We went there for the week day special. The salad was crispy and fresh. The pizza was delicious! We also got drinks, Spiked Strawberry Lemonade and a Hibiscus Hustle, YUM! Our waitress was Rae, sit in her section if you can, she's awesome! read more

I'll be honest, the last time I came, I wasn't overly impressed. But I came back with a big group (12 people) and the service was great. And I found a pizza that I truly love--the Cadillac! I would happily eat it often. The biggest winner for me, though, was the discovery of bar-style pizzas (aka not deep dish). Deep dish is too heavy for me to eat more than once in a blue moon, so I love knowing I can get the pizzas with thinner crust. read more

Being from Detroit, I know good pizza! I got the original pepperoni and thought it was decent overall. The sauce could've used a little more tang to it, but everything else was solid. Overall, waitress was super nice, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Price-wise, it felt a little expensive for what you got, but still a good experience overall. I'd come back if I was in the area again, though I'd probably want to try other spots too. You can request songs through an app and they'd play your music in the restaurant. That was a fun lol read more

Walked in and was welcomed with big smiles all around, staff was amazing. We had Rae as our server, very polite, pleasant, and just impeccable service. The food was great, lot's of gluten free options, everything tasted amazing, countless choices, the option to be able to get 2 halves of different pizzas just made it even better, being able to just try a little bit of everything was great. The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean too. Atmosphere was perfect, easy to have conversations, plentiful seats, and easy parking. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

We love Via 313. We go every time they have the Big Dill pizza. Although I wish it had more pickles on it. We always try to get our pizzas Detroit style. My mom got the thinner crust and wasn't the biggest fan of the crust and wish she would've gotten the Detroit thick style. Our waiter this time wasn't as good as others we've had, but that's just part of the restaurant game. read more

First time here tonight and I was pretty impressed!! They were busy but very efficient!! I got a glass of red wine and a side house salad. My husband got a ginger ale and the Omnivore Detroit pizza, to which I snagged a slice! Everything was delicious!! Couldn't pass up dessert! I got the one of the Hubcap specials: a gingerbread cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, amazing!! We also got free cinnamon sticks since we signed up on their app! We don't really live nearby, but I would definitely make the drive here again!! Delicious food, great service and a fun, casual vibe! read more

Ok so...full disclosure...I waked in with 9 other gymnastics families and the whole "313" didn't even register...nor did I realize it was a Detroit style za house. I know, I know...just a huge DAH!! That said, they accommodated our huge last minute reservation and that alone was stellar. We sat down, got the girls settled and ordered some pies. Now, I was born and raised in Detroit and so, I was a bit skeptical. The pies came out and yep...they were pretty legit. If you like a good Detroit style pie, this place will definitely suffice in satisfying that jones! Also worth noting, the salads are pretty decent too. The place reminded a bit of an old style dine-in Pizza Hut but don't let that fool ya. It's a solid stop for good Detroit style pie - read more

I ordered food to pick up-- beet and goat cheese salad with candied pecans then four-cheese pizza. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Via 313 is one of my go-to spots when I'm craving pizza and need gluten free options that actually taste good. Their gluten free crust is honestly impressive. It's fluffy, has great texture, and is much thicker than the typical sad, cardboard-adjacent GF crust you usually get. I'm not the biggest fan of their sauce, so I usually order it light on the sauce and extra crispy, which makes it even better in my opinion. They also offer gluten free cheese bread, which I really enjoy, though it's not super cheesy, so keep that in mind if you're expecting something extra indulgent. For dessert lovers, they have three gluten free options: cinnamon sticks, hockey sticks, and a gluten free chocolate chip hub cap, which is always a win. The atmosphere is fun with an industrial feel that still manages to be warm and inviting. The staff has consistently been helpful and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to gluten free orders. They take precautions and are happy to answer questions, though as with any shared kitchen, there is always a risk of cross contamination, so definitely order with care if you're highly sensitive. read more

Excellent Detroit style pizza chain across the SLC area. The portions are generous and tasty and the prices are quite decent. The only downside is the topping options are rather limited but whatever we tried we liked. We would love to come again. read more

