11 inch mod pizza with spinach, artichoke, cheese, ground beef, onions, mushroom, garlic and red sauce
Tammy W.

This location is clean and the staff is great for service . I love the build your own pizzas and I make whatever I'm in the mood for . This pizza is always just as good the next day and I never finish one by myself! If you have never been here and love pizza and all the options! This is a super delicious thin crust!

Mod size pizza with grilled chicken, spicy chicken sausage, anchovies, and jalapenos. 13 dollars

This place reminds me Blaze. There wasn't a much line when we arrived on a Friday evening. There was a small hiccup as the guests behind me were served before I was, but they might have thought I was with my colleague who ordered his first. But when I was greeted, I decided on the mod size pizza with grilled chicken, spicy chicken sausage, anchovies, and jalapenos. I did the garlic rub and presto as sauces. It took a couple minutes to cook the pizza and it looked very nice when I came. I seated in a table with my colleagues/friends. The slice was still pretty hot with cheese oozing from the slice, but it was very enjoyable with the right amount of heat from the jalapeno and sausage. The chicken was fresh and the anchovies provided a nice salty flavor without being too powerful. I loved the garlic flavor from each bite, and the grilled chicken tasted good. It was filling enough that I saved two slices for home so my dad can enjoy as well. The service was good, but seemed a bit impatient when I was making up my mind. There were so many choices that I couldn't decide immediately. But they were still polite and understanding. They also helped me when I had questions. The dining area was pretty casual, but still nice and clean. I didn't recall seeing any outdoor seating. Mod Pizza is located in Vineland Pointe shopping strip, right next to Fogo de Chao. As mentioned, it has the same concept as Blaze, where you select the ingredients you want and they prepare it in front of you. For 13 dollars on a filling personal sized pizza, I will say it's well worth it. I think it is just a small step below Blaze, but still a very good chain. Parking can get difficult as it is in a tourist area. However, I think it's worth the effort to visit and the money. I will definitely visit again for good pizza in the Lake Buena Vista area. Overall: A-

I love MOD pizza and I haven't been in years honestly. This location had very friendly staff members! The whole restaurant seemed very clean. I will say I think they should be a little more generous with the cheese. I felt like it was lacking from the moment he put the cheese on, but I am not the kind of person to ask for more.

Large clean space. Menu is very similar to Blaze Pizza. Lots of toppings to choose from. Build your own or they have some specials to order. Order at the counter and they build your pizza in front of you. Add what you want to customize your pie. Pizzas were ready quickly.

Want quick, fast and delish pizza....this is your place! The staff are incredibly friendly. Lots of great seating options. I got the cauliflower crust pizza for this gluten free girl - Dillon James. It was delicious and a perfect size for one person. My mom got a plain mini pizza and loved it as well. They have Parmesan and red pepper - you just need to ask for it especially if you're gonna take your pizza to go.

Great pizza place if you enjoy building your on toppings and more. Food was good service was good and place was nice. My recommendation if you visit here is to take advantage of the unlimited toppings. Make your pizza worth the money you spend. The dough / crust is ridiculously delicious but again, load up on the toppings

First timer, and probably will be my last time even though I work right next door. Customer service is non existent here. The 2 girls working wasn't very welcoming at all. I walked in, ghost town!!! I was the only one and I didn't even get a welcome or hello. I clearly was lost , and the girl goes "what can I get you?" Uhhhh.... Hi? How are you? I'm great.. thanks for asking.... Usually when someone walks into your establishment you should be the first one to initiate the conversation!! Customer service/hospitality 101. Anyways... I asked for a pepperoni pizza and the girl goes what size?? I obviously don't know so I start looking around trying to figure it out and then she ask is this your first time? Here's your chance to upsell........... but no . Anyways transaction goes on and I still felt lost and not sure how anything worked so I just got my original Pepperoni pizza and a drink for 17$! Wow ... uhh yeah not worth the price . It was decent at best for the the thin crust and little cheese that was on there. But at least I got a "have a great day" as I was leaving .....

This is my second visit and second location. The food is very good, but I did only order the Greek Salad both times. My friends all had pizzas and they were VERY happy with what they had. My only problem with both locations is that they are understaffed. If you have plenty of time this isn't an issue, but if you are on your lunch break be prepared to cut it close, or just get your food to go. On a side note, even though both locations took quite a bit of time, the staff behind the counter were MORE than friendly in communicating what was going on in their process and just in general very pleasant and friendly.

We love Mod Pizza. We haven't tried many of their other items besides pizza because the pizza is so good, we always get it. You can pick a pizza on the menu or customize one. They are similar to Blaze Pizza if you've had that. Each pizza is the perfect size for one person. They also have a large choice of beverages. I have had their No Name Cake and it's basically a hoho. It's good, but nothing special. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The booths are comfortable. The staff has always been pretty nice.

Tried this place on vacation for lunch and was craving pizza! I was the first pizza in the oven for the day and boy I was glad I stopped in! Placed order online and was ready within 15 minutes! Crust cooked well and super thin pizza that was size of about a frozen pizza but the quality of the ingredients and taste was A+ Cool place inside with a bunch of deserts and lots of seating! Definitely checkout MOD if you're in the area and want a quick, high quality, pizza!

