He is a very kind person and done great work on coats and yellowing ugly dresses from 100 years…read moreago. when he received a simple what beautiful dress to work on he said it only needed a few tucks and maybe a bustle. He then proceeded to keep it for a month and did not tell me he was uncomfortable working on it. He had a woman call me who did not identify herself and said he just freaked out about the lace and you can come arrange with him to get it and he can give you some numbers that you can write down to look into. Then try to act like he was going to cry whenever I was there and all I said to him very gently is sir I refuse to scream at you, but you could have at least had the integrity and honesty to say I don't feel comfortable working on the stress rather than keeping it for an entire month and having another person call on your behalf because you were too scared That is what I'm upset about. Not that he has a lack of talent or isn't a great tailor but the fact that he does not have integrity is what's upsetting.

The manager, whose name I didn't get (tall, blonde hair, blue eyes), refused it for three reasons: 1.) It was missing the tags. I had the confirmation email which he refused to look at. 2.) He said I had worn it, which obviously I had? I would need to put it on to determine whether or not it fit & I was satisfied with it. 3.) Manager's discretion. He refused to elaborate. The suit, for all intents and purposes was in perfect condition. The manager was obstinate and condescending throughout the entire interaction, and tried to compare me returning a suit with a 90 day return policy to trying to return a car to a dealership. When I pointed out how flimsy that logic was and reiterated Men's Warehouse's return policy to him, he became really condescending and rude. I ended up driving an hour into Pittsburgh to return my suit at a different location, which they accepted, no questions asked. The manager at this location seriously needs to get off his pedestal and start treating people with an ounce of respect, and he's clearly projecting some issues onto people that are forced to interact with him. Last time I ever buy something at Men's Warehouse because of him.

Then most recently, I came in with a pair of pants with a broken zipper. They told me they were too busy to do it. I have given dry cleaning business to them for years, and all I get is "too busy."
