Ambiance: open seating, tables in center, booths lining the perimeter...some booth cushions torn, (seen better days), but we got a nice booth. The table is scootable, so mom was able to slide in. We were there at 11:30 am, my sister in law does takeout from this place often for dinner but it was her first time dining in for lunch, and it was my mom's first time too. We ordered my sister in laws favs from the regular menu, but they have a nice good deal lunch menu too... We ordered: *Thai iced coffee 4/5 (too much ice, but nice strong coffee flavor). Condensed milk separation so stir it or blow gentle bubbles thru the straw to mix... *Drunken noodles, great flavor great inviting smell but the portion was good for two, harder to share for three/four. Probably bec it's served on a plate not a platter. 5/5 for flavor. *Loved the chili basil eggplant with deep fried tofu, nice flavor, could really taste the Thai basil, the fried tofu was kinda dry so slightly overcooked. 4/5 for yumminess. I was so happy that they could prepare the sea treasure soup not spicy. The soup came with small crab halves, shrimp, fish, squid, and mussels. The ginger, onion, basil, and lemongrass make the soup sour but healthy and refreshing. read more

I got the red curry with chicken lunch special. The red curry wasn't super spicy and it was pretty good. It comes with salad and rice. It's definitely enough food, but you can upgrade to a special for $5 that comes with an appetizer and drink. Overall, I think it's pretty good value. read more

The dressing is a but off, too much lime juice and not enough heat. Combination Fried Rice - flavorful and delicious. Two up Chicken Chili Basil - Full flavor, authentic, good portion size. Ordered to go since I needed something quick. I ordered 2 pad Thai dishes for me and my cousin. They were ready in about 15 minutes or so. Wasn't expecting too much right? This was my first time here. The service was fast and the food came out hot! Which I enjoyed, I hate waiting for food. The restaurant was big and open with a lot of booths which I prefer. Visit-Saturday, 06/29/2024 This cute Thai restaurant is next to a spa that my best friend and I had visited prior to eating here. When we walk walked in, which was a little after 1pm, they were not busy yet. They started getting more people in after 1:30pm. The servers were nice and attentive. I went to Modern Thai hungry .. I ordered a $20 + tip yellow chicken curry. A lot of potatoes and carrots but very little chicken. I think they shred it to make it look more but it's still very little. If you know what the most expensive part of the meal it's the protein. Hmmm. This is my go to Thai place in the area. It's funny there usually isn't many people in the dining hall but it's always super busy. It seems they always have endless take out and delivery orders. The place itself is nice, clean, and a great place to enjoy lunch and or dinner. The employees are always super upbeat, fast, and attentive. They always make sure to that you have everything you need and you leave satisfied. The restaurant is spacious snd at 11:30 AM the lunch crowd was just drifting in. They have nice comfy booths. The menu has all the Thai food favorite and a few Chinese dishes like Orange chicken for the non- adventurous. Ordered from a la carte menu, spring rolls, Thai fried rice, Panang with pork and combination string bean stirfry. With the exception of the spring rolls (filling was mushier than I would like but still ate 2) the food was excellent. Service was quickly and the staff were attentive. I come here to dine in as often as I can when I'm in this area. The first time I dined here was over 9 years ago when the1st and 2nd Thai previous owners were owners. Every bite is so savory and exactly how real Thai food is supposed to taste. Young New Owner and Head Chef, John not only leads a greatly diligent and polite smiley staff team in the dining and kitchen areas, his trendy interior design remodel of this place gives such ambience of great nature and relaxing cozy vibe in here. From the moment, customers as myself enter the front doors, we are each greeted immediately no matter how busy the lovely inside and outside waitresses, Mook (in thai means Pearl) and Nam (in thai means water) are. For New Year's Day dinner we opted for Thai food and went to this awesome little restaurant. It's a a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. We waited a few minutes and were seated. We had my grandson with us that's only 1 yrs old and they were so accommodating and even brought us a baby plate and spoon. We ordered Tom Ka Soup, rice , some steamed veggies and also ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai. Everything was so good and even though it was a little busier than normal, we got great service.
