I have been here three times now and I enjoyed it all three times. I love how I can build my own pizza or choose one from their menu. I enjoy all the options they have for toppings and some I did not expect at all. I usually get the mini, it definitely feels me up. The mod isn't a bad size and perfect if I want leftovers. I did try one of my pizza's with the white sauce, wasn't a big fan due to the lack of flavor. But that is how white sauce tastes. Overall I like this place for pizza and they have a variety of toppings. I have yet to try their salads, but they do look delicious and huge! The workers are sweet they are great at making you feel welcomed and are quick with making your pizza. They do also put a good portion of the toppings all over instead of just slapping it in the middle and not spreading it. The rEVOLution sign is cool:) read more

We love MOD pizza! This is why I'm giving this review 2 stars. But this was our first time at this location & it was a horrible experience. We were visiting Utah & met my Aunt & 84 year old Grandmother here for lunch a few months ago. It was the worst service we've had. My Aunt & Grandmother had never been before & the staff was very impatient & rude to them. I was very disappointed & completely confused. It was as if they were bothered that we came in that day. I will eat at any other MOD location, but never this one again. read more

Great handmade pizza... made to order right in front of you... new and modern facility... friendly staff... would go here again!!

I love coming here. They are always so kind and answer all my questions. They also give great recommendations and are really fast. When I'm craving pizza, MOD is my go to. read more

Oh my pepperoni!! This place is so awesome!! I don't know where else to get pizza like this that I actually like, that is closer than Jackson Hole or doesn't makes me drive to some downtown in-the-know hipster hole in the wall. I'm kind of freaking out really. It's something new that Bountiful/Centerville/ WX area has never had. This is exciting! And the best part, it's delicious and affordable! The menu has pizzas you can choose from as well as build your own. Each topping is FREE. No additional charge. There are so many options including and beyond the usual pepperoni, green pepper, olives and red sauce. There's white sauce, pesto a few more. There's almost 20 toppings like roasted broccoli, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeños. There's like 6 or more different kinds of cheeses and finishing sauce you can have them drizzle on top. I got the mini (6") Dominic. It had white sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes, mild sausage. I enjoyed every single bite. My husband got the MOD (11")Mad Dog. It had mozzarella, pepperoni, mild sausage, ground beef, red sauce. He said he'd get it again. We got our 3 year old a 6" with random toppings she likes; broccoli, mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, green peppers. She enjoyed it as well! This place was packed and bustling. Yet we were still able to find a place to sit. We got through the long line very quickly and our pizzas were ready with 5 minutes of sitting down. As we went through the line I was watching seamless teamwork happen. They were communicating incredibly well. We got down to the end of the line and pulled a quick one. Yeah, we were those people. We decided we wanted to add garlic strips and ranch to our order. The orders from customers behind us were flooding down as we were standing there, but they were able to communicate to the front of the line and catch it all up with our order. Pulling a stunt anywhere else would have been disastrous. They kept it together, everything was correct and it all came out at the same time. It was so awesome to see such good teamwork and good training. Brilliant! I can't wait to go back! I actually can't believe I haven't been back. Its. Been 2 weeks! I'm dying here hah! Shout out to Callie! (Sorry if I spelled it wrong). She totally remembered my face and name from a previous employer. I miss seeing her smiley face everyday, but now in can go and have pizza and say hi. Thanks for coming to Davis County MOD! read more

I was really impressed with MOD Pizza. They offer a gluten free crust and you get to create your own pizza with as many topping as you want all for the same price! I've eaten a lot of gluten free pizzas and will say that theirs is one of the best. I'll definitely be back. read more

Our make our own salad and pizza was amazing. They have everything from meat lovers to vegan. The milkshakes are tasty AND tonight they donated half of the proceeds to Peter Howey's family. Peter was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident recently in our community. MODPizza stepped up. I will be back. Their sense of community and delicious food is a great fit for Woods Cross. read more

Employees were bickering and my pizza was made way after I ordered it. Originally made on a kid size crust. That would have been ok but I already paid for the regular size. Very unorganized with everyone's orders. Is what saved this review was the great . I got the Dillon with balsamic drizzle. At the top of bests pizza. Love the crust, perfect thinness. read more

I hate to be a Karen but The customer service is atrocious! I have never been more disgusted by such arrogant ill mannered people in my life! You deserve no stars. Someone needs to do something about their employee's read more

