His quote was delivered within a day and well documented with what would be delivered. Compared to the other estimates for the same work, Eli was in line with the average pricing. A little bit higher but his professionalism was a clear standout that added to the decision of selecting his company. Eli visited again to do a walk through before we signed off on the plans and payment terms. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and in person management of ensuring we were all on the same page. He estimated the work would begin in two days and the crew promptly arrived as expected. Despite me asking for an additional piece of work, they finished on time and we're very pleased with the quality of the work. They were incredibly respectful with regular updates, requesting if it was ok to leave certain equipment overnight and keeping a clean job site. We've had other work done where we end up cleaning up after the crew but that was not our experience here. At the end of the project, they power washed everything and walked us through the project to ensure everything was to our satisfaction before final payment. They mixed concrete on my back lawn, leaving a 3' square area of cement residue, as well as cement at the base of the wall in the grass. They also dumped concrete debris in my trash bin instead of removing it...I'm 73 and couldn't move it...had to have a neighbor help get it to the curb. I complained when asked for feedback, and they apologized and had him come back the same day to chip it out and haul it away, I was pleased with the response, and I hope this will not happen on any other of his jobs! He and his crew were good workers, but may need more monitoring....

We purchased a renovated older style home, and when we were going through the motions of the purchase, the first thing we knew we were going to work on was the backyard. The house still had a chain-link fence in the backyard which was along an alley, only security we had were the 14 oleanders blocking the alley from my back yard and pool. I was looking at getting a 6ft, 75LF block wall installed. For a home job like that I was reaching out to many contractors for bids. Rod by far was the most realistic priced sub contractor. I honestly feel bad for anyone who calls everyone but Rod for a bid. When I say Rod's prices are fair I mean they are FAIR. 3x, 4x, even 5x times fair, if you get my drift. Without hesitation I gave the job to Rod and his team. Then a bunch of weird stuff happened, all on my part. But the main thing Rod kept in touch every week for a month until I was ready to go. He even hung around the backyard until the inspector came. Job was done in 3 days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm going to reach out to him again for another bigger job. Its without saying they've earned a loyal customer.

The price was fair enough that I had him do the same to the other side of my house and replace the existing rv gate with a new one. Turned out great. Jonathan's crew were here on time, worked hard and left the area clean. His gate guys came out a little after the block work was complete and installed the two new 10' gates which look great with composite wood. Overall happy with the workmanship and ease of dealing with Progressive Fence and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for this type of service.

All of which I had been pleased with both pricing and quality. However, recently things went completely off the rails. The project started bad and ended awful. I got a call the day before the start saying we'd have a few days delay. Ok fine. I got a call later saying somebody would show up tomorrow. No one did. I got a call the next day saying they'd be there tomorrow. This time a guy showed up, said he needed to get some supplies, and never came back! Finally a guy came and tiled the shower and floors. Progress. Next, a crew came to do install the vanity. They left and never came back. Literally no one has come back to my house. And to make matters worse, Danny has completely ghosted me! Will not return my text. Will not return my calls. He was Johnny quick when it was time to collect the deposit. And now, nothing. It's bad enough that he took my money and left me high and dry. Our project was delayed months. When I finally scrambled to get a different contractor we found issues wrong with our cabinets. That's not their fault but given the delays we missed our return window. That's at least a couple more thousand dollars this company cost me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience apart from the money lost. We signed a contract. Never trust a company that doesn't honor it's own paperwork.
