In all my years of dealing with automotive shops, I have never encountered someone with such poor customer service. There's a lot of competition in this industry, and finding a trusted mechanic is important to me. When I find a good shop, I'm loyal for life and I recommend them to everyone I know. But this experience? Absolutely not. If this is how they treat someone who is willing to pay for their services, it speaks volumes about their overall character. I've worked in customer service my entire life, and I firmly believe it's not always what you say -- it's how you say it.