I have always loved this place and the Pizza is great. But customer service lacks. We came today and they were so slammed with online orders that it felt like us in-person customers were an after thought. They were short and rude and working on online orders over the in-person orders. Will think twice about coming again. read more

Excellent service. I went up to the new shopping center this pizza place is in to get a haircut and decided to have dinner here with my family. It was a great experience. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Picking your own pizza was a great option. It has an upbeat atmosphere, there was popular music playing, I know its weird, but they have biodegradable straws. How green is that? Also liked people thanking us for coming in, as we left. read more

It was so much better than I expected! The tastes were fantastic, the service was fast, friendly and accurate. This was my first time to this restaurant and my first impression was very good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! You won't be disappointed. I know that I will be back. Went there again, and was just as thrilled as the first time. Consistently great! read more

I was so excited to go to this new pizza place! They have a few of their pizzas you can order or, do it subway style and make your own. The wait is generally fast 10-15 minutes depending on the line. The place itself is really cute, clean, and nicely decorated. And you seat yourself. The worker that helped us was super nice and patient, and the rest of the employees seemed friendly. The toppings and the meat were really quality. But what makes this a 3 star review is the CRUST. They make it a very thin style(not delicious thin and crispy), but more like a thick tortilla. It was very doughy. And on one pizza we had them double layer the crust and it was still just as bad. read more

New concept in pizza and I love it. You can go with THERE classics or just custom make what ever. Salads are the same way start with different choices of lettuce then add what ever pizza toppings you like. All toppings are free. An 11 inch pizza is equal to a foot long sub in size and cost. Almost as fast too. Staff is very eager to please... read more

The food is great and the staff are usually super friendly! The one issue we have is there is always a lady working there with her long hair hanging out around the food. It's very gross and almost bad enough not to eat here. :-/ Please up the hygiene standards!! read more

Mod pizza is delicious. With friendly employees and gluten and dairy free options, this place is ideal for a quick, great meal.

Very cool that you can pick as many toppings as you could possibly want for one price! But the fact that a side salad for $5.67 is a bit ridiculous. read more

Not sure who started the made fresh right in front you concept for pizza but I've tried multiple pizza franchises with a similar model throughout Utah. I would say there's nothing unique about Mod compared to other places. You get to build a custom pizza with your choice of toppings and crust or select a prebuilt flavor from the menu. Lots of ingredients to choose from and a variety of cheese and oils to top off the pizza. The space is nice and the wait wasn't long. I came with a group of more than 5 people and we all received our pizzas fairly quick. The staff was friendly too. It's great for this area of Woods Cross to be booming with new restaurants. read more

I really love your thin crust pizza pies. They remind me of an old pizza joint that was my ultimate favorite 30-40 years ago when I was growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. The name of the place was Shakey's Pizza Parlor and offered, in my opinion, the best pizza pie in Sin City. Anyhow, the concept of making your very own personal pie with your own imagination as well as to really make it to show your personality is revolutionary. We have a joke about Mod Pizza in the family and that is MOD stands for Make your Own Damn pizza. Personally, I don't mind! My advice to others is to come to MOD soon and often. Thanks! read more

Pizza Studio, Pizza Rev, Blaze Pizza and now this, MOD Pizza, yet another entry into the Chipotle-style speed food construction, only applied to pizza. All of them work to varying degrees, but overall, I'd put this one at the top in terms of sauce and toppings and hence, overall value. Pizza Studio has the better crusts. Drink selection so far has been best at Pizza Rev, which is also its main (and possibly sole) redeeming quality. Pizzas here are of pretty respectable size and this one is clearly meant to be a more customer-driven place, as far as the respective toppings. Drink selection is pretty questionable, however. The real problem here is not the food but rather that this place is driven by chaos, with bottlenecks happening constantly, starting with entering in the facility. From there, multiple pizza orders will cause havoc, then to the soda fountains and it's all so much of a free-for-all. Like communal seating? You may be alone in that and I really wish Utah would give up on that idea because here it truly becomes unworkable, with everyone wanting space and a lot of waiting for somewhere to sit where patrons are using up a disproportionate amount of room. It seems this place is relatively new and that part might mellow out a bit, but until it does, my interest in going here is minimal at best, despite me liking the pizza better overall. Chairs are also not particularly comfortable, which is good, in a way, as if people were spending a greater amount of time here than normal, you'd probably see people standing and eating or more likely, since the pizza isn't that wonderful, just going somewhere else. read more

