They were funny! like buddies from the neighborhood that act like they've known you forever. That's another story, a fail to say the least. I searched for a repair shop and came across MRO and boy am I glad I did! I was very skeptical and weary about someone possibly trying to take advantage of me (money wise). Mike was very friendly, patient, likeable and even more knowledgeable and helpful. He took a look at my laptop and we discussed and laughed at my subpar repair attempt. Within minutes of turning it on he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and why.
