When I tried to get them replaced…read more The woman behind the counter (Jonvee sp?), said she would call the warehouse to get the correct ones - and that she would call me the same day to let me know, and that if they didn't have the correct ones, would give me credit toward something else in the store. 4 days went by and I received no call. I tried calling the store, but no one answers, ever, so I left a message and still did not get a call back. I went in today, the employees called her - and she said that because one of the pods was open (again, THEY told me they were the correct ones), I would not receive full credit. These people are liars. Go somewhere else. They do not honor their word.
