It's a nice surprise to see Noodle World still around. There used to be more locations. I ordered to go online and the food was ready within less than 15 minutes. The interior looked clean and well-maintained. Not sure how it was dining-wise but I think most people order to go anyway.

I had ordered dinner here and it was kind of my fault for ordering at the wrong Noodle World as I thought I had ordered at the once in Alhambra. I actually never knew this place exited just to find out it has been here for a long time. The parking situation itself was pretty tight but i managed to find a spot as it's located in a very small strip mall on Atlantic Blvd. Restaurant itself was pretty small; probably 4-5 tables? I had ordered for pick-up anyways and the staff was friendly. Ordered their Seafood Spaghetti (non-spicy) and their Fried Chicken Wings. Though I wish I ordered their spicy seafood spaghetti instead as the non-spicy was ok. Had to order non-spicy for the kids. As for their fried chicken wings, the wings were dry very fried which wasn't too bad. Good thing is they had a nice sweet tangy sauce to dip the wings in. The chicken itself could've been more juicier on the inside but nevertheless, taste wise is pretty much on par with the location in Alhambra.

I ordered some pad se ew and some mixed fried rice for delivery and it was so good! The positions are really good to share. The flavor was great for both dishes. For my personal taste the rice had too much onion but they were pieces big enough to pick out. That wasn't my dish tho but I had a taste. If I ordered my own I would ask for no onion if possible. Other than that it was a great lunch! Oh yeah! The peanut sauce is a must! It's so good.

Take out phone order was quick, just waited for less than 10 mins, Noodle came slightly over cooked, soft and soggy. It was nonetheless delicious and accurate for the taste. Portion is plenty.

I ordered the chicken Tom kah but exchanged the protein for shrimp. It was very citrus flavored but I loved it! It was filling and cheaper than the soup place across the street. I was served within 10 minutes. The waitress was friendly. I had a yummy Thai Tea with my meal. Delish!

Noodle World has been a staple in my family for so long, and it honestly never disappoints! If you're looking for a good, casual dinner this is the place. I always get the seafood pad thai, and it's always good. Noodle World serves big portions that I'm never able to finish, which makes it great for splitting dishes with family! I also highly recommend the Seafood Pad See Ew with crispy noodles (my dad's go-to order). The interior is casual, with small tables and a big mural on the wall. The servers are always really nice and cheerful, and the food gets served fast. I really like that this is one of the few places left that still serves almond milk tea too!! It's definitely nothing fancy, but I've personally never been disappointed by the food or service here :)

Went for lunch ordered the pad we yu, pad thai and iced thai tea with boba. Liked the pad thai but the pad se yu noodles were thinner then i usually have and taste wise was just ok. The thai iced tea boba hit the spot! Ordered ate in service was fine (it's a small eatery) we were there right when it opened so maybe the wok wasn't hot enough(?)

this little restaurant is near the atlantic shopping center next to shakeys. looks a lot bigger than it is inside + lots of variety, perfect for when you and your party can't decide which asian noodle you want + friendly service + lots of parking + affordable (~$15 each dish) - very limited seating (we came during lunch and people turned back because there was nowhere to sit) - the dishes are just ok. better off going to a specialty place if you know what cuisine you are craving - slow service overall, this place is good for the variety- they offer chinese, vietnamese and thai noodle dishes all for reasonable price. but the taste is just ok, not bad but not amazing.

Ask the Community - Noodle World

Do they do curb side pick up?

No. You have to park and possibly wait in a line. The food is great but the Covid set up isn't the best

Are there gluten free noodles that can be requested? I didn't read anything in the reviews.

They have a lot of rice noodle dishes but I didn't see any substitutions.

Hidden Gem in Alhambra - Finally Tried It After 4 Years of Driving By!…read more I've lived in Alhambra for the last 4 years and drove past this place almost every day, always assuming it was just another hot pot spot. It never looked super busy, so I kept putting it off. Big mistake--don't let that happen to you like it did to me! We finally went in and ordered a bunch: the Spicy Beef Shank Rice Noodle, Rattan Pepper Sliced Beef Rice Noodle, Popcorn Chicken, Sesame Balls, Popping Brown Sugar Rice Cake, Fried Milk Rolls, and Fried Taro Balls. Everything was outstanding. The noodles were amazing--fresh, chewy, with high-quality ingredients you can really taste in every bite. The broths had that perfect spicy kick without being overwhelming, and the beef was super tender. My wife and I couldn't stop eating; literally everything we tried was delicious. She especially loved the Fried Taro Balls--they were crispy outside, soft and flavorful inside. The sides/snacks were all hits too: the Popcorn Chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the Sesame Balls and Popping Brown Sugar Rice Cake brought great texture and sweetness, and the Fried Milk Rolls were a fun surprise. Service was top-notch--shoutout to Icey, who took such great care of us. One of the best and most attentive experiences we've had in a while. If you're in Alhambra and love good food, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't go wrong here--highly recommend! 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic hole in the wall restaurant with some really delicious handmade dumplings and beef noodle…read moresoup! While it is a small place, the ambiance was great. The service was quick and our waitress was very sweet. Heads up though, our waitress only spoke Mandarin so communication with English got lost in translation, but nothing translation apps can't fix plus the owner speaks English too. The owner also came out to talk with us and we had a lovely conversation. You also can get candy when you ask for the check, which was a sweet surprise! We ordered both and the beef noodle soup was a little spicy but if you enjoy spicy food, it will not feel spicy at all. It also uses handmade noodles, which gave a nice chew and bounce, and the beef was so tender and not fatty yet still so flavorful. The egg is fried and was delicious. Apparently they also offer a side of pickled cabbage, but we finished the noodles real quick before receiving it, so I recommend asking for some. Totally recommend ordering their beef noodle soup. Then, the star of the show was the dumplings in my opinion. They weren't kidding when they said it is handmade juicy dumplings because it was pouring juice when you bite into it. We ordered the pork and pickled cabbage dumplings, and while we ordered one at first, it was so delicious that we ordered a second serving. The pickled cabbage offered a nice salty and kind of sour crunch that pairs well with the juicy and well seasoned pork. The sauce paired with the dumplings was perfect and not spicy at all, despite appearances. It was a bit tangy which also helps cut through the richness of the dumpling filling. Genuinely one of the best dumplings I ever had, and while these are boiled/steamed, you can ask for pan fry as the owner said! If you're ever unsure about what to order here, you MUST order the dumplings. I totally recommend people to come over here and try out their food!