This will be my go to sit down for pizza from now on!! Fantastic customer service this morning with Matt!! Immediately greeted upon entering, I explained how I was new here and he happily guided me through the menu! The overall vibe of the place is extremely welcoming, chill and accepting space to dine however you choose whether takeout or dine in! He introduced me to the lunch special of 2 slices, a Caesar salad and a drink for only 12$! Not only affordable, but delicious!! Food came out nice and hot and ready, and the presentation did not disappoint! I will be coming back here in the future! Thanks again Matt! Not only this, but he was extremely patient with me as I asked a friend to come dine with me to which he brought over extra plates and another pair of utensils! read more

Really good Detroit style pizzas. Dessert bread is good too - tastes like Cinnabon! Friendly staff. I'll be back!

Love their pizza, it's always busy but I feel that its pretty fast not matter what. I'm pretty sure that every month they have a different pizza for the special and I also love the Cinnamon Sticks. My favorite pizza is the cadillac: so perfect every time. Good environment. My family loves it because they offer bar style ( regular pizza) and Detroit style for the rest read more

My family had the pleasure of having dinner at Via 313 at Fashion Place Mall. It is my granddaughter's 10th birthday. Our server's name was Anthony and he did a great job. The drinks were always full. The cold food was cold. The hot food was hot and everything was delicious. He brought a complementary cookie and ice cream for the birthday girl, and we were all very pleased with the entire experience. read more

An Unexpected Gem & Unforgettable Service! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Matte H, and honestly, he turned our entire night around. As out-of-towners, we were a little hesitant to dive into Utah pizza (sorry, we've been burned before), but Matte immediately put us at ease. He not only gave us a full, passionate breakdown of the menu, but also helped us pick two incredible flavors we probably wouldn't have tried on our own. Spoiler: both were AMAZING. On top of that, his attention to detail was next-level our drinks were never empty, and he consistently checked in without ever being overbearing. It was clear he wasn't just doing his job, he genuinely cares. Matte wasn't just professional, he was kind, thoughtful, and made us feel like regulars. This is the kind of customer service that makes a place unforgettable. If we ever find ourselves in Utah again, we will 100% be back. Atmosphere: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Music: 10/10 (okay, I picked the playlist but STILL) Prices: Totally fair Matte's service: 100/10 Thank you for such a great experience, places like this are rare, and people like Matte make them magic. read more

Dropped in here with family after a day at the zoo. The troops were hungry. We called ahead for a table of 15, they were ready for us when we arrived. Excellent. They specialize in hearty and heavy Detroit style pizzas. Sauce on top. Waiters were quick and attentive and the facility was clean with a trendy vibe. We ordered a variety of 4 squares. Can't decide, try the 1/2 and 1/2 4 squares. 4 squares will easily fill you up. Our favorites were the ambassador bridge, the 500, the Cadillac, and the original pepperoni. Everything came out hot and real good all around the table. Surprisingly the 500 with pineapple and jalapeño came out on top as the most liked. Price was about right for all the pizza, drinks and salads we ordered. We will absolutely return. read more

My kids love coming here for pizza, it's a great place to go for kid special occasion like their birthday or after a dance performance, they're open through 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays. What a great surprising find this was. I was in the area on business and thought I would grab to go for dinner. The order was ready when I got there, and the girl behind the counter was super friendly.. The pizza itself was really good. I'm not a big fan of deep dish Detroit style, but wanted to try this one.. the edges were crispy. Pepperonis were crisp. Everything was perfect. I contemplated going back there the next night for dinner, but for whatever reason couldn't make it out will definitely be back next time. I'm in town for work. read more

