I think she has a bright future ahead of her and hopefully it'll be with a company that is more organized and respectful of the customer's time and money. I don't fault my situation to the employees, they were all pleasant and understanding if not the victims of constant miscommunications from higher up the chain. I did finally receive the glasses and I love them to be honest. I would say they were worth waiting for but nothing can really justify how long this process took. I'm raising my review to three stars for the patient and kind employees and for the quality of their product. However, I am weary to ever do business with this company again because of my issues explained below. Wish I'd read the reviews before I gave them my business. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire adult life. Living in an area rampant with subpar customer service, that's saying a lot. In the store (first appointment): we were there for over two hours. I wasn't certain if this was a normal process to order one pair of glasses so I didn't think much of it. The manager who I paid with told me it'd be about two weeks for my order to come in. Delay 1: As I began to get excited to receive my glasses and relieve the headaches I get from staring at a computer screen all day, I discovered my order was delayed. This was after two weeks when I was anticipating their arrival per the manager at the store. I called their overseas call center (seems like you can't speak to someone at the actual store) and was assured that my order would be there by a certain date and I'd receive a text or email upon their arrival. Delay 2: After another couple of weeks, near the date the call center guy said the glasses would have arrived, I discovered that there was another delay. So I called the "hotline" again and told them to cancel my order. They apologized after putting me on hold and informed me that, since I'd used my card, I would have to physically go to the store and cancel in person. A couple days go by, and I finally have some time to inconvenience myself and go to the store and cancel. The man at the store checked my order and informed me that, if I wanted, I could get a partial refund but still receive the glasses. He said there'd been several thousands of orders along with me that were delayed. Reluctantly, I agreed to this arrangement. "They'll be here on or before April 11th," he said very confidently. Present day: April 11th came and went with no text or email from them that my glasses had arrived. I tried to check my order online but it's now saying my order is not found. Called the call center once more and they told me (after putting me on hold to call the actual store) that the lenses are at the store, but now they're looking for the frames and they'll call me back in ten minutes to let me know if the frames are in the store. An hour goes by. No surprise, no one called me back. Ok, I'll speak to their offshore representatives again. She puts me on hold to call the store. Comes back and tells me that "they're still looking for your frames and will call you as soon as they find them." Some time has gone by, no one has called me and I highly doubt anyone will. Only way to resolve this situation is to get to the store when I can and cancel my order and release the albatross. Like I said, I wish I'd read the reviews and gone to Walmart to get glasses. This has been so painfully unpleasant and aggravating to deal with such terrible, indifferent customer service. I'm beginning to think there are no glasses and this is simply a money laundering scheme or something, because this is absolute BS. After reading the reviews I feel a little better, and I want to add to their sentiments. Everything they are saying is accurate and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Never, never give these people your time and money, because they will mishandle it in every way possible.

At times it felt like revenue targets overshadowed patient care, which is difficult to reconcile in a healthcare-adjacent environment. Corporate communication often came across as pressure rather than support, and issues seemed more likely to be minimized than addressed transparently. Over time, that erodes trust -- not just internally among staff, but externally with customers as well. Overall, the impression I walked away with was an organization that could benefit greatly from stronger ethical accountability, genuine employee support, stricter adherence to safety standards, and a culture where concerns are addressed openly instead of quietly pushed aside. Elderly people roam the halls in wheelchairs and it seems any of them could walk out the door unnoticed at any time. The first day I arrived to visit I had to ask 4 employees where my mother was (she wasn't in her room) and no one knew where she was! Found her in the dining room, but considering no one knew where a stroke patient with dementia might be.... Glad she's not in there much longer. Update 2/14/2016 And now, last eve, we found my mother roaming the halls sitting in her own mess and cannot speak. I have lived at Red Oak health and rehab for two years now. They have treated me so wonderfully. The Administrator is so nice, just a wonderful person. She even came and visited me in the hospital. Their cna's are so nice and helpful. They have world class physical and occupational therapist. I severely needed an air mattress, however, my insurance wouldn't cover it. I asked and the Administrator and Director of Nursing came personally to my room. That has never happened anywhere else I have been. They listened to my needs and how important I needed the equipment and they made me feel like a real human being not some number or resident. A little later the director of nursing brought me balloons and told me an air mattress was on its way. A couple hours later and it arrived. It makes my quality of life so much easier. I cannot thank them enough for what they did and for the people they are. I am at home and I am blessed to be able to be share it with all of these great people (top management, the office staff, the nursing supervisor, the doctors, nurses, the awesome physical and occupational therapist, the CNAs, activities staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the laundry staff.). All of those visit me on a regular basis, most daily. I am never lonely and everyone who helps me is respectful and truly here for me and you! I recommend Red Oak Health and Rehabilitation to anyone needing a place to put a loved one or for those needing rehab services.

We've had our flu vaccines done here twice with little wait time. I much prefer this drive through or the inside line to any waiting I've done at other Walgreens, CVS or Costco in the area. If you do have a card selection to check out, they are happy to do it or other smaller purchases in addition to any prescriptions you may pick up. I do wish the pharmacy was open later than 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays as they have been in the past. I always find their staff to be helpful, although some are more knowledgeable than others.
