The service at this location is the best I've received at any restaurant! The food at MOD has been fresh and prepared relatively fast every time I visit. It is always full of other customers with a line to the door, but still I have my food quickly despite the high volume of patrons they service. John especially went above and beyond. Food is alright but the staff... just wow. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The workers here are ALWAYS rude to my husband and I. Today was the last time I decided to give MOD pizza my business. I came in today, given the same rude customer service and as I was watching my pizzas get TOSSED in the oven, I see they completely ruined my husband's pizza, with all the toppings falling off. They just scooped everything and put it back on his pizza instead of making him a new one, they give him that messed up pizza. Hire some new staff or train them better, they need to be educated on manners. read more

Ordered a vegan-gluten friendly pizza for curbside pickup. Got home and opened my box to a meat, cheese mushroom pizza! Called the store to get the right one made ya know the one I originally ordered. To get a pizza with the right topping that was badly burnt on the edges and the red sauce was a small scoop on each piece. My husband and I have been to this location twice now. The first time we went the employees basically threw a fit because we asked for dairy free cheese. They did change their gloves for us which was VERY nice seeing as we have dairy allergies. We went a second time hoping things were better and the employees where different. They were, and they still threw a fit about getting dairy free cheese. There was a young lady that kept pushing our pizza on to the one before ours to get dairy cheese on it. This was very disturbing and I felt the need to look over my pizza before eating it. When we went to get our pizza after it was being cooked the lady cutting the pizzas was extremely rude, we felt like we couldn't even ask her to put a little sauce on the top. Delicious pizza. Customization is key here. An 11" pizza, perfect size for a normal adult, is the same price. If you want every topping or just cheese it's the same price. I had a chicken, garlic, artichoke heart, spinach, and Parmesan cheese with marinara dollops. The only drawback some people might have is that they only have one size crust, thin and crispy. So many toppings, seasonings, and flavors to choose from. It does get busy very fast but the staff can roll out the pies super quick. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. read more

Two stars because the pizza was good, but I value customer service too much to return. It feels like they are herding cattle when you order because they try to rush you through so quickly. I'd never been there and no one took the time to explain how it works, nor is it clear from their menu. Then the girl starting my pizza acted like I was an idiot because I didn't know what "mod" size was. Apparently they expect people to know that upon entering! It's just very weird. That sauce lacks flavor as well and thin. The Topping choices are good, but for some reason, the outcome is pretty unappetizing. I used to love MOD and I'm slowly getting more disappointed. I've worked in fast food and customer service my entire life and would've been fired had I acted like some of this staff. There was a line piling up and took 5 minutes before anyone was acknowledged. When it was time to order the lady kept talking over me not listening. At other mod locations the servers are great making sure all food it perfect. I like my chicken warmed for salads because it's nearly frozen otherwise. I said it twice and the woman still just threw chicken in and shoved it down the line. This is the last time I will visit this mod location. read more

We had a small birthday gathering for my 16 year old daughter a couple of weeks ago. I brought in a cake and what was needed to serve it but we bought dinner and drinks for all of her friends. The staff was so kind! From giving me a coupon for a free future meal because my total was somewhat substantial to lending me a lighter for birthday candles to offering my daughter a free birthday milkshake. Have never had a bad pizza from here. People are very nice and the atmosphere is always welcome to bring friends to catch up over pizza. The workers are very friendly and efficient despite constant business it seems.
