We had my sons team party here and the food and service were excellent. Staff was very very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Pizza with all the toppings your heart desires. A great way if your significant other enjoys pineapple on their pizza. We often stop in for a plain cheese pizza for my three year old and a smorgasbord pizza for me, hold the pineapple, the wife gets hers with veggies and stuff. Good price given the toppings and taste. The operation seems a little inconsistent, but none the less I get a consistent pizza every time, the experience is slightly different though. read more

We went into Mod Pizza today planning on having a nice lunch. We we're greeted and started our order like any other time. Then when we got to the cheese, we were told you get the cheese now? When I just watched someone else who was making the pizzas ahead of us just did what we were asking for cheeses on top also? Not sure why she had such a grumpy attitude? She seemed to be directing other employees, so she might be the manager. Regardless, that attitude reflected a bad experience for us. We usually have better than average experiences with this restaurant. We will give them another chance, but if grumpy girl is working, we will be turning around and walking out. This can taste a lot like "Italy" if you know how to order your pizza. The staff is very engaging , very quick, interactive if you let them and the ingredients are top notch as you can select your own ingredients and they will assemble your salad in front of you. Blaze used to be the go to place for inexpensive hand crafted pizza's but also seems more formulaic and corporate. More selections, and still fired at over 700 degrees- my newly preferred is now here at MOD! Better Pizza, better Salads, and a less stressed staff! read more

I am a frequent visitor to this place. Love how you get in line and can create your pizza from the 100 or so toppings they have. And this is all for the same price. Cozy little atmosphere as well with great AC inside and a patio outside if you're getting cold. I love this place. It's sort of like the Chipotle of Pizza's!! The BYO cheese & cilantro pizza is my personal fav. The cinnamon sticks are a must with all three of the sides they offer. Which is cinnamon sugar icing, strawberry purée, and chocolate fudge. So good plus you can't forgery their refreshing iced teas with such unique flavors. I normally do not do reviews but I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the friendly people working at MOD. I walked in with my three kids and was greeted kindly by everyone. However, Dennis stood out. He was polite, offered my kids stickers, brought out a marker so the kids could sign the sticker for the wall, made sure my little ones had plates, and was just all around nice. I really appreciated that guy and will definitely be back solely based on the great experience I had there. The pizza was great too! read more

I love mod! I think the prices are great and for the most part all the locations have friendly staff. This mod had decent staff. Out of all the locations I've been to this particular location was a little greedy with their ingredients. this bums me out most because every mod I've been to is very generous with their toppings. Also, There was an employee that appeared to be on break because he was behind the counter sipping on his cup talking to the other employees. Looks tacky and unprofessional. Mod in Fontana is still the best mod I've been to check it out if you're ever in the area! read more

Went here three weeks ago and received wrong pizza... came in today 1/9/2022 @ 12:55pm I'm the only one in there, three working behind the counter including manager Chris, I had to wait until call in/takeout was finish before I was helped , then I mentioned to the young lady about the wrong order and she said nothing her and her coworker looked at each other and smiled I guess they thought it was a funny/joke Upon receiving my order I ask the gentleman for a manager and he said "I am" which done me any good cause your standing there, I then ask for a number for complaints and he replied it's on your receipt after calling the number 951 374-5255 it was the number there which does me any good if your going to answer the phone or just let it ring and no answer... NO customer service skills here and I will not be returning and will let all my family and friends know to not patronize MOD Pizza 3444 Arlington Ave Riverside thanks again for your awful service read more
