A few years ago I had taken my old car here for dent and paint fix ups which they did an outstanding job with as well, so I thought to stop by. They had some big jobs they were working on at the moment, but I'm sure they could tell that i was in a crunch, and they were generous enough to make the time to throw my car on a lift with short notice. They were able to fix the problem quickly and thoroughly for a more than fair price. I am not one to write reviews, but I am very appreciative for the great service and would like more people to know.

I brought in a car with a little ding in the door; it's almost 3 weeks later and I'm still…read morewaiting--and still with no guarantee of when it will be ready. A typical auto body repair takes 4-10 days. Balise is front-loading their job inventory with too many jobs--because they know they're getting paid by an insurance company either way, so there's no urgency. Get the customer in at any cost, get those papers signed, then make 'em wait. They can't just blame it on insurance companies "being slow"; this was a 2-day job, 3 tops. And if you didn't have the parts and insurance co. signoff, why have the customer bring in the car? This is how these businesses operate (but oh they'll make excuses).
