I had to contact them a few times over the next week to finally have them come back and finish the job they should have done initially. Then they finally show up unannounced on Thursday and finish the job Price is good for sure but reliability is trash. Divine Design has now done two separate jobs for us, one for erosion abatement on the hillside and one irrigation repair under flagstone which required some craftsmanship and both have turned out perfectly. They do what they say, when they say they'll do it (which has been quickly), and that is so rare with landscape companies. I will be happy to give them all our future business.

Today his crew - led by the very capable Ricardo, and his crew member Alejandro came out and trimmed my huge citrus trees into shape, to get them off my roof, and my neighbor's fencing. They also took care of a stray, dead branch from my Joshua tree, and a fallen arm from my massive totem cactus, as well. Not only that but they accommodated my busy schedule today by coming out at a more convenient time than originally planned. This was most helpful as I have a sick dog to deal with today. I have been wanting turf in my backyard for quite some time, basically since I purchased the home…read morein 2023. Having two large dogs, it was a waste having a yard as big as mine as it was made entirely of desert rock. The previous owner had it done this way for the purpose of keeping it cheap and keeping it low maintenance during the years he lived here. Over the last few years after I purchased it, I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies to do a section of turf. I never committed to a company to do it because I didn't feel confident they could deliver what I wanted. Fast forward to two weeks, I met with Sean from Turf Monsters. After hearing my vision for the yard, he was quick about getting me their quote on the same day. Not only that, but he had an extensive knowledge of the kinds of turf they had that would fit my yard best, the process of whole installation, how to maintain it, etc. It wasn't a hard choice; I chose them to do my turf project feeling confident they would handle the job well. And did they ever! At my request, they managed to get my installation scheduled earlier than originally planned. Materials were dropped off and installers showed up as scheduled on the day they began. Every single encounter during the installation was professional and friendly. It took less than the original two-day quote for the 25'x30' area, the three man installation team finishing in only one day. And it turned out better than I had imagined it to! The bright green turf looks stunning with the original rock landscape against it. And the dogs are beyond happy with it, running around and wrestling on it, but also relaxing on it too as it doesn't get super hot in the sun. I've received so many compliments on it from neighbors and friends that have seen it, saying it completely changed the entire backyard for the better. I highly recommend this team to execute your turf desires! A job well done!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution others before…read morehiring them. I paid to have brand new turf installed because I was told my existing turf needed to be replaced due to visible seams. After the job was completed, the new turf still has seams, which defeats the entire reason I agreed to replace it in the first place. I also paid for a completely new irrigation system, but it appears that it was never actually replaced. Many of the sprinklers still have the same old sprinkler heads and tops, yet the company insists the system was replaced. The visible evidence suggests otherwise. Additionally, I paid for repairs to my fire pit, and within three days the structure was already cracked again. The professionalism on-site was also lacking. During the job, the crew took a break for about an hour sitting on our personal lawn chairs and didn't even bother to put them back, and they left trash and debris behind when they finished. What's most frustrating is that I've reached out multiple times to have these issues addressed, and each time I've been pushed aside, given excuses, or told things that simply aren't true. At this point I feel like I paid a significant amount of money for work that was not completed as promised and was poorly executed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others. Update. The owner has informed us that we will be receiving a refund that should have arrived today. If course it did not arrive, not is he answering any attempts to reconcile. This shows how crooked he is.

I asked them to help me root it out. They did such a beautiful job with everything I asked. They recently had a family emergency and still worked with me to get my yard completed. They are a hard working family unit. I'm very impressed with their work.