Been wanting to check this place out for awhile and finally had a chance today. Man, what a pleasant surprise it was. I really love the ambiance, the overall vibe is very welcoming, open, and nice, while not fussy. We were seated promptly and our waitress came over immediately to take our drinks. We started with a root beer float and Coke float, and those were delicious. Then came the cheese sticks where I really loved, the crispiness of the dough is great and their marinara sauce is crazy flavorful, you can really taste the richness of the tomatoes. Finally got our pizzas after about 35 min (the waitress did let us know it was about a 20-25 min wait on the pizzas), I will say that it is a while of a wait, especially when they weren't too busy. The pizzas were pretty well worth it, I loved the creaminess the ricotta added to the Ambassador, while someone else really loved the umami toppings in the Omnivore, and another loved that they did not skimp on the meat toppings. But the real winner is that crispy, yet flavorful/light dough. It didn't feel like a brick of dough compared to some other Detroit style places. Finally we finished off with some cinnamon sticks the awesome waitress sent over, which were fantastic. They for sure did not hold back on the cinnamon and sugar. We will be back to try some other pizza flavors for sure. read more

My mom and I came here just to give it a shot and were seriously blown away. We ordered a thin crust pizza because I have always been vehemently opposed to deep dish pizza but the waiter brought us one on the house just to try and OH BOY I am a convert for LIFE. This pizza was insane, and the hot honey was the cherry on top... I really am a sucker for hot honey, they had me at that. Also our waiter Henny was prompt, observant, and had a super fun demeanor. The music playing was fun classic/alt rock so needless to say the vibe of the whole place was great. Definitely gonna have to hold myself back from coming here daily, no kizzy. read more

Loved this pizza joint so excited they have expanded to utah! The pizza has the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. It feels crispy and warm and perfect for any pizza lovers cravings. They are made ready to eat so you may wait 20 mins but the cheesy bread will keep you company while you wait. Although a bit greasy, it adds to the experience. Growing up around Detroit I ate pizza by the slice at a "Party Store" that carried liquor, beer, wine coolers, dried sausage sticks, and a fridge full of Faygo. Each piece of pie was wrapped in tinfoil, the pepperonis were thick and in natural casings, and the sauce! This is that pizza brought improbably to Utah, and it is good. Makes me hope for a coney island out here, too, with Vernors on fountain. read more

I don't leave Yelp reviews...ever. But for my gluten free folks, here it is: Ok y'all...Via 33 at Fashion Place in Salt Lake. If you've still been trying to find a gluten free pizza that doesn't fall apart, is chewy, and tastes amazing, go here IMMEDIATELY. I was very anxious about trying a gluten free pizza place but...this one was the business. The waitress talked with me about my concerns, I told her that it was my first GF pizza I'd tried in six months, that I was newly diagnosed gluten intolerant, etc. She assured me they changed gloves, took all the precautions, that it didn't fall apart, etc. They brought it out and guess what? It didn't fall apart. The sauce was amazing, the crust was chewy, it was so good I almost cried. Heavenly. Literally the highlight of my entire day, that pizza. People don't understand until they have to deal with it. They even brought me out cinnamon sticks for free since it was my first time in and all. It's pricey, but so worth it. It was hot, service was timely. It was a little bit dark in there, but food wise? Excellent. If you're looking for a good gluten free pizza, this place is the correct answer. read more

This spot is a gem. Its hard to find good Detroit style pizza and they nail it. The staff was very friendly and we were seated within 10 minutes which was awesome as we were hungry. The waitress was great, she explained the pizza and what to expect and made sure to check on us often, even though they were busy and understaffed. Now for the pizza. the crust was fluffy in the right spots and crunchy on the edges, just how it should be. They put the right amount of toppings and overall, we were totally satisfied. The portion was huge, we both took some leftovers home and they reheated in the oven perfectly. We will definitely be back! read more

This place was hoppin inside, and yet they hooked us up for Ryan's birthday dinner! We had 13+ guests, a massive party for 1 table. Even so, our amazing waitress Coco, gave us above and beyond service, making sure we all had an incredible first time experience trying "Detroit Style" pizza. They even gave him a signed birthday card and a free desert. The group consensus was that this place slaps, and Detroit style is a great way to mix up your pizza cravings. Taste plus excellent table service earn this location a zesty four stars! * only caveat... the fried cheese crouton that comes with the salad leaves a horrible aftertaste. read more
