kept walking. She then yelled across the store "YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT A RECEIPT" implying that I was trying to do something shady. I told her I had the receipt and then she got on her walkie talkie to inform someone that I was in the store. Again...being profiled. I walked to the register and gave them my order number and my items to return and he asked me the dreaded "was there anything wrong with them?" which is code for "why are you returning this?". I wanted to tell him that the reason was because I felt so uncomfortable in the store that I rushed to buy something that I didn't really want so I could get out of there, but I just told him that I found a better deal online. I understand you want your employees to be vigilant and maybe you have problems with theft at this location, but this was unnecessary and it really made me never want to come back again because that feeling of being judged and watched is an awful feeling to experience.

We were in town for my brother's ASU graduation, which happened to fall on Mother's Day weekend. I was searching for Mother's Day activities that didn't involve food (so much of the graduation festivities were ALL about food), and I came across Light + Bark. I decided to book a candle pouring reservation for our group of seven, and was grateful they still had availability on such a busy weekend. I've done candle pouring before, and it's been more of a private experience, where we had the space to ourselves. Light + Bark has a bit different of a layout ... the candle pouring takes place right in the middle of the shop, and felt a bit crowded at times for a larger group like ours. Even still, the instructors made us feel welcome, and encouraged us as we selected our scents! They even had free mimosas for Mother's Day, which was such a thoughtful touch to make moms feel special. The scent selection is expansive, and we especially loved the desert-themed collection. We felt the pricing was fair for the experience as well ... it's $38 for a small vessel, $48 for a medium vessel, and $58 for a large vessel. We ended up getting really into the scent mixing process, and had a great time smelling everyone's final products! The candles take two hours to set, and then you can pick them up at your convenience during regular shop hours. I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique way to celebrate, and you could absolutely pair your experience with brunch reservations elsewhere in Old Town.

We originally went to visit…read morethe crystal shop in the same plaza which was an emotional let down (just not warm and friendly). Stopped in here to see if we could leave the plaza on a positive note and we certainly did. The store is filled with a variety of scents for you to sample and choose from to make lotions, roll-on fragrance and more! There are also some great body care options like bath bombs, and other accessories to choose from to make a meaningful gift for any occasion. I remember as a kid experiencing a smaller version of this in Santa Monica and much to my surprise my 12 year old chose the EXACT scent I loved then as well. Out of hundreds of choices she chose "China Rain"!! Both ladies working there are VERY knowledgeable about the scents and also what dupes they have for expensive fragrances you would find at commercial retailers. Their enthusiasm is a little intense but all kind spirited and for the love of what they do. I think this is a definite stop for individuals and families who appreciate body care and customization products. It's a fun way to explore making personal scented items, support a local business and take something home unique. Thanks to technology and the internet, you can even order anything online and have it shipped to you from their shop. For those who are scent-sensitive they offer unscented products as well. But if you're susceptible to sneezing like my father is, stay outside or grab a coffee across the street, while the rest of the family shops and has fun.
