They just haphazardly throw parts at issues without really seeming to understand how to fix cars. Can't believe anyone would trust them with their car, even with an oil change as it's the most expensive oil change I've ever paid for and were rude when I asked about other issues with my car. They clearly don't want more business based on their attitude. I deal with customers all the time and can't believe how uncaring and unconcerned they are with customers.