This place was so awesome when it opened, but now it is understaffed and filthy. We waited in line for 30 minutes to order, while watching and the employees make health code violation after health code violation. We ended up leaving after watching the dude with nasty dreads handle money, scratch his butt, and then food prep without washing his hands. What a waste of a good concept. read more

We love Mod pizza. Great service and quality. They made a mistake on the toppings for our MOD and immediately worked on getting another that was right. I like a company that steps up their game when they make a mistake to make things better. read more

Great quick pizza and salad. I really have no complaints. They've always had great service. Their lemonade is also surprisingly good. My favorite item on the whole menu is the "no name cake" seriously good. Don't go there without trying it. It's basically a homemade ding dong which sounds underwhelming but I was very impressed. read more

Of all the make-your-own wood oven pizza joints, MOD is hands down the best EVERY SINGLE TIME. We've never been disappointed!!

I've had two pizzas from them hoping for something better. No. They're sauce and toppings are not well balanced.

This is one of my favorite pizza places near by, love the thin crust mad dog pizza. You can also customize your own which I will usually do. Super fast and convenient during lunch hours. The flavor is amazing, the workers here are super nice and greet you as you walk in and also when you leave. If your looking for good, cool fun place to hang this is the spot read more

I just visited this place a few days ago and have been back three times because the food is so delicious and reasonable priced. The mixed salads are healthy and nutritious and classic pizza combinations are very delicious. Great job on bringing this alternative to pizza in our area! read more

I honestly can't get enough of this place. For $8 to get an entire pizza with all the fresh toppings you want... dreamy! Compared to Blaze Pizza, they are the preference for me. I love to have Mod put more toppings on my pizza after it gets out of the oven and make it more of a salad pizza. Blaze said flat out they won't do that. Great food, service, cleanliness... the real deal. read more

I really like this place! It's new to Bountiful and a nice change from the usual pizza places. They have a good selection of pizzas & you can add toppings (as many as you want) for no extra charge. Loving that!!!! It has outside seating and that's a plus for our awesome Spring & Summers in Utah! Enjoy! read more

We tried MOD pizza on a whim and we are glad we did! The staff is super friendly - who pays people to be door greeters at a fast serve restaurant nowadays? The menu is very overwhelming. But take a deep breath - they are just suggestions for some interesting flavors. You can build your own with 3 options of sauce and all the toppings you want. The first time we came we went with the menu and got some of their combinations. The second time we made our own. I had chicken, bacon, mushroom, tomato, basil and finished with balmasic glaze. Amazing! Hubby had meat lovers and added some peppers and kalamata olives. Kiddo had pepperoni and broccoli (yes, a weirdo) and all of us enjoyed our own creations more than the suggested combinations - but to each their own. We had a salad the first time and it had some salami, chicken, and other yummy toppings. The second time we opted for the garlic strips - which were gone in about 1 minute - so fast I hardly remember they were there. We also tried the no name cake with I expected would taste like a Ding Dong - and it did but it had more flavor and not as dry as its Hostess counterpart. The pizza crust is super thin - like a tortilla - but still full of flavor. We enjoyed folding our pizzas in half and eating them that way versus the normal Western American style. I am so glad we finally have a good pizza option in the neighborhood. read more

Took the squad to MOD. The pizza is really good, family loves it! Lots of toppings to choose from to design your own pizza or you can select from the menu options. The employees are nice and explain everything if you don't know the process. Our favorite (this week) is the Caspian because it's BBQ. The place is nice and modern but I feel it's small as it does fill up quickly when busy. There are tables outside and you can get take-out. Everything in this area is new so it's still clean. My only 2 issues: the drink area is very small and cluttered with trash, and I feel they under cook the pizza because the cheese is barely melted. I like my pizza little more cooked so the cheese is browning - next time I will ask if they can do that. read more

Took the family here for lunch and found out that they haven't even opened yet. The whole staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. Their concept is simple, pick your own toppings cafeteria style. Lots of topics and good size individual pizza. Everything look fresh and tasted great. We had vanilla and strawberry shakes too, and they were pretty decent. Overall we had an excellent experience and will be back soon. read more