I think everybody already knows that I love it coming to MOD. Their dairy free cheese is absolutely amazing and their service is through the roof phenomenal. The lovely Val assisted me with getting me my pizza out of the oven. I see her quite a lot and she remembers my face of my name and that's amazing customer service for a chain pizza place. The ambience I would say is really funky and upbeat. And the food is absolutely delicious - if you haven't been here you definitely need to come! I recommend pizza here! 10/10

What a great Mod location! The two working were a great team and customer service was on point! They even brought my pizza to me at my table. Pizza was delicious as always!

**Mod Pizza - Vineland Pointe, Orlando, FL** I've been wanting to try Mod Pizza for quite some time, so my husband and I decided to make the hour-long drive to the location at Vineland Pointe in Orlando. The parking was convenient, right up front, which made for a great start. Upon walking in, we loved the concept of choosing our own toppings. My husband was happy with his selection, but I encountered a bit of a hiccup with mine. Initially, I was considering vegan cheese but changed my mind and opted for mild cheese instead. However, due to a slight miscommunication, both cheddar and vegan cheese were added to my pizza. It ended up tasting like a cheese sandwich, which overpowered all the other toppings. While the staff member who helped me was very understanding and offered to remake the pizza, I decided to keep it as is at first. But after taking a few bites, I couldn't enjoy it, so I requested a new one. The lady who helped me remake the pizza seemed hesitant at first but was incredibly kind once I explained what happened. She was very informative, explaining that the cheddar cheese is strong and recommended sticking with vegan cheese. The new pizza she made was much better, though I noticed the crust came out quite dark, nearly burnt on one side. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I sat down to enjoy what I could. She even offered buffalo sauce and oregano, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my husband's pizza also came out with a very dark crust, and underneath was burnt as well. He described it as tasting like a crisp cheese sandwich, which wasn't enjoyable for him. Half of my pizza was good, but the burnt portions made it hard to fully appreciate. What really turned our experience around was TJ. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay, and his kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. TJ truly elevated my overall experience, and I was grateful for his effort. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet at the restaurant. I called ahead and spoke to a lady who said she couldn't find it, but TJ, who had been there the previous day, had kept it safe for me. When I arrived to retrieve it, he made me feel so comfortable and reassured, which really cemented my positive impression of the place. Overall, while the pizzas didn't turn out perfectly, TJ's exceptional customer service and the friendly atmosphere made up for the experience. Thanks to him, my rating went up, and I left feeling valued as a customer.

Still the same pizza that we know and love with plenty to take home for leftovers. I also got the bee's knees cocktail which I really enjoyed. The thinnest place I've ever seen. Only room for two lines of people in the main area, one line for ordering, one line for picking up. Behind the counter was quite the operation. Pies being baked in one oven, being put on display, and then another oven jam packed with slices being warmed for the customer, along with their accompanying garlic knot. Every slice comes with a complimentary knot. I'm pretty sure I saw whole pizzas going out with eight included knots. The service was pretty good. Efficient, friendly enough workers. There was an aura of hurry up, what do you need, but with a line out the door literally all night, I do not blame them one bit. And the slice factory line got you in an out as quickly as it possible could. As for the slice itself, it was pretty ok. Good crust, foldable slice. Very cheesy, which is needed for most clientele who are in the middle of downtown in need of munchies. Slim toppings, though, and even after the heating process, the slice was kind of cold. Overall, for the convenience and the price, this place was good. I'll definitely come back under the right circumstances.

I asked if they offered a military discount, and the employee told me they did. When I presented my military ID, he refused to apply the discount and then attempted to take my government-issued military ID out of my hand to inspect whether it was legitimate. That interaction really caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the store's policy, there are more respectful and professional ways to handle that situation. I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

The server seemed so monotone and as other's have said robotic in his manerisms. When we specifically asked about something gluten free because right above their door they clearly advertise gluten free we were advised that really the safest thing to get is just a salad...seriously? If I want to have a salad that's something I will just do at home. They said their pizza is gluten free but they don't really take any precautions like cooking it on a seperate tray when it's in the oven so it will probably be contaminated. My husbands pizza looked so doughey and from what he described it was so chewy he could hardly manage to eat it but he was hungry and knew it was going to be a long night. My other family member had pasta with meat sauce that she said was the worst sauce she'd ever had on pasta. Then it took a little bit to even get a manager involved and thankfully they discounted our meals because for how expensive it was the food was quite disappointing. I can't say much about the atmosphere since we ate outside and not inside. It was a beautiful day outside so I guess that part of it was nice. Three salads, an olive appetizer, two beers, bread, three pizzas, one dessert, all nailed perfectly. Server even checked in about our food allergies. Two months later, tried going with my fiance. 6:30pm reservation on a Sunday. We showed up ten minutes early, to try and be cordial in case it was busy again, like last time. We walked in to four full tables, and four that were clearly unbussed and still dirty. Three servers are handling the four tables. We're greeted, and the first thing we're asked is if we'd "be okay sitting at the bar?" We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.
